Prices have increased since my last visit (of course), but they're still quite reasonable. The service is exceptional! We always enjoy chatting with Jojo and Chloe when we're there. These two ladies are incredibly friendly and helpful. My parents visit so frequently that Jojo already knows their orders without them having to say a word lol. You never have to wait long; our orders come out one dish after another very quickly. My group had 5 people, so we had to wait a bit to get seated, but the staff was able to navigate that really well. The food was delicious! I got the Beef Chow Fun Ho, and for an appetizer, I got the roti and the curry. I would highly recommend both! The roti was flaky and soft- it paired so well with the curry. The beef chow fun was good as well, but it tastes better with this chili sauce (it could be it was seasoned just fine and my taste buds are dead from all the spice I eat). That sauce elevated the flavors even more. The prices were fairly priced for what you get, and I will say, though, if you come with a group of 5 or more, they will charge you a 20% tip automatically. I did not mind at all because the waitress we had was very attentive and checked up on us several times during our meal.

This took over the Bun Factory (?) location. Hopefully this restaurant does well. The lot is quite and therefore parking will never be an issue. We were here early there were 2 other tables already eating. While we were shoveling our delicious food, 3 other groups came in. The hubby had nasi padang - beef rendang, curried chicken, sambal egg and collard for the fusion on rice (nasi) and 2 other types of sambal to accompany your proteins. I tried the chicken, I loved the flavour, it was tender and moist. I didn't try the rendang and therefore can't comment. My husband liked it. The sambal egg was delicious he said. I ordered the tilapia goreng (fried tilapia). If like me you love fish, this is a treat. The entire tilapia was deep fried, not oily and so crispy, I could eat everything. The fish was accompanied by a serving of rice, a few slices of tomatoes and a few slices of cucumber. So fresh. Also a sambal (of a different kind) from what we already have on our plate. I requested for sambal hijau (green sambal) to go with my fish. So good. Perfectly seasoned fish, no fishy smell. Between us, we shared a chendol, green noodlely things in coconut milk and gula melaka (palm sugar). It's a cold dessert, mildly sweet and fragrant because of the coconut milk. Try it on a hot summer's day. Very refreshing. On Friday and Saturday, they have a AYCE Indonesian fare buffet for $25. Taxes not included yet. But I'm going to say it's going to be great just judging by the food we had today. BTW, the chef Ibu herself is an Indonesia cuisine trained cook. So you know.....

I was tempted to purchase a package of frozen squid for later dinner prep and then decided maybe another time. Rice was cooked perfectly and curry sauce was rich and flavorful. Green beans with tofu were nice. Eggplant dish was swimming in oil. Pork rib pieces were inedible and unable to be thoroughly chewed due to tough texture and bone fragments. Lempers and eggrolls, chicken satay (5 sticks to one order), Beef Rendang (still an outstanding beefy classic), Bihun goreng and Nasi Goreng made the grade.
