Fresh cut fries and onion rings are the best! This place was spotless and the staff were great! A definite must try if your in the area!!! Beats five guys and smash burger anyday!!!! read more

We recently moved to Raleigh and we are near Burger Fi! We have eaten here a few times already and it is still just as good as before. We took my mom here for lunch when we she was helping us move into our apartment and she LOVED her burger and fries. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a delicious burger and hand cut fries! read more

Seriously, probably the best burger I've ever had. Tried it for the first time today and I'm in love. The fries are also amazing. I had the CEO. I have zero complaints. Will definitely be back. And I'll be bragging about this place for a while to come. read more

BurgerFi is an excellent burger spot where my family and I enjoy. We drive about 30 minutes to come eat here. The staff is amazing especially Poolo Alvan. Thanks to every BurgerFi employee off wake forest road for always making a trip worth while. Cheryl K read more

1:00pm. No one in the restaurant really and it has been 25 minutes and I haven't gotten my food. The service seems uninspired and lacking urgency. Will update post when it gets to 35 minutes. I think it will get there. Incredibly slow! Their slogan is "feel good about eating" should be "be patient about waiting" but I digress read more

Having lunch at the new BurgerFi in Raleigh. Great Burgers you can customize. The French Fries can also be combine with different seasoning. Overpriced a bit for what you get but still highly recommend the quality. read more

Let's get right to it; this is not about hype and lights. This place is for real! Got the Peanut Butter Shake and the Strawberry Shake - we almost got into an accident, seriously, WAY too good!!! Then the Onion Rings - perfectly crispy, flawlessly fried, and deliciously salty. Having the "make it your way" Coca-Cola machines is always a plus. FYI perfect combo = 1/3 Sprite Peach, 1/3 Sprite Raspberry, and 1/3 Fanta Lime. Give it a shot, test me, you will be hooked. And onto the burger, I stuck with just a basic double-cheeseburger (or whatever their fancy name is) and it was the truth. Smaller than the pictures, so don't be shocked when you see the tiny burger (I warned you) but absolutely satisfying in every other way. Plus, their veggie burger is really good too. Might as well make a plan out of it, if you go to Trader Joe's you are going to BURGERFI - WORTH IT! read more

Great serving size, super friendly service. Best burger I have had in a long time. The toppings are fresh, the burger is juicy and well cooked. Buns aren't overwhelming for the size of the burger. The signature sauce is fantastic. Fries are delish, but I would prefer a smaller size for one. Seems like a lot for one person. read more

I have ate at this restaurant a few times. Today the food was really good. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was hot but it lack flavor. The customer service was amazing. The fries was very good and the restaurant was clean. read more

When we were here in 2018, BurgerFi was our go to burger place! The Waygu burgers are fantastic! We have returned in 2019 , and fully plan on going back to BurgerFi! read more

This place is pretty awesome! Design inside is very cool. I usually don't veer from places in downtown, but I've been back a few times. The staff is always very pleasant and the food is great. If you are a fan of breakfast, brunch, or brinner the BAD (Breakfast all day) burger is the first thing you need to check out. The orders of fries or onion rings are good to share, they give very large portions. I'm not one for carbonated drinks but I enjoyed their cole machine that let's you add flavors to your drinks. All in all I wanted to give a good review for a place that maybe be overlooked! I'll be dreaming of that BAD burger. read more

Yes its a chain which generally doesn't offer the best food in my opinion but we really enjoyed our burgers and sides. While the menu is small that's okay, the hipster level was pretty high when we were there but that's fine too as long as a small child doesn't bother them. Overall a very decent place that I'll add into my list of places to go. read more

giving this place 5 stars bc the rating is far too low - they got good pickles and good fries and good burgers we love it a lot and nothing beats the jalopeno bacon ranch sauce but they recently started charging for sauces which sucks but I get it read more

Good burgers, fries, and especially their onion rings. Prices hit the same as Five Guys, but still delicious. Ordered delivery and it put us in a food coma. read more

This was our first time in BurgerFi and we will not be back. We ordered and were asked do we want one patty or 2. I asked for one patty but I still wanted the burger I ordered, but without telling me apparently getting one patty meant I was getting a jr. burger without any toppings (not on the menu anywhere). When I went to the counter to explain this the cashier was rude and had an attitude and acted as though he didn't want to get it fixed. Then someone at our tables food came out and I realized I didn't get the aioli that I had asked for on the fries. I told the same cashier who proceeded to argue with me about it and told me I needed to pay for the aioli (wouldn't have been a big deal accept I ordered it) and when I explained I ordered it and someone at our tables came out with it and mine did not he proceeded to tell me I still needed to pay. When I asked to speak with a manager (I could see him in the back) he said he was too busy to come out. The employee kept insisting I swipe my card for the extra sauce every time I said I was waiting for a manager, when he kept insisting the manager was too busy, I just left the sauce because I was not going to swipe my card AGAIN for something I ordered and that someone at our table ordered the same thing she got hers but I was expected to pay for something that was missing. I understand the cashier seemed to be young but that doesn't excuse being rude and arguing with me about what I ordered. Also when I explained to him that the menu never said that he ignored me and when I walked away he came out from behind to counter to check. I could see him looking visibly annoyed from my table. read more

