We have kids with several allergies but this is one place we can all eat. The food was hot and made to order and everyone enjoyed! Not quite 5 star because our "plain burgers, no bun, no cheese, no sauces" came out on buns. They corrected the order immediately though. Also, it isn't exactly fast but we didn't mind the wait read more

I've eaten at a number of these places all over but this one just broke my poor lil heart. I'm giving it a 4 because I'm hopeful they were just having an off night. This particular night this restaurant was very crowded and with a crowd comes the noise. It was cold outside so maybe that's why they were all piled up on the inside. I placed my order for the bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink. It wasnt a long wait but you really should check your food before you leave. I got back to my hotel and got situated. The burger had no bacon! I paid extra for lettuce but it must have been hanging out with the bacon because it was missing too. The burger tasted like they cooked it hours ago so in the trash it went. The fries were good and still hot and my drink was still cold. Like I said I'm hoping it was just an off night read more

Ordered via Yelp. Order is wrong. I ordered no lettuce, extra pickles and sauce on side. Minimal pickles and had lettuce and sauce on it. Husbands didn't have onions and to top it off, our shakes weren't delivered and no one, BurgerFi, nor Grubhub is taking responsibility. Second time I have ordered from Yelp and it is the last time. read more

The girl who walked in about 5:10 pm clocked in and came straight to take my order. Thank you- that's what I want to see in customer service a week later and I still remember-I was picking up a Uber, and wanted some fries. Question: is it more important when ordering food to be served promptly, or is it better to sit for 40 minutes after you place your order for a simple burger, fries, and a milkshake with just 1 customer ahead of you, and then finally be handed your order (with cold fries) and be offered a courtesy $10 gift card because everybody working in the restaurant ignored you after you placed & paid for your order? For 40 minutes. In an empty restaurant. Burger: ok. Milkshake: small skimpy cup of frozen ice cream, with very little flavor. Fries: cold cold cold. Prices: way too high. Service: atrocious. The $10 gift card I received will go unused by me for 2 reasons. First, you cannot order a hamburger for $10 - everything on the menu is more than $10. Begs the question: if the manager was aware of how long I was ignored - for 40 minutes - why would he offer such a measly $10 gift card knowing full well he has no burger on his menu that I can buy for $10. Not to mention if I wanted to add a side item like fries and maybe a drink. Secondly, after having had such a lousy dining experience, I'm most certainly not going back to Burger Fi anytime soon. I gave the $10 gift card to a homeless beggar standing in the median at the traffic light with a sign asking for money. I bet he'll have an extra 40 minutes to sit and wait and wait and wait for his order, while perhaps he too will be ignored. read more

Went here on the weekend, not crowded, but a few tables occupied. We ordered a Jr. burger and a Wagyu Jr. burger (which wasn't on the menu) the cashier said could be ordered. Also 1 order onion rings (slices way too big) and very greasy. Plus 1 soda and a canned beer. $30+ !!! Burgers were ordered with different "toppings" but arrived cold and looked the same. Which was which? They couldn't tell either. So, they made a new order with correct toppings. This time they were warm, bun was tasty but neither burger had any flavor!!! Just saw a TV commercial for a competitor - 2 double stack burgers for $6. So our trip to BurgerFi was an expensive dud! Never again! Very disappointing. read more

Well at least the beer was cold. The staff seems clueless. They had no idea what beers they had. I ordered two burgers with no cheese. They both came with cheese. AND the fries were cold and soggy. We returned it all and left. Hard place on this location. read more

Quite frankly of all the burger options out here in the 'burbs, this one is my favorite. It outranked my #1 Five Guys because they have onion rings. BurgerFi pretty much follows the model of the burger eatery trend- Pick your patties, pick your toppings etc. Nothing outlandish like porkbelly (mistake I made at Farm Burger)...The parmesean cheese and herb topping on the fries was delish but to me they are just as good plain. I love onion rings and these were a great fast casual version. Two things I didn't like- I don't get the branding on the bun. I get that its 'cute' or whatever and different but it messes with the texture of the bun. And it's not a technical criticism- more just a preference, I am not a fan of custard. But I love the burger- I always get a cheese burger and love the option of fresh jalapeno. This will be my go to burger place in my neighborhood. read more

