Hiiiii my little festerlings! It's your favorite BK ambassador back for another cross country Burger King review! I'll be honest, I was kind of second-guessing this place when the door to the lobby was locked, and there's a sign on the window saying that they were short staffed and it was drive-thru only. I was on foot. A lot of drive-thrus won't serve people on foot, through the drive-thru, but this place did! I don't know why there's so many bad reviews about this place. I mean come on, it's fast food. You're not really doing a service to a community complaining about a $5 meal. Anyways I digress. There's a car in front of me, they got their food in two or three minutes. I walked up to the drive-thru and a nice kid there asked me if he could help me. I told him "sorry, I forgot my car at home" and he sat there for a second and kind of chuckled then I told him about usually not getting served in the Drive-Thru. He told me "yeah, I'm not going to NOT serve somebody their food, if they don't have a car! Our door is locked because we're short-staffed." What a guy! That tells me right there, that he values his job, and customers that come through. Good on him! My food was actually ready right when I got to the window which was nice. I ordered a double Whopper low carb, heavy all, and got exactly what I was expecting. Great job sir, and the rest of the staff in the back. This Burger King is actually really good. So I'll be making a call to my corporate rep to commend this place! ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. Very slow drive thru 30 mins didn't order much. When paid with cash said they don't take Pennies I said okay total was $15.31 so we just gave $15.35 I was thinking so no change no we got the nickel back $5.05 so confused. Then he came back and said I'm Sorry what were your order numbers after we already waited 15 mins, we accidentally deleted the order screen. Than asked what drinks did you have again? Do you need anything else yes our meals! I had to write this review as we are still waiting read more

Was passing by figured I'd stop to get a bite to eat and use the restroom. Walked in washed my hands walked out ordered food. Not bad. Went to the restroom and this restroom has not been cleaned in probably weeks. Dried feces on the ADA complaint hand rail. Dried feces on the trash can floor dirty toilet dirty. See photos. The dinning area also has not seen a mop in who knows how long. I wish I would have paid more attention when ordering had I noticed this much dirt and especially the bathroom I'd have left. I now feel disgusting. Get it together Burger King. read more

Expect 20 minutes in drive thru and double check every item you ordered regardless of pressure to pull forward.

This is one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to I ordered a duo deal two for $5 with a Whopper Jr and a chicken sandwich and added a $3.99 10 piece nugget which they insisted costed over $17 when the cost was not that they just run it up wrong or something I don't know I will never go back to this place they lied straight to my face I went through and asked a duo deal is two for $5 correct they told me yes so with $3.99 that's the price for the 10-piece nugget It should only be $8.99 maybe a little more because of tax which is understandable not double the price they need to figure it out cuz they're going to keep losing more customers because of bad service I love Burger King but I will not be returning to the Burger King in Winnemucca they tried to scam me Don't let them scam you Make sure you pay attention to your prices read more

I wish just once, they would get the order right. I see those T.V. commercials how Burger King is improving everything. Did they forget about the one in Winnemucca? Because I've lived here 4 years, love the food, but it's never right. Why say have it YOUR way, when you get it anyway THEY want read more

I dunno why people are having such bad experiences here, mine was fine. I stopped in here for quick breakfast. I got a Croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheese and egg, along with what Burger king calls hashbrowns ... more like little tater tots and a coffee. The order was taken competently and I just used a credit card to pay. Food came up in short order and it was all hot and the cheese actually melted. It tasted fine as it should, so no surprises there or stray hairs in the food or anything. Coffee was hot so it's all good. I'd stop here again if I was passing thru on the 80 again. read more

This burger king is worse than McDonald's and to be worse than the McDonald's here youve got to be exceedingly horrid. No coffee at 8:00 a.m. none in store, out of biscuits, was told bk only lets the make so many you run out tough luck, they hire people with their faces tatted up working cash, orders never accurate, food cold, wait time for food is turtle paced, furthermore employees no man ers very rude I could keep going on but I've said enough read more

