I like the owners, but the staff they bring in can be a bit hit-or-miss. The food has stayed consistently good. This time, I wanted to switch things up and ordered the new hash melt burger meal. It was ok, but I still prefer the Big BnB burger meal by far. The parking situation and the restrooms definitely need improvement. I truly believe the owners are doing the best they can with the space they have. Finally tried Burgers N Beyond after my search for a good burger/ Philly cheesesteak place. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it's really good. The service isn't the fastest but it could be the time that I go. Also the parking can get congested since it's near a gas station. It's worth the wait though. Wow! That is all I can say about the new burger I just had at Butgers N Beyond. The hash melt burger. I already love this place but this burger is outstanding . It comes with A LOT but everything works well together. I gladly wore all the melted cheese, sauce and whatever else came with each bite. Also, they have the best crinkle cut fries. Hidden gem this place is!! It is right across from JPS main and I've seen the sign but never inquired about it till now, and wow their food was amazing and the service was great I believe Adriana was her name she took my order & suggested a few others but I got the Philly cheese steak, and the BREAD was heavenly!! I can't stop complimenting the bread for both my sandwich and the burger I ordered my son the softness was nostalgic, like this was how hoagies used to be! I ate mine too fast to snap a picture but I will be back. And I will snap a picture of my sons burger and fries to add. I liked that you can either order with a staff member or there is also a kiosk. The restaurant itself has a decent amount of seating inside and the options on the menu looked good. The food also looked good when it came out but was very bland. Both the person I was with and I had to add lots of salt and pepper otherwise the food tasted like bland meat and potatoes. Then while we were there, we began looking at the owner's responses to Yelp reviews. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. That solidified my decision not come back. read more

I tied one on late Friday night and got this place delivered at 1am. The burger is great and a rather nice presentation even for delivery. The Philly cheesesteak was just ok and could use more cheese and a better bread. I ordered double meat but it didn't seem like double meat to me. I went today and tried the lunch special. Cheeseburger with 5 wings fries and a can of soda for 16.95. The burger bun was cold, the burger was tiny. The fries were very good and the wings were average. You also need to bring your own cup of ice as well. Not my fave and the parking is hideous. read more

I wanted a burger fix, so decided to try this place after the first place I wanted to try, didn't take credit cards. Went in and the employees were friendly. Ordered their double cheeseburger and was pretty good. Best part about it is that after sitting for a while to cool down and everything (made fresh after ordering and was very hot), the bread held up no problem. The meat was fresh and decently seasoned and overall just a good, basic burger. I also tried their small volcano fries because I love spicy food and while it was good, I feel "volcano" wasn't very fitting since had a mild kick and not much else. The fries are the kringle cut so maintained a certain level of texture instead of becoming mush as quickly as many places do. It had melted cheese, meat that tasted like gyro meat, and jalapenos. It also had a mild sweetness to it (so perhaps some sort of hot sauce for kick? No clue). These were enough to fill me up and paid just over $15 for this plus a cookie (which I hadn't tried yet since I'm full, but it seems like nothing exceptional.. Just a basic chocolate chip cookie. So if I'm in this area again, I would prob stop by if I'm hungry and maybe try their Philly next time. *Additional note*. A week or so after leaving this review, I was picking up a Uber eats order and was greeted by name and called side to ask about the review and wanted to brainstorm about what kind of hot sauce or something could be included to spice up their volcano fries so they are more spicy... Nobody cares that much, so this just shows they care a lot about their customers and will go above and beyond to improve upon their food, which I found very impressive read more

Unsatisfying experience tonight. Tonight when I went by there was one person to working the restaurant. She did not come to the front so I ordered using their kiosk. I understand being short staffed so I expected a wait. When the order was ready the drink I ordered on the kiosk was not provided the server/cook was extremely unhelpful. I asked her about the drink she just said it was not available. Since I had purchased a drink with my meal I asked for an alternative diet drink. She refused to provide an alternative after I again had to say I ordered a drink and would either like a drink or a refund eventually she offered a bottled water. Long story short do not expect the kiosk to be accurate for orders. I wish I had the option to tip after receiving icing the meal and nxt time if I go back I will have cash to keep that option available to me. Also the AC is still not working well in the building. My daughter and I ordered 3 chicken Phillies and an extra order or fries. Well, when we got home we saw that we mistakenly had beef phillies. Saw this hole in the wall and thought I would give it a shot. Not much of a drink selection as it was all cans. I walked in and there were 2 other customers waiting. I would give it a solid 4 star rating but customer service isn't that great. The burger was good but jalapeño popper was not. It needed more time in the fryer as the cheese wasn't completely melted inside and still semi warm frozen. You know the saying dont judge a book by its cover? This is that place. Across the street from JPS hospital and next to a gas station, it would have been hard to find without GPS. Once inside, the place has plenty of seating and nice decor of Coca Cola and magazine reviews. Their menu is limited, but since the burgers are made to order, they are able to be customized. In the small menu, you can also find wings, tenders, and other sides like cheese sticks and onion rings. I ordered the Big BnB burger with mayo, cheese, and lettuce only and omg, it was so good! It originally comes with their special sauce, but im always iffy about those. They did give a little container on the side and it kind of reminded me of Raising Canes sauce. I don't know how that would taste on a burger, but im definitely open to trying it the next time.
