The inside has a concrete, industrial look. However, with the glass windows, plenty of sunlight can penetrate the place. The bathrooms are located in the back. Then, there are the entrances. There's the front, main entrance, near the register, and the back entrance where you can make a quick exit if needed. It's located by the bathrooms. The ketchup and water pumps are easy to use. As for ordering, get in line, or pre-order with their app. If eating in, you'll get a buzzer that lets you know when your meal is ready. As for food? Well it's Shake Shack and pretty standardized as Shake Shacks go. They have beef, chicken, hotdogs, shakes, fries, and doggie treats. Generally you can mix and match items. Burger with fries? (Single? Double? Triple? With or without cheese? Breaded and fried Portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese? Chicken? Bacon?
