The food is good, what you'd expect from any other Burger King. But the service is terrible. You pull through the drivethru and all you hear is a monotone voice say: "go head" This same, dreadful "id rather die than be here" voice is used throughout your whole transaction with them. They're just rude. They don't smile at you. They don't speak kindly or appropriately. I hate coming to this Burger King because I always know that some worker is going to give me attitude. I ordered my food and went home. When I got home I proceeded to eat my food. I get the other half of my burger and realized that the shit was raw. Out of all the times I got food from here I never had this happen. I went back to see if I could maybe get a little bit of my money back but was told I couldn't even get anything back. Continuing with my junk food adventures, Burger King is next on my fast food comfort-zone list, since I can find one about anywhere I go, but this is a little different than McDonald's, the object of my first Yelp review. I usually go to Burger King when I feel like the only thing that will satisfy my craving is a double Whopper with cheese and fries, when I need to take it to the next level. When this happens, I usually end up at our branch on highway 1 here in Thibodaux. The place, also recently remodeled is not as pleasant as the new McDonald's café-like atmosphere but it's better than it was before. Big screen is up on the wall, if you don't mind reading subtitles while enjoying your meal. The service is usually pretty bad and the place is always at least a little dirty, which is why I often choose to take my food with me and eat it elsewhere. The food itself is what it is expected to be: classic junk food! I like their fries better since they changed a while back. They look and taste more home-made. Now, one of my favorite things about the place, since the remodeling, is their soft drink fountains. The design is extremely nice, kind of a mix of old school and futuristic but what is even more awesome is the unique option of mixing your typical soft drinks with fruit flavors. So, for example, you can choose to have an orange-flavored Coke, a grape-flavored Sprite or even a lime-flavored Ginger Ale. Imagine that! read more

Close to if not the worst customer service I've ever seen. This bk's employees are so rude it blows my mind. "Go head." At the drive-thru instead of a polite "what can I get for you" or "welcome to bk" Blankly (almost angrily!) staring at me as I get my food. No have a good day. No common decency. The food is what you'd expect but not even worth it to get treated like this by people who clearly hate their jobs. read more
