They're open late and they have pretty big portions of food for a reasonable price. I've never actually seen the store since I always get it delivered. The location will scare the pants off of you, but the food won't. A friend in the neighborhood raved about this place. I'd seen it for years (though it's under fairly new ownership now) and assumed it would be horrifying. It's in a corner of a convenience store building next to a seedy gas station. But I walked in. Tiny place, take-out only, with enough room for maybe 3 or 4 people to stand. Behind the counter, the owner had a large stack of very fresh vegetables and chicken breasts that she was very carefully trimming. That's when I realized that she was actually running the kitchen like a good restaurant, despite the surroundings. Everything we've had there has been fresh, delicious, with excellent ingredients. Best chinese I've had yet in Atlanta. Delivers which is great since no one does here. They will cook the food with no MSG if you ask and super helpful over the phonand friendly delivery guy. Burger Win is the chinese takeout nearest my boyfriend's house, so we always choose this when we are feeling lazy. The food always arrives relatively quickly, and is a good price for how much you get. They sometimes run out of the items they have, and that might be because of the diversity of their menu. But the food we do get is very good, perfectly respectable chinese takeout food. I always order pot stickers, which are good. I've also had their crab rangoon, masaman, salt and pepper shrimp, General Tso's chicken, and sesame chicken. I have never been disappointed with the food I've gotten. read more

A year or so they used to be a lot better. But recently it seems like they started cutting corners. The crab rangoon is made with chedder cheese and crab, and is disgusting. The mongolian beef is made primarily with onions instead of scallions. We ordered last night and just got a takeout box full of onions with some meat and one or two green onions in a bunch of sauce. Mongolian beef should be green onions and beef. The chicken lo mein has lost flavor, it used to be delicious and now it's just meh. A year ago I would have given them four stars, now they're just meh. Going to look elsewhere for my local takeout. read more

Pretty good!! We ordered delivery a couple of nights ago and it showed up in about 20 minutes (we were told it would 45 minutes). The food was pretty good...a bit on the expensive side for Chinese takeout but I can't complain. Burger Win serves Chinese, Thai and American so you can please multiple palates from one place....and have it brought to you if you can't get out. The folks that run it are extra nice and the kitchen always seems clean. They also will deliver in the East Atlanta area. OMG! This is the best chinese takeout spot! I tend to avoid places that are attached to gas stations, but I am so glad I popped in 2 days ago for a cheap 10 piece [wings]. I found this neighborhood spot based on their Yelp ratings and decided to give it a try. And I kept coming back. No it's not fine dining. As a matter of fact I was kind of confused when I saw the storefront attached to a gas station. But hey, I had already put in my order soooo...Not only are they open late, they deliver late, and the food always hits the spot. I seem to always get the same thing...the Singapore Rice noodles...so I really can't comment on the other selections. The small portion would fill the average appetite; the large is enough to have left overs or more than fill you up if you're really hungry. I would tell you more but I gotta go get my food! The food could have been hotter and the driver could have been a little more friendlier, but overall good experience. The lady who took my order was very kind and prices were good. I just moved close to this place so new to ordering from here. I ordered 4 different flavors of wings and they had hardly any sauce on them. We couldn't really tell the difference between each of them. We also got the sampler #2 which came with egg rolls, crab Rangoon & fried dumplings. Not bad on the Chinese part but the wings were definitely lacking. They told me it would take 45min to 1 hr and they were right on time with that.
