Heard it was under new management so went back to try the breakfast burrito and it was so good! Most breakfast burritos are packed with so much potato but the bacon, egg, potato was good! They give a green salsa that is given with ranch when you order a breakfast burrito but it's not that good. I ended up using hot sauce when I got back home with ranch. I went yesterday Saturday morning 4/22/17 for I was getting a Avocado cheese burger cause I'm been craving alot past so after I finished paying but before eating and there weren't a Avocado in but it's bacon and bacon taste like a beef jerky. I had never been to this restaurant before but I'm happy I stopped in. I just had an iced tea and a cheese quesadilla but it hit the spot! The people were really nice. I mentioned that I was a vegetarian and they offered to put some veggies in the quesadilla for me. It's really clean inside and well maintained. I've been going here alot lately. its close-by and convenient. i've been inside maybe once years ago and it seemed ok. i usually go through drive-thru. they do take credit cards. the foods pretty good. typical delicious mom/pop burgers. they have a huge menu that includes mexican food. I usually get their burger special for 4.75 and they throw in a shit load of fries. I recently had their carne asada burrito and it is freaking delicious. one of the best. but if you do go, you should probably call it in cuz they take a sweet deal of time. read more

Shady stuff going down at Burgertown. Sometimes im not sure why i still go here. Probably cuz it cheap and close. Its not because its great quality. Thats for sure. Today they overcharged me on 2 sandwiches. Almost 18 bucks total. I sat down for a few minutes waiting for my food wondering how two items could be so much. I went up and asked the waitress if she charged me for combos by accident. She then hands be money she had sitting by the register all quick like saying something about she charged me for a drink i didnt order. So my question is if I had not said something after thinking about it for a while would she have given me the 2 bucks she overchrged me or was that pocket money if I didnt notice. I have searched the local area for the best carne asada burrito. IMO, they have the best one right here. I've tried their 4.99 burger combo once, and it was pretty good too. But I come here for the carne asada burrito because it's that good. the asada is tasty, the meat/bean/cheese ratio is well balanced, it's always still hot when I get home with it, and the salsa is dark-green and flavorful. After reading a couple reviews here, I'm thinking I need to branch out a little and try the chili cheese fries and the pastrami burger too. read more

I was food poisoned after sending a steak sandwich back for a correct sandwich I ordered (Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich). The girls were not very happy that I sent the "steak sandwich" back and were confrontational. 7 hours after eating the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich my stomach started going crazy. I was in the restroom most of the day puking from both ends. I was extremely sick for two days but it took a full week for me to recover fully. I've been eating here for a while now because this is the closest mexican restaurant around my school but I won't let this incidence pass. The workers here are not wearing any gloves. It's a bad place to begin with. The ladies on the cashier are also handling the food and they are not wearing any hair net. Gross. Moreover, I can see the trash can in the kitchen from where I was standing in front of the cashier. The kitchen looks dirtier that the dining area. However, I got the lunch combo with two tacos and onion rings which I normally eat. I got it for to go and while I was eating the side beans, I saw a hair strand in it. I felt so grossed out. One of the filthiest things that could be in your food. I thought it was gonna be just that but no. I saved my onion rings later and while I was eating it; the bottom half of it is fried zucchini! their food is great and the price is real good. the only thing i have bad to say is that wait time for my food. i called at 10:30 in the morning to place a order the lady said it would be 20 min before it was done i said cool and thanks. 25 min later i pull up and go to pay for it and she said its almost ready i sat down with my kids and waited and waited. they were real busy but 45 min went by and i got up to ask whats going on and they have not even started to cook my food i told her that people came in 10 to 15 after us they order there food and got theirs and left then she said sorry about that 5 more mins and it would be done.15 min later i got up ask for my money back and was told they cant do that your order is done. so i got my order got home to eat with my kids and what do i see the food was all wrong and cold. i left at 11:25 am almost a hour after ordering.going back i may wait a while but not anytime soon. read more