This is the only place I will eat a veggie burger! It is delicious! I didn't realize that when you order a veggie burger, it does not automatically come in a lettuce wrap, you have to request that. When it came out on a bun, they were quick to change it for me, even though it was my mistake. I really appreciated the gesture, and everything was delicious! I also tried the mini chocolate custard and fries. The food comes out quick and I only spent $12. A great fast food meal that doesn't make you feel bad after. All good things! read more

BurgerFi has spread quite rapidly through Atlanta (and the surrounding suburbs) this past year; it'd been in my bookmarks for quite awhile now and I finally had the opportunity to check out their Alpharetta location this weekend. Their concept is reminiscent of two other local burger chains, Farm Burger and Yeah! Burger - which is a good thing, I'm a fan of the organic-healthy-natural-ish movement. BurgerFi's beef is all natural, free-range, with no chemicals or additives. Their menu mainly consists of about 4-5 burger options, a veggie patty option, 4-5 hot dog options, sides, and several frozen dessert selections. The menu also includes a fairly large selection of assorted toppings for the burgers, hot dogs, and side items. BurgerFi also has a "secret menu" available on their website for a couple extra entrees, if there isn't anything on the actual menu to pique your interest. The price point is decent, BurgerFi is a bit more affordable than its two aforementioned competitors; however their entree options are less gourmet and more straight forward, traditional. The burgers range from about $5.50 - $9.00, hot dogs from $4 - $5, sides start at $2 depending on the size and side toppings range from $0.60 to $2 (for chili). The food overall was enjoyable - I had their "100% Wagyu Kobe Beef Dog" with ketchup, mustard, and diced onions. Without a doubt one of the best hot dogs I've had in awhile - the "dog" was so tender and very well seasoned; I also had a side of their fries with the Parmesan & Herb topping - which were decent, though the topping was much more Parmesan than anything else. I sampled bits of their veggie patty, which I really liked - I'll get a better taste on my next visit - and the cheeseburger, which again was palatable, but forgettable. I really like the space and set-up at this location. It's bright and airy with a modern decor - I was especially impressed with the light fixtures (yes, I'm a dork - I know). The set-up is "fast-casual", customers order at the counter, and then are given pagers which vibrate when the food is ready to be picked up at the counter. All of the condiments, plastic ware, and non-alcoholic beverages are self-serve - and yes they do have the Coke Freestyle machine, which makes it that much better! read more

Burgerfi made me actually like veggie burgers. I've given up beef and their Vegifi burger is a great substitute. I even get it green style so that instead of a bun they sandwich it between crisp lettuce. I haven't tried any of their sweets yet, but they do have some really delicious looking shakes and custard cups. read more

Great burger! I got the veggie burger, and it was one of the best I've ever had, certainly the best from any quick-service restaurant. It tasted really fresh, and I could tell the ingredients were high quality. My friends who got the regular beef burgers enjoyed theirs as well. Also the atmosphere of the place was really cool with options for indoor and outdoor seating, and there were lots of great menu options. The people were super nice as well; great service. read more

Great burger, you can taste the quality meats that they use, the bun was a bit chewy but did not take away from the burger over all. Oh the lemonade is one the best I've had at a burger Joint. Only reason that I gave 4 stars instead for 5 is because of the price, they need to cut it. Lol read more

I needed to stop by Kinko's and this looked as good of a place as any to get lunch. It's another place I've ridden by and thought, maybe I should try that place. My burger was good, fries were good, pleasant employees and the food was ready quickly. The modern industrial design makes it a extremely noisy restaurant. You can barely hear the person across the table from you. That will probably keep me from going at peak times during the winter and I'll sit outside in good weather. read more

