I walked in to this restaurant at 7:30am and placed my order. As the cashier Diana Bagged my order I noticed she grabbed my order from a line of 8 pre made sandwiches and noticed other rows of different sandwiches made in bulk. I asked if my sandwich was pre made was told yes but they have only been there for 10 minutes. I asked if she would please make me a fresh sandwich and she threw away a bag with the order I assumed she was going to give me and said no problem sir it would just be a second. They made me a fresh sandwich within seconds. The lobby was empty and no cars in line so didn't understand why all this food was pre made. As I sat in the lobby I noticed that all these sandwiches that were pre made just sat there waiting for a clueless drive thru customer to order it. I sat in the lobby for over 40 min as I am still at location typing this. It concerns me as 40 min later the same sandwiches Diana told me were just sitting there 10 min, actually sat there an additional 40 min waiting to be sold. Meanwhile my order took me 6 seconds to receive after I placed my order. If it does not take so long for a customer to receive a fresh order why must we be subjected to paying the same amount of money for an order that has been pre made an hour before I decided to order it. Wow... this just does not seem right and there should definitely be a health inspection at this location.

No gloves on her hands as she is serving fries

While at this Burger King location I went inside to place an order with my mother and would you know that the MANAGER OF THIS STORE DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES. When I asked the lady if she was a manager she said "yes, one of them." I continued with "do you always serve your customers food without gloves?" And she stated "I'm at the front I don't need them." I WATCHED HER PACK MULTIPLE CST ORDERS FOR BOTH DRIVE THRU AND FRONT DESK WITH NO GLOVES ON. Let me not forget the fact I went in for a kids meal and they never served me my child's apple juice although I paid for it. Horrible service, horrible customer interactions!!!!

I'm not a huge fan of fast food but once in a while I want to get myself a good burger. Out of most fast food chains I believe Burger King has the best burger. Something about the mayo, fresh lettuce, onion and tomatoes that separates the whopper from the big mac. This location is kept clean but it's dated. The staff are ok, never had an issue here. I used to get onion rings with zesty sauce but BK changed their recipe and now they taste terrible. Go for the fries instead they taste a lot better. Looking for dessert? Get the Oreo Sunday l.

    Bacon cheeseburger (without bacon)

I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers with ketchup and mayo only and this is what i got... i payed $4.00 for 2 normal cheeseburgers without bacon... i really don't have the energy to rant. Don't play yourself. You get what you pay for... or not in my case didn't realize i had to dumb it down ‍

Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This location is a bit more tight, the parking lot and drive through area. However it is manageable - just a bit more traffic than some other locations we have been too. Service was good and restaurant was clean inside!

It's a fast-food concept that keeps things very simple with a limited menu: chicken tenders, fries, and a sandwich. We tried the 4 Chicken Fingers combo with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the recommended Arnold Palmer, sweet tea mixed with lemonade which was refreshing and enjoyable. My favorites were definitely the Texas toast and the coleslaw. The toast was lightly crisp with a buttery garlic finish that made it easy to enjoy. The coleslaw was fresh with a nice crunch and well-balanced creamy without being overly tangy or sweet. The chicken itself was tender but fairly mild. It was okay on its own and really relies on the sauce to bring the flavor together. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with self-serve fountain drinks and tea, and lemonade available at the counter. Service was prompt, location clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was okay. Sometimes simple works and sometimes it's just that: simple. If you have kids, the outdoor seating is perfect because they can run around the plaza while you relax and eat. It makes it a lot less stressful than a typical sit-down restaurant with little ones. The only thing is the inside seating is pretty tight, so if it's busy it can feel a little cramped indoors. But if you can grab a table outside, it's definitely the way to go. Overall a really solid breakfast/brunch spot and a great option for families in the area. Would definitely come back.

The egg was perfectly cooked, but lowkey hiding the fact there was not much chorizo. ++Avocado toast, really small amount of an avocado spread, egg was perfect. The lunch menu might be better, and there are a lot of people coming to check this place out, we saw lots of big groups and kids and dogs it's in a good newer residential area, however these details are important when the item is called chorizo bowl, with little chorizo, and avocado toast with little avocado. So this is not a staff note, but probably a management note that they should put the correct product out.

This location has a giant drive through, so it seems like it can handle a lot of drive through orders, although it was not very busy when I came. In terms of dining in, there are more tables outside than inside (the inside dining area is actually kinda small). All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and my order came out quickly and piping hot. In terms of Raising Canes in general, I feel like Raising Canes is kinda like the In-N-Out of chicken restaurants. The menu is focused on a small set of foods, and those foods are done well. I'd only give it four stars though because I prefer other places' tenders and the food options they offer more, specifically the sauce options (I'm not the biggest fan of the Canes sauce). But the Texas toast and French fries are really good. On a sustainability note, I'd also wish they didn't serve everything in styrofoam containers. I feel like there is a more sustainable and Earth friendly option than styrofoam.

The drive-thru operation here is impressive and it moves incredibly fast and from what I witnessed there was practically no waiting time, even with a steady flow of cars. The entire location was very clean and well maintained, which always makes a big difference when trying a new place. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone had a smile, greeted customers, and seemed genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel positive from the moment you walk in. There's also plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which is great if you want to sit and enjoy your meal instead of just grabbing it to go. Now for the food the chicken was juicy, fresh, and perfectly crispy. You can really tell it's made to order. I ordered the 4-piece meal that comes with crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast, and honestly you need to come hungry because it's a lot of food. Everything was hot and fresh, and the toast was buttery and perfectly grilled. Of course, you can't talk about Cane's without mentioning their famous Cane's sauce. It's their "secret sauce," and it's hard to pinpoint exactly what's in it, but it's incredibly flavorful and pairs perfectly with the chicken and fries. The lemonade tasted freshly squeezed, not overly sweet like many fast-food drinks. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect balance to the meal. Overall, the experience was great, fast service, friendly staff, a clean environment, and delicious food. If you enjoy simple menus that focus on doing one thing really well, this place is definitely worth trying. I'll definitely be going back.

We ordered steak tacos (listed as one of the favorites), quesabirria, spicy margarita and the limonada de mango biche. The drinks were good but the food was okay. The quesabirria was better than the tacos, but the birria sauce just looked and tasted like oily water. The steak tacos are a favorite, but was unfortunately not mine. The steak was chewy and you weren't able to taste the truffle chimichurri. The tacos were also filled with oil. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it may be some sort of sauce but confirmed that it was indeed oil when it started dripping out of the taco. We placed paper napkins on the tray and it absorbed the oil but there was still a lot in the tacos. I didn't notice it at first when I took the picture, but you are able to see the oil in the tacos and the tray...there was a lot! As I waited for my meal I observed how they operated. They had maybe 3-4 cooks preparing the food. And 3 up front trying to fix the orders to go out. I did get helped through the line fairly quickly, but after that I think I waited at least 15 minutes or so before my to go order was ready. As I waited I noticed all three workers that were behind the counter were filling the orders, but not one of them took the time to notice not one, but two customers that were waiting in line to place their order for quite some time. I did notice them turn around and look at them after they had been waiting for a good 5 minutes or so, but even then no one stopped to take their orders. Finally from the back a young man comes over to help them, but only after he took his time changing out the receipt paper. Once I received my to go order and took it home I couldn't wait to see how it tasted because most of the reviews said the food was good. Well, that's where I disagree. My "spicy"chicken sandwich had no taste. Very bland and the meat was crunchy instead of juicy. The fries were very greasy and my husband's Mac and cheese and rice were un edible. We tried the mango pies and they were ok, but not good enough for us to ever return. I can easily cross them off my list of places to try