I'm surprised by the low ratings here. This Burger King redeemed the brand for us! The service was fast and friendly (we ate here around 1pm on a Wednesday) and it has the typical casual ambiance. However, the burgers were tasty and tasted fresh! The toppings (lettuce, tomato, and onion) were also fresh and full of flavor!! I'm happy we ate here and sad that the BK at home is nothing like this one. read more

super bad service told get the _uck out of here! fish sandwich so burnt it looked like a burger. no one would do anything about it! one person told me person in charge never around & never does his job. don't try calling corporate burger king, never answers phone! lost my family & friends money forever!!! read more

ZERO F ING STARS. I've been in the drive thru for 30 -40 minutes and can't leave because there is people in front and behind us and I called and it rung like 4 times then disconnected and I called right back and it instantly disconnected so they probably took the phone off the line. My husband had to get out to go to the front door and everything was locked and shut off. read more

Terrible Service Manager Is Rude And So Mean I Heard Everything On How She Talked To A Employee And I Bet She Lies About It To The District Managers Food Was Cold And I Had A Hair In My Fries And Sandwhich Was Made Unproperly And Smashed And bathroom was gross And the windows were smudged and the trays were greasy. read more

Was trying to order the $5 you way meal with the chicken jr sandwich deal the young female behind the register was unable to figure how to put the order in so was annoyed and short response because that was what we wanted and she didn't know how to find the button for it. Then she put in the wrong items and when I asked her about it and the drinks she dropped the cups on the counter said something quietly and walked away. read more

I have to say out of all the Burger King I've ever been in my whole life. This has to be one of the cleanest ones the food taste fresh it taste good everything is just overall the great experience. The Spanish-speaking lady in the front is amazing. I don't remember her name but she had blonde hair and she was so sweet to all the customers. I will definitely be eating at Burger King Winnemucca when I come through here all the time. And this was my second time here and did I mention how clean all the tables were? read more

Food was okay, the service tho was the issue first there was not one person seen inside they had us standing there for like 5 minutes.

Waited 1 hour in the drive thru just to order 2 sandwiches! Then another 30 minutes to get our food!! Maybe hire some help! Do not recommend at all!! read more

The food is okay it's always kinda warm. Sometimes I feel like the food bleeds to be cooked longer and add more toppings. The service is okay. Overall good! It's a long wait tho. read more

Was feeling a whopper, my guilty pleasure, so I decided to drop by. Ordered a double whopper and a chicken sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce. The whopper was standard, meaty bites with a bit of lettuce crunch and fresh tomato. I was given the option to add tomato and lettuce to the chicken sandwich, which I did. The chicken sandwich was a 3/5, not bad, not great. The chicken breading was almost as thick as the white meat, no bueno. But the taste was good, it just needs a sauce like Popeye's. read more

door says dine in open till 10 the doors were locked at 9. I was very looking forward to having a burger from the king of burgers but no

Your guys good sucks ah bro it's so cold and warms not hot warm and cold and your fries are stale a waste of money lmao

Ordered the food and I was the only vehicle in the driveway yet it still took 20 mins. Checked my bag after I get the order. Seems correct. 2 sandwiches. 2 onion rings. Drive the 20+ mins home and take 2 bites from my "crispy chicken bacon swiss" and there's no bacon and the patty is Definitely not a crispy chicken. It's worse than a mcchicken from McDonald's. What a rip off. And I spent over $20 on this crap. read more

I have eaten here several times with dietary restrictions and have never had an issue. One of the best Burgerking restaurants I've ever been to and they are consistent. read more

Almost 30 min for 2 whopper juniors - finally gave up and got my $ back. If anyone would have apologized or even acknowledged the wait it would have been fine but no one said anything. If you're backed up like this - just tell people when they order. read more

Should have read the reviews before stopping here. Cashier was a very immature boy, loud and obnoxious. Yelling for help like an incesant 3 year old, loudly pointing out his co workers mistakes. Very uncomfortable for those of us eating. Another young girl behind the counter was playing with her ponytail over and over again before scooping fries and loading bags. Gross. Paid for tomatoes on two of my burgers, didnt receive. They did fix it though. Just feel sort of grossed out by watching the behaviors behind the counter. They really need to teach food handling etiquette and safety. read more

They know that people order and get back on the road so they don't care if the food is edible or not. So Sad