They are trying too hard, plain and simple. As much as it pains me to drop the deuce stars, I have simply experienced better (and for a whole lot less). You'll hear me talk about places like this in terms of potential, because it is dripping with it. It's not that it couldn't be a stellar joint, the execution simply precludes it. This place has everything going for it: * Windward Parkway / Alpharetta Residential and Corporate crowds * Lots of foodies in the burbs looking for that in-town Gourmet Burger Joint experience without the drive * Beer, wicked facility, brand stamped on bun, plus desserts * Inviting experience and that whole trendy thing going for it So what killed it for me? The ACTUAL FOOD What sealed it? The amount of money I paid for that food It's almost like they set themselves up for brilliance but deliver in mediocrity. Classic lipstick on the pig (and that's something I know all too well) When the best off-menu burgers in the city peak at $10-$15 all-in, I cringe at dropping $20+ on something that their competitors, let alone the real deals, charge far less for. It's more an experience than an eatery. Left me wanting more... read more

Awesome burgers, fries, and excellent customer service. Burgerfi has such good burgers and their fries are amazing. Fresh. hot, and it's worth it. The servings are huge! Especially when you order the large fries...it is a tray of fries! Windward parkway offers other burger chains from Smashburger to Five Guys but compared to the other two, Burgerfi's ambiance is very nice and relaxing and the food is less greasy. The management also does a good job making sure that guests are happy. The manager goes around and offers free samples of their delicious custard. Delicious! read more

BurgerFi is about a mile from my job. Always wanted to try it out. The best thing to do is online ordering during weekday lunch. Surprised to see it packed. Anyways, I got a double burger with free standard toppings. Loved it! Full of flavor. Their housemade sauce made it really special. read more

The food was exceptional and the service was even better. Cam was at the register and was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I've been craving burgers for a while (spurred on by Seven Lamps off-menu burger -- but that's another review!) and when my husband offered to pick up burgers to go for Mother's Day, I was all for it. I had passed BurgerFi leaving Costco recently, so I looked it up on Yelp and decided to go for it. We called in the order ahead of time, but much like Five Guys, they actually cook fresh when you get there. So he had to wait a while for the order, but that's fine. What is not fine is that he didn't check the order well enough before he left, got home, it was someone else's order. whoops! and he wouldn't go back (one star for him. hrmph.) I wasn't eating food I hadn't ordered, and for $30 I felt like it was worth going back, so I packed up everything and drove back to BurgerFi. They were EXTREMELY apologetic, offered to refund my money - I didn't have the credit card it was bought with - so they gave me a free cupcake instead - remade the entire order, and definitely get two thumbs up for customer service. Now, the food: I agree with another reviewer that the fries seemed unevenly salted. BUT they were really good. Crispy, not limp like Five Guys always seem to be once you get them home. The burger was good, not too dry, loved the bun. I understand why these places don't cook to order, but I do prefer my burgers just this side of still-mooing (don't judge me!), but at least with the thinner patties they don't dry out as badly. Overall, I enjoyed the food, great customer service, worth checking out. read more

