Bigger isn't always better. Walla Walla Onion Rings

Uber delivery. Awesome driver. Tasty but STUPID onion rings--the size of the rings are a couple of inches wide making it hard to get a bite of both onion and coating. But they're tasty, I'll give them that!

Been a while since I've gone here and the place hasn't changed. Drive thru was paaaaacked so dined in. Halibut fish and chips were decent. Got burgerville sauce w it which was nice w fries. I like the original cheeseburger which is super basic - bread burger cheese and sauce. Satisfying. Used to like the shakes but imho they are a ripoff now

Burgerville store use to be my favorite Berger place to eat but no more

The food use to be great and fresh tasting but the last 4 times I've bought the northwest Berger and fries has been terrible. I always ask for no salt and never get fries with no salt. they always have salt and look and taste like they have been soaked in rancid oil. The last four times that I've gotten a north western burger. The meat tasted old like it was on the verge of spoiling and the lettuce that they're putting in the burgers now is always wilted and not fresh like it used to be, and of course, as everyone knows the price is gone up Which when I pay $15.78 for a burger or two in this case and 4.29 for fries they should be edible and without salt like I asked. They can't make a mistake every time so they're just disregarding the fact that I asked them for no salt on the fries because I'm not supposed to have salt I get enough salt on the burger. And now they're charging $.50 per cup of spread depending on which day you go in because some people charge $.80 and I think if you're buying a meal you should get the condiments for free anyway I won't be going back. I can tell you that.. Burgerville you need to get it together

Both the fish and the prawns were cooked in a red sauce that was delicious! I meant to ask for blue corn tortillas but was so excited to find shrimp & fish tacos that weren't deep-fried that I forgot to ask for them. The regular corn tortillas were excellent, though, so it was not a bad mistake to make. I also had jamaica to drink and let me tell you... it was not made from a mix! It was dark, thirst-quenching, and perfectly made. Most jamaica is super sweet - this was not! I love the flavor of real hibiscus and this did not disappoint. My friends had chile relleno bowls and birria tacos, all of which was excellent. Their watermelon margaritas were tasty and refreshing! Our orders were taken by a helpful person at the cash register and the food was served quickly by a friendly server. The inside and outside areas were clean and tidy, with plenty of seating available at the outside tables. The outdoor seating area is under cover making it a good choice for both summer & winter dining. Definitely going on my "have to go back and try something else" list!

I came in today to try their Burger Week special. The cashier was wearing gloves, touched the order…read morescreen, and took my cash. They grabbed a drink cup and used that cup to scoop ice into, their fingers now touching the ice. The cashier's thumb pressed the inside of my drink lid as they separated one from the stack. All while wearing the same gloves that touched cash and the order screen. I refused the beverage and asked to speak to the Lead. The Lead "V" had a stone face while I told them what happened. "I'll talk to my staff." Was the only response. "V" went back to food prep without talking to the cashier. I sat down but was really grossed out. I watched that same cashier with gloved hands make an overflowing chocolate milkshake, touching the inside of the cup, the rim of the cup, and the food itself. "V" removed their food prep gloves before handing me my cash back after I requested my order canceled. I asked "V" if the cashier had changed their gloves yet after handling cash. "I believe so" was the response. Not definitive. Not "I immediately corrected them to prevent further contamination." Not "I saw them change their gloves, so I know they did so." I was calm and polite the whole time but just really disappointed that the staff do not understand how gloves work and that the staff in charge don't care. Gloves are to keep everything sanitary, not to protect your hands from getting dirty. That's what soap and water are for, and staff are supposed to wash their hands before putting new gloves on EVERY TIME.

I ended up getting the No. 4 which comes with red wine braised beef, grilled onions and peppers, cheddar, and horseradish aioli. There were a ton of different flavors going on, but they worked really well together. The bread was really good too, although it was a little dry. I noticed some other reviews complaining about the amount of meat, but I actually thought they gave a pretty generous portion. We also ordered some pickles on the side, which were surprisingly good and definitely worth trying. Overall, a really good sandwich spot if you're looking for something a little different. I especially liked how creative their menu was, and I'd definitely recommend giving the No. 4 a try although it is a little pricier than the other items.

Kinda awkward but hey, I understand the sentiment behind customers arriving while you're having a conversation clearly the cashier was having a conversation with another person and I guess we interrupted. Talking to them felt like we were such a bother tbh. We were treated with contempt and were spoken to condescendingly. I wasn't there for goodservice though since we were both just really hungry. The food itself? Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it. I've been to multiple smash burger spots and this one is definitely in the top 3. The prices here are a tad higher than anticipated but honestly, for the experience it's worth it. The restaurant itself is very quaint and inviting. I like the atmosphere it provides -- especially sitting by the windows :) overall, great food with lousy service. Shoutout to the cook/cooks though -- made me wish I bought a second smash burger to go