I run a youth crisis and homeless shelter in Raleigh. The folks at BurgerFi called to said that they had an extra larger order of food that was no longer needed and wanted to donate it to the shelter. This was such a nice thing to do and everyone in the shelter very much appreciated it and all of the great food! read more

Its a good burger, but its not good enough to justify the price. Like one guy below me said, 12 bucks for a burger, fries, and a drink. For that kind of price i could go to a more upscale restaurant The fries seem to be hit or miss, some days over done, some days not. I have only been three times, and i think it will be while before i go back. read more

Well the burgers were fresh. That explains the wait. Wait in line. Wait for the food. Wait for all the food to come to the table. Wait...lunch is over?!?!? What?!??! Having grown up on Double Double's from In-N-Out Burger, I have been craving one ever since. Rumor has it the burgers at BurgerFi are somewhat comparable so I had to give them a shot. The food has always been incredible! The newest meatless vegetarian burgers are delicious! We are a hop and skip away from here, so we come here often! The service is always nice, and the food comes out in great time- they cook every meal to order, so understand that it may take a few more minutes than normal- it's super fresh and worth the wait! read more

Visiting Raleigh and found this nice place! Great customer service and food was ready fast. Burgers are amazing, we opted for a single patty instead of the doubles that are advertised. The flavor was amazing. Surprisingly the burgers were very light. This was a delight that we will remember to try next time we're in town. read more

Best burgers in Raleigh!! I get just one patty because I think that makes just the right ratio of bun to burger. Great fries. The atmosphere is family friendly and casual. I like bringing my kids here and eating outside. I would do it more often if I could afford to- it is on the pricey side. but better quality than most - or all- other burger joints. read more

A great concept with delicious burgers. I'd say a step above 5 guys. The breakfast all day burger is a great option and the fries toppings, I had parm and aoli, was very tasty. Definitely will be coming back to try another house favorite burger combination. read more

A little on the pricey side for burger and fries but at least it's good. I really enjoy their veggie burger. It has good flavor and texture. You do get a ton of fries in the order so helps make up for the price. read more

We loved the food, my friend recommended the place and it didn't disappoint. We have been twice in two weeks.

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch on Saturday, and it was SO GOOD! It does take a while from the time you order to the time you get your food... I'm not sure why, except that the place is very busy and almost every table was full. In fact we ate outside on their heated patio (which was good because it was only like 50 degrees and drizzling outside) and it was much more comfortable than the dining room. Once our beeper went off and we got our Burgers and Fries we were really impressed with the quality of our lunch. We definitely want to go back again! read more

I went to BurgerFi with my boyfriend the other day and it was pretty good! Disclamer, I have only been eating burgers for about a year now but I have had a fare share of good and bad. I got a cheeseburger with only one patty, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, garlic aoli and fresh jalapenos. It was yummy. They reccommend two patties because of how big and thick their bread is but I felt with all my condiments it was fine! My boyfriend and I split the large fry but next time, will get a small or medium. It could have fed a family of 4. Coke Freestyle machine is always a plus and they had beer and wine. I saw on our table there was a flyer for $10 Thursday's that included a burger and a beer. I live across the street so will most likely be back! read more

Simple put the best burger in town. I've have had burgers from all over and this it. The service is great and the food is excellent.

Grab a decent burger at a decent price. The manager at this location is super nice and his style reflects down to his staff. I have stopped in about 3 times and the food and service has been consistent all every time I've dropped in. I actually love the atmosphere. It's more than I would expect from a " burger chain ". read more

In Wake County, if you grind your own meat, you can cook it to order. At good burger places, you can order a burger medium-rare. This is not one of those places. Hard to fault the meat; no beef is at its best when it's cooked to medium-well. Even with the addition of onions, blue cheese and bacon, this burger was just meh. The onion rings were incredibly bland. They weren't properly seasoned and could have used a horseradish dip. The fries were likewise lackluster. The beer was incredibly over priced. $5.67 for a 16 ounce pour of Sam Adams? What a joke. For a decent burger, go elsewhere - almost anywhere else. Raleigh Times, Busy Bee, or Oxford downtown are all far better options. This place was disappointing. read more

A good solid burger with vegetarian options. Fast food but tastes way better. A little pricey for the 'feel' of the place but the food is good. Hormone and antibiotic free. Several vegetarian options as well. Friies great and onion rings pretty good too. read more

I love Burgerfi. I'm a vegetarian and they are carrying the beyond meat beyond burger and it's amazing! The characteristics are so similar to a real burger that actual meat eaters have said they liked it. I have yet to try their veggie burgers because as long as they have the beyond burger, it's my choice. The fries with the parmesan garlic aoili are yum! I highly recommend this place. The company also has a rewards system so if you start going there often, you'll get discounts. For the first time signing up, you'll get a free fry. read more
