To the owner of this business, I know that the wait staff gets a very minimal amount per hour because they depend on tips, but if there's anyway you can raise his base pay, I would love to see that we were only gonna have one drink each, but because of how he treated us we ended up having two for me and three for my husband, that young man is an investment

The garlic shrimp is actual sauce not just a bunch of shrimp swimming around in oil and minced garlic. Its a buttery sauce. I recommend buying a loaf a bread for dipping. I can say that most of the meat was a bit overdone, but it was made fresh and then delivered, so that will keep the meat cooking and I fully acknowledge that. The sausage was excellent. The wings were skimpy and not really worth it. The chicken and steak were both flat and thus both faster to cook. Meat overall was a bit chewy and tough, but again, that's upon delivery. Our waiter, Marcelo, was exceptional, super attentive, warm, and went the extra mile without ever being overbearing. He gave us the perfect recommendations and took his time pointing them out. I started with the babaghanoush, and let me tell you... it was the best I've ever had. And we just visited the Mediterranean recently, nothing compared to this. It was savory, smoky, and downright addictive. I only wish I had more pita chips to scoop it all up. The hummus sampler was also delicious. We asked Marcelo for more bread and he delivered. For our mains, we ordered the mixed platter of meats and the short rib. Every morsel was perfection, so tender and flavorful it was unreal. Every bite melted like butter. Talk about comfort food at its best. The chef even came out to greet us, and I told him, "Sir... your food is amazing." I cannot wait to go back! This is money well spent, and I already told my husband I want to bring all my friends here. Also, important tip: It's BYOB, so don't forget to bring your favorite wine. As I cut in, I saw it was plain salmon. It was OK but very dry and not what I ordered. I cut into the middle, thinking maybe it was just stuffed in the center. Nope. I also then realized the side veggies were not what was on the menu (because they brought the wrong dish). I let the waiter know and he apologized. Mistakes happen and I was not going to insist on a new dish when I had eaten about 1/3 of this one. They did bring over a small cup of shredded crab meat and a sauce. Again, mistakes happen but what irked me was they didn't even adjust the price, charging me higher price for what I ordered, not the lower priced dish they served. I was not looking for a free meal or even a free dessert, but you don't correct the price on what you served??? Again, staff was all nice, but this is my second time there and second eh experience.