Bruh sat there for 20+ minutes for 2 sandwiches a fry and a drink. Once the dude at the drive through learned how to put the food to the correct orders they gave me the wrong drink , them fries were cold and hard and the sandwiches were made wrong even though I confirmed they were right on the screen like bruh what ? Wow. Just absolutely wow. Stopped here on my way to Idaho last week. What a mistake that was. We were met with the absolute rudest employee ever at the register. She seriously looked like she hates her job almost as much as she hates living in that small town read more

Just went into this Burger King at 8:36pm tonight. We're traveling from California to Idaho nonstop, with our children in tow. We stopped for dinner and to use the facilities. I tried opening the restroom door and a woman yelled "I'm F***ing I'm here" very angerly. So we waited, a good 5-10 minutes. As I was struggling to hold it, out walks a chubby worker. We heard the toilet flush, no sink to wash hands..... I walked in after her, the sink was bone dry and she gave us a very nasty look. The smell was horrific, needless to say we turned around and walked right out. So much for serve safe classes. This woman obviously did not take those classes seriously if she is handling food and not washing after herself. She isn't customer service savvy either if she yells and curses at customers. read more

The whole store is FILTHY! The windows are filthy. The floors are filthy. The bathrooms are filthy. The tables are filthy. The chairs are filthy. The bathrooms are filthy and stink to high heaven. The burgers are cold and the fries are cold. They haven't had ice for months so expect your drinks to be warm. This place is disgusting and it has been for years! NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN!!! read more

This burger king is weak, shut this place down no ice no good soda, this BK is sad i asked the manager for ice since there wasnt ice in the front he said there was no ice but as soon as i said i want my money back, oh there was ice so fast, soggy fries and onion rings, i should of really got my money back read more

Dirty tables, windows and dead bugs on all the window sills, while listening to her repeat 'double bacon cheeseburger' to the cook as drive thru walked around the ice cream machine repeatedly as we were dissecting our very sloppy and just plain shitty meals. Because of time constraints we had to finish there or we would have gotten our money back. The drinks were horrible as she noticed standing Right Behind Us but didn't check the boxes to make sure. Fucking around behind the counter like usual because they only hire the laziest, loudest kids who like to stand around and flirt. This guy-(i believe he was a previous manager but now demoted)-noone has name tags-loudly put a ladder up, climbed up, RIPPED DOWN the light cover and put it on the table. Nice dirty light cover on the probably dirty table. The BEST part was when he kept making eye contact with us WHILE he proceeded to do this several more time just throwing them on the floor AND THEN actually stood on the drink station, ripped one off, threw it on the floor and went to the right side and did it again! No refills for us and no reciept for a survey but i just message them. read more

Very slow to help you. Flys everywhere, filthy lobby and behind the counter. Cashier uses same gloves handling money and food. Grabbed dropped items off the floor and still didn't change gloves, went right back touching food and money. Garbage everywhere. Clearly no one cleans the lobby and tables. Ordered hamburgers to eat in the restaurant. Had them no more than 2 minutes, took a bite and they were cold and the bun was stale. Worst Burger King I have ever been to in all my travels. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat. read more

I told the manager when I arrived that there was no toilet paper in the ladies room (the single room had four industrial size paper rolls - all empty). After we finished our food they still had not restocked. It was 9:30 AM during the week so it should have been freshly stocked and they weren't busy. read more

Came in two hours before closing. Took over 20 minutes for our order to come out of the back. Staff was wandering around the store talking with other employees and friends while my friend and I were waiting. Friends of employees came in after us and received their food first. If you want a quick stop off the freeway, this is not the place. Not fast food and biased service. read more

Only giving a 1 star because it they won't let me post without a rating. Otherwise my rating is a ZERO.Service was horrible. Ordered and paid online for pickup which is kind handy. Reached the Winnemucca BK only to be told they were they were out of items. They could not cancel my order of give my money back or even substitute items for replacement. I was told I had a bad attitude when I expected to receive my order. read more

Went through the drive-thru and asked for the double. The fries and soda were expected quality but the burger was wimpy looking like it was sitting there for a day and I had this at noon. ( I should have changed my condiments for the order so they had to make it fresh) Much to expensive for what you get even for being in an "oasis in the desert" read more

The night manager is a doll. Workers r super efficient. Would love if I could doordash burger king to my residence.
