I try to find a reason to eat here anytime I am visiting UCF. The food is typical of these higher end burger places -- not many choices of food (burgers and hot dogs), but lots of options for those burgers and dogs. French fries are some of my favorites. They also have the Coke "your way" machines, which is nice for lots of drink options. The restaurant itself is not huge, but not too cramped either. There is outdoor seating when the weather permits, and the whole place as an open feeling to it. I am a BurgerFi fan and am always happy to satisfy a burger and fries craving there! read more

This was our first visit to a Burger Fi and while my friend first thought it was a glorified Five Guys, it's much better than that. Why? The burgers have more flavor, and while they are skimpy with toppings you order, a double burger with bacon, cheese and grilled onions packs taste. We didn't try any of the pre-designed burgers on the menu, rather made our own and were content. We left remembering two things: the fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade and hand-cut french fries. Both were much better than average. In fact, the lemonade becomes addicting after a few sips. The fries aren't greasy and you can tell they are hand cut, rather than frozen and dumped in a frier. Why come here for a burger? It's a fun, laid back place, with great service, it's clean, modern and affordable. You'll enjoy all the burgers, fries and drink selection and while it's a few bucks more than your favorite fast food spot you'll be able to taste the difference. read more

Hi. First off I encountered a kitten that needed rescuing and I tried to help it but the problem is people keep feeding it. So if you see the little guy don't feed it. So it will go in the cage and go to a great rescue group who will help him. Now I had the greatest time but I can say that a two burger burger is not for people with little mouths. I felt like the attempt to bite in was like hiking up Kilimanjaro! But it was worth it. I had a cheeseburger with grilled onions added. Oh my! I blushed but I really think it was the meat sweats or for us gals a meat glistening. Either way it really was great. Liz was allot of help since the menu was an adventure in itself. Lots of stuff to take in. But she's a trooper with novice visitors. The place was defiantly one I would return too. There was a hotdog in the as well. With ketchup! Blah. It was great and tasty but needed my buddy to add more. Although I was not sure if I could add the burger additions to it? Where's an emoji with the wiggly lips when you need it. This is the new Burger Fi location across UCF below the Plaza on university house complex. I came here 10 minutes before they closed at 10pm and didn't realize they closed pretty early for a UCF area eatery but nevertheless was impressed with the costumer service by the young man at the cash register. He was happy, upbeat and patient as we decided what to order even though they were closing soon. On to the food- my friend and I both had their vegetarian quinoa burger and oh my goodness it was delicious! This vegefi burger comes with with white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, burgerfi sauce and your choice of bun. I got the multigrain bun and that it was good, not hard like others. Ive been here a few times now and its a nice place to come if youre in the mood for a burger and a shake. Their custard shakes are good but a more watery texture and malty. I like their fries cause theyre crispy. Also the vegefi burger is delicious! I love the quinoa patty. Its not greasy at all which is an important factor for me. Its also pretty affordable (not the cheapest burger place you can go to but good price for the quality). The staff are nice and there is outdoor seating. Definitely my favorite burger in the UCF area! I ordered the BurgerFi double cheeseburger with fries. The sweet whole wheat bun with melted cheese and pickles (I added) were all completely perfect. I was not too happy about the fries. They seemed a bit unseasoned so I added salt, but that did not help very much. I also wish they were a bit thinner and crispier, but I'm sure there are people out there who prefer them medium-sized! Clean, hip, fast service and friendly staff. It's very casual and the wide doors are open to the outside sitting area so it creates a very natural open atmosphere. The outside tables are a little too close together but it wasn't an issue since it wasnt super crowded. We ordered a burgerfi cheeseburger, large chili cheese fries, regular sized onion rings and two drinks. They don't offer meals so everything is separate. It does add up pretty quickly but the portions are pretty big so it wasn't a huge deal. The food itself was good. Portion of the large chili cheese fries were huge, enough for two people to share. Onion rings were huge as well and with 5 to a regular sized order, it was enough splitting it two ways as well. The burger isn't the biggest burger but it is pretty hearty with thick American cheese and two patties. They have the cool electric soda fountains and a specialty lemonade/ strawberry lemonade dispenser as well. Overall a very nice atmosphere to enjoy good food for a decent price. read more

