First of all, the food is always excellent and the location is convenient. What makes this burgerfi better is the service. I had a large party and Jeff made sure every piece of my order was correct. First time coming to this Burger Phi location. Fries like always were great, but the grilled chicken sandwich wasn't even edible. It was so hard and was almost like the skin was still on it and you could not take one bite. When approaching the cashier to order a new sandwich all she could tell me was sorry and take my money for the second meal I was ordering. Was hoping for some kind of explanation or sandwich on the house to replace the one I couldn't even eat. She silently brought out the burger I ordered, after my friend was finished with her food already and said nothing. Overall I love burgerfi I go every now and then. The only thing I would suggest for burgerfi would be to make smaller onions rings but no punintended, to keep the large one for the burgers though. I had been here once before and returned with my mom and boyfriend. We all built our own burgers and split a regular fries and onion rings. The fries are a huge portion which definitely can feed three people and the onion rings are large in size, but they only give you about five. We got the parmesan no herb seasoning for the fries which was great! There wasn't any left behind. The Cajun seasoning is also great. We all liked our burgers a lot since they were customized which I think is a great feature. The quality of the food was great and similar to Shake Shack. Every time I go, I try to convince myself that my experience will be better than before but it just goes back to the same thing. I order a burger and fries and the total can come out to around 12 dollars. The worst part is that I usually leave hungry. The burger is tiny, even though it is delicious. You may have heard of one called BurgerFi (and may have already eaten there), however, I felt that it was my duty to check out for you. I knew of the burger chain, and have seen them everywhere but while I have been away (living in New Orleans), I never knew one had opened up in my hood. I partake in burger indulging yet try to be somewhat healthy (occasionally) so Burgerfi's approach to focus on healthier, all-natural ingredients is very appealing. Natural Angus and never frozen patties sound great but how do these creations taste? A look at the burger may have you feeling a little disappointed (it is very petite), but it is piled high with a generous portion of topping and biting into the branded burger which is cooked well done, you will be happy to know that it doesn't lose its juiciness. All in all, a BurgerFi Cheeseburger is a nicely balanced burger, which my 9 year old niece said was the best burger she ever had. I think it is really disrespectful to the burger to not have fries to eat it with. The Fresh Cut Fries were tasty but left something to be desired. The addition of one of their fry topping may help with that though. We also sampled the onion rings which were a lot better. They were huge, freshly cut rings that are generously breaded with a slightly sweet batter, then deep-fried to golden brown crispness. The Wagyu Kobe Beef Hot Dog was more than just your regular dog. You could noticeably taste the difference in quality of the meat and I'm sure the rest of the dogs are like that too. The Milkshake was thick but not too thick. It was of good quality and consistency. Lastly, if you are a member of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Foursquare, you can use your status to get a Free Frozen Custard. It is creamy and delicious and you can add the toppings of your choosing. Yeah, the food is fresh and taste great but it is important to note that the burgers and hot dogs are pretty small, and the meals are a bit more expensive than one would expect, but overall, we enjoyed the offerings at BurgerFi. read more

I am constantly on the lookout for the premiere burger joint, and although this is not Red Robin, it is still pretty darn good. You can get a double burger on wheat bun and small fry, which is huge in the first place, for under $10. If I were writing a review based on the two previous locations, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately my meal last night at Burgerfi Weston was far less then what I expected. I placed a phone order around 9:45pm for a singer burgerfi cheeseburger and a large side of fries. When I arrived the burger was ready, but the fries had not been started.I waited for another 5 minutes, paid the check and headed home with my take out order. My first bite into my burger and all I could taste was the burnt bun. The burger was cooked fine,but the bun was disgustingly blackened. My fries looked like someone had cooked a small batch of a couple of fries and threw them in a container with all the overlooked scraps that were left at the end of the night. Hardly not what I have experienced before and seeing as though I live here in Weston, I hope this isn't the level of quality to expect going forward. read more

My son brought home a burger and Cajun fries last Saturday. I couldn't help but steal some of his fries and I was hooked. I knew there was something special about them, having owned a fine dining establishment myself. The difference here is the peanut oil, no doubt! Reminds me of the days when the best popcorn could be found at movie theaters, when peanut oil was used. I've returned every day for the past 5 days. Like most, I initially thought the place was a little pricey and service slow, however, considering the superior quality of their products (real fresh, not frozen, Angus beef) that are cooked to order, makes this place worth both the wait and the price. I only wish some of my neighbors recognized this! In addition, the shakes are real old fashioned (I mean, who makes a shake from scratch anymore?), three of the five hot dogs I've had were absolutely delicious, I can't say enough about the burgers and fries (I recommend "well done" fries), the place is clean and organized and the staff are very pleasant. I haven't tried everything yet (give me another week) and don't eat sweets, but I'm gonna break down and try their "concretes". Best burger joint in Weston, for sure!
