Dirty parking lots, Rude manager ( girl with blonde hair) she was outside smoking weed with a truck fulls of guys when I returned from the drive thru with my incorrect food. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and the put it on a hamburger bun with half the chicken hanging off. I went in and asked for a refund and she demanded a reciept. A very rude male staff member. I was trying to use a coupon I had gotten in the mail (I've never used one of these before) when asked "Okay code?" I asked if it was the numbers at the top right. He responded with "Uh yes" When he said my total he said "Okay pull forward what kind of drink?" I responded coke and just waited for a response of some kind back. I heard nothing so I waited. I just ordered today from BK. Seriously, how can you make a bad chicken sandwich. Their original Chicken sandwich is as thin as paper and tastes like plastic. This was the second time I ordered from this burger king's drive thru and got sick from it. The first time it happened I had the chicken fries and I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence. That was over a year ago. I even reported it to the health department. After years of wrong orders and missing items (yes, I'm a glutton for punishment,) I never thought Burger King would toss out customer service/courtesy as well...but darn if they haven't. I wasn't greeted by a rep. with a "Hello", "Good Morning", or "Welcome To Burger King," but I was greeted with an insult to me and my business. Then, of course, we had to do the where's Wally (The Manager) dance. Mike the manager finally showed up with a silly grin on his face and a "I don't think it's a big deal comment." There is a specific reason I'm reviewing a Burger King. This location has never gotten my order wrong, which around here is a very rare thing. The last two times I was in the drive-thru, there was some kind of problem in the kitchen. The manager(same one each time) came out of the building and was passing out drinks and taking money to speed up the line. That really says a lot about a manager, when they are willing to try to fix a problem and face upset customers. I was impressed. Pulled into this Burger King drive-thru at 10:46 and ordered chicken nuggets and fries. It's not quite lunch time yet but the service is pretty fast and efficient and the attendant was very polite and repeated the order twice and it was correct. Once I got to the window I was disappointed that we had to pull to the side and wait for our chicken nuggets. Went to the drive-thru for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. Waited just under 10 minutes. Not too happy about waiting but I thought, at least I'll get a fresh hot meal...WRONG. The biscuit was cold and dark brown in color. The egg was like a piece of cold rubber and the sausage was cold and burnt. I know it's not a 5-star restaurant, but c'mon BK. Well today thinking it would be faster I went inside and it was a hot ass mess. The person taking the orders had no idea what she was doing. The manager was no where to be found. Consistently the worst fast food store every time I go here. Which sucks because I love BK. Quality of the food made is hit or miss. French fries almost always old, burnt, and dried out. Our whoppers had these comically large hunks of lettuce in it. And I mean large as in no way this slips by on accident and someone must be messing with me kind of large. The worst part is usually the people working there. Bad attitudes, especially during the later hours. Last night the lights were all off out front at 10:35pm, and after checking the hours on Google (which said they were open til 11) i decide to I pull up to the drive thru and see if anyone answered. The employees annoyance at having customers at that hour was made evident by their rude responses. Said I was gonna use a coupon and the girl responds "are u sure it's not expired?" I took joy in witnessing their further annoyance when three other cars pulled up in the drive thru. Not even exaggerating, EVERY time a car pulled into the BK driveway I hear some girl in the back yell, "OH MY GOD". To the bigwigs that run BK, the fancy remodels and new food items you keep trying to unroll ain't gonna do squat if the food is made like garbage and you keep hiring garbage employees. Just walked out after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Never coming back!!!!

I would have given a better rating if I actually had the chance to taste anything on the menu. EVERYTHING I asked for, they were out of.

We went here twice since it was down the street from my wife's doctors office, and it was convenient. We had coupons, of course. The first time, we had a coupon for 2/$7.99 chicken combos. Asking for tomatoes didn't work since we didn't get them, and the girl spent probably 5 minutes figuring out how to ring in the coupon. She was newer, and she looked around for help to no avail. Eventually, she got it right. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes before I got my order. The next time, we used the 2/$7.99 Whopper combo coupon, and the same scenario happened (although it was a different new girl on register). I paid 80¢ extra for cheese on both, but we didn't get it. When I walked back up to ask for two slices of cheese, this other young girl yelled from across the kitchen, "make sure you charge him for cheese!" But, I did pay for it already, I said repeatedly. The new girl didn't know how to just charge for cheese or affirm that it was already charged, so the snippy girl came up with a "I've worked here 2 weeks so I can run this place" kind of attitude and asked if I had my receipt to show I paid for cheese. Well, I wasn't given one since the machine was broken. And, she apparently couldn't review the past order to see it either. I was highly annoyed and threw a dollar on the counter and asked for 2 pieces of cheese. It took 5 more minutes for the two airheads to figure out how to charge me for cheese, while I stood there waiting. The girl turned around to the grill area and asked the cook for 2 pieces of cheese, and he asked rudely, "For what?" And that's why some fast food workers are still overpaid at $7.40 per hour. read more

so....1/2 hour for lunch......so I drove over to Burger King 9/17/14. Walked inside and there were 5 people in front of me. One person running the drive thru and one in the kitchen. So I thought I might have a better chance at the drive thru. Two cars in front of me got to Burger king at 11:15 waited in line till 11:30. Asked 3 of the staff members outside taking a smoke break if there was a computer problem. No they said they could not work out front. What ever that means.....how about in the kitchen to get us all out of there. Finally got my order taken at 11:30 and found as I rounded the curve the two cars that were in front of me were still waiting. So I left at 11:35 no cars in front of me had their orders given to me. I go though the drive thru atleast once a week; my tobacco store is right across the street. They are lucky I am a creature of habit; otherwise I would not bother coming to this store. Management is severely lacking in what it takes to run a store. For some odd reason they seemed to schedule shift change right in the middle of the three hour window for dinner rush. Never have I ever made and order and gotten it within the same cigarette....normally it is a two cigarette wait in the drive thru.