If I could give this HORRIBLE place a ZERO I would. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS RIP-OFF OF A 'BURGER JOINT'!!! I have to agree with Mike E...my first time trip actually forced me to finally make a yelp account as well! I went with a co-worker for lunch, around 2:00. I had initially viewed their menu online so I would know exactly what I wanted and wouldn't waste time trying to decide while there....BIG mistake!!! I had already had a craving for what I wanted...but of course they don't offer the prices online...why you may ask? Simple...NO ONE WOULD EVER GO THERE!!! The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! Especially for the sub-par food you receive and the way in which you receive it. I ordered the Brisket Burger, regular fries with BurgerFi® Chili & Cheese Sauce and a drink. Would anyone care to guess how much I paid for that slop? $20.09!!!!!!! YOU READ THAT RIGHT!!! But I kept an optimistic outlook and though I would be receiving a lunch WORTH this ludicrous amount of money ...30 minutes later my little 'pager' went off and up to the counter I go. I looked at what was on the tray and LITERALLY laughed out loud!!! The hamburger was roughly the size of my palm. Yes...the brisket burger I paid $11.00 plus for was that little. The fries with the BurgerFi® Chili & Cheese Sauce...the amount of fries was reasonable, but the BurgerFi® Chili & Cheese Sauce came in those small, 2 ounce size clear plastic 'containers' you get ketchup in! UNBELIEVABLE!!! But guess what? That isn't the WORST part!!! My hamburger and fries and sides were COLD!!!!!!! I had just waited 30 MINUTES ON THE WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE, COLD DISGUSTING BURGER EVER!!!!!!! This place should be known for nothing more than a decent looking place with the world's tiniest $2.50 drinks and WORST 'organic, grain fed WHATEVER' burgers EVER!!! I seriously would rather throw my money into a paper shredder...I would have more fun and wouldn't have to deal with idiotic 'servers' that think it's a joke for you to actually complain about a cold hamburger you've just waited 30 plus minutes for as well as $20 PLUS dollars!!! I hope this place goes out of business QUICK, FAST and IN A HURRY!!!!!!! FIVE GUYS HERE I COME!!!!!!! read more

BURGERFI has been a typical spot for me since I worked at the Winward Keller Williams location, and I can confidently say that their service problems have definitely improved since then. These burgers are awesome, and eating in the restaurant doesn't bother me even though others tend to complain about the loud music. It's a burger joint people, not a 4 or 5 star restaurant, and these burgers are worth it. If you want a great, juicy burger, tasty fries or, onion rings - this is a great choice. read more

My fiancé and I were on our way home when we stopped in for a bite to eat. I ordered the vegefi burger, because I normally prefer veggie burgers to beef (I know what you're thinking, why did you stop at a burger joint... My fiancé likes burgers). I can honestly say I ordered the wrong item for my personal taste. I'm not a cheese fan and the vegefi burger is made with 3 different types of savory cheese... I wasn't a fan- my mistake. What blew my socks off was the fact that the owner noticed that I wasn't enjoying the burger and not only recommended a different selection, but also offered a custard both on the house just to make sure I was satisfied. I ended up eating the chicken and apple dog which was fantastic. It had the texture of a hot dog but the flavor of chicken- awesome! I loved it. I'm really happy we ended up stopping. The dinner wound up being great. read more

Damn good burgers with tasty fries and onion rings as well as a coke free style machine make this a solid 4 stars for me. Service is horrible though, every time, just consistently terrible so just be prepared and FYI. Burgers: Since this is a burger joint and that's what I should rate it on, it's an awesome burger so it's a win. The meat is fatty enough to be delicious but not so fatty you feel sick. The only thing I wish they had was a chicken or turkey burger. Still, great selection of toppings and a vegan option if you don't feel like meat is good enough for me. Sides: Kind of disappointed here when it comes to selection, most joint have a broader selection of sides. That said their fries and onion rings are tasty and they do the half and half order so that's a huge bonus. Not enough to lose them a star. Ambiance: Clean, bright and plenty of tables. Can't fault them here. Service: Wow, this it horrible. I mean flat out have never had a good experience and even had someone mock my husband for carrying my diaper bag (it's a nondescript, khaki leather messenger bag. That said even if it was a pink Petunia Pickle Bottom, don't make fun of a man for helping out his wife you F@#$ing D*&#@Bag!) Still, thankfully I don't have to be served by them so it's just a 2 minute take my order then go away interaction. As such I didn't take away a star for it. Still, up yours cocky teenagers. Overall, a great, fast place to get a tasty burger in Alpharetta. read more
