I wanted lightly fried eggs and home fries instead of the scrambled and fries listed on the menu. Am I glad. The eggs were great and the home fries SPECTACULAR. I love corned beef hash and having it in a quesadilla this first time was exactly how I'd like it but may never see unless I asked for it and I will here in Florida. Didn't want this meal to end. My wife liked her omelette a lot also with those home fries and agreed. Perfect! And a bottomless cup of great coffee. We occasionally talked the three people who were seated near us and talked about everything. Laughed mostly and it was quite enjoyable.