I had a couple of issues with my experience. Not so much with the food, the food was okay. But when I walked in there was a HUGE dog (the biggest dog I have ever seen) standing in the middle where the line is supposed to be, next to a table with people. I thought "maybe it was a service dog." But it was brought to my attention that it was the managers dog. The big dog sniffed me, they pulled him away and he later tried to sniff (or eat?) off their table. I also noticed there was a big bowl of water in the middle of the floor, with water spilled on the floor around it. Later I went to get a to-go plate, the manager got up too, and she grabbed it for me, but I watched as her fingers touched the inside of the plate where my food goes. She was rubbing and petting the dog prior, so it kinda grossed me out, and it reminded me that there is a lack of thoughtfulness going on. Did she wash her hands before going behind the counter and getting my to-go box and side of Burgerfi sauce? I really don't know, but all I remember is seeing her at some point touching the dog, and fast forward to her being the one serving me. It's not the best look for Burgerfi to have an employee in uniform sitting at a table talking/and or eating, in the middle of the restaurant with a huge dog, and minutes later, behind the counter serving customers. I think it's important to consider how you represent burgerfi, and how the customer might interpret things. I didn't know how to rate this experience because the food was as expected, the employees were attentive, but the other aspects of the experience should be equally as important. If I leave Burgerfi uncomfortable with my experience, when this could of been avoided by the staff, then I feel like I should mention it. read more

So I ordered two burgers and their fry/onion ring combo side, and I was actually kind of excited because of the reviews. Really good burgers are very hard to find. Full disclosure: I ordered via Uber Eats. My delivery person, Rosy I think her name was, had two deliveries from there and, naturally, mine was second. The result? My food was stone f*cking cold when it got here. Because Rosy prioritized my order as second in priority, I decimated her tip. When you give crappy, slow service, you get a crappy tip. What genius at BurgerFi decided that paper bags would retain heat? Especially two orders going out at the same time via the same driver? My burger was dry, cold, and flavorless. And NO, I didn't pop it, and the fries, etc., into the microwave. If I'd wanted a nuked burger, I could go to my local grocery store, get a frozen burger, and ... voila. That's not what I paid for. And I definitely didn't get what I paid for. I managed to choke down five fries, one incredibly greasy onion ring, and half of a burger before I gave up. My garbage can, I hope, will be grateful. My wallet won't, and my stomach wasn't, but I don't think that BurgerFi cares. If the folks there did, they'd have better ... SMARTER ... packaging. God knows the mark-up on delivery merits decent packaging that keeps stuff warm. These guys could stand to contact Fiddler's in Winter Park to learn about heat-retaining packaging. But because they're so lazy, and so disinterested in how their over-priced burgers, etc., are when they get to their customers, I won't be giving them a second chance. If you're ordering for delivery, don't bother. If they don't care enough to package their food more carefully, then you shouldn't spend your money on their food. Never again. read more

I almost didn't get sides because how pricey they were ($5 for onion rings and $4 for fries is a little much in my opinion) but I'm so glad I did, the onion rings were my favorite! It was a cold, DARK, windy night and me and my acquaintances had just experienced the most magical jazz concert of our lives. Let me explain. The music was not only well prepared, but it was extremely colorful to the imagination and my ears were delighted. I am especially impressed with the way the director spoke about his band- you can tell he really cared. However although my night was amazing, this review is for the burger fi. I walked in with my two girlfriends, whose names I will not share, and found myself immersed in a different world. What a wonderful mixing pot of culture and class as I watched men and women of different ethnicities eating in the same vicinity. The cuisine just has a way of bringing people together like that. I myself am a chicken tender kind of gal, so when I happened upon the chicken tenders on the menu I could not resist. A regular fry is all I needed, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the portion was actually quite large. I sat down, and my remaining friends joined us after picking up Taco Bell (a shame, since they missed out on such beautiful burgers). Oh how I love you burger fi. The sauce was delightful and I will review that separately on a later date. My only qualm is that the lights were turned off on us while we were finishing our meals and the workers did not speak to us at all while we were there. This is a problem as I am a people person and we get as if they did not want our invigorating presences anymore. However, I can understand that they were just trying to set the mods for us. I happen to have noticed that one of my friends has grown a budding affection for my best friend (it is very obvious) and I appreciate them trying to help their relationship bloom. The bun was cold and had little taste or texture. I found their fi sauce not particularly tasty and with a bitter aftertaste. Ok so this location is new and I must say I like the ambience here. Very clean and cool. They provide indoor and outdoor seating so choose your taste! They also bring the food out to you which is neat. The prices are alright a single burger is 3.49 which is cheaper than 5 guys alone and you can really taste the healthier fresh taste. The bread is really soft and sweet and it's pretty good. They use peanut oil so you can kind of taste that in their fries and it's pretty good. Their fries were 2.49 I believe and came with a good amount I do recall. Their burger fi sauce is a must. They offer an array of toppings for free which is great. Cheese is a dollar and bacon is like 69 cents I believe. Anyway this place is pretty good. If your looking for a place around 10 bucks and in the mood for that classic burger and fries meal with a healthier fresh twist than try it out!
