The food was good. The 15 to 20 minute wait in the drive thru was ridiculous. Being trapped in the drive thru really sucks.

Waited for them to take our order for 15 min, told us to wait a minute and 15 minutes passed, finally took our order and we pulled up to the window and noticed no one was wearing gloves and touching everything, and one girl had just come out the bathroom came into the kitchen and wiped her nose multiple times while touching food. Really a zero star, I ordered the how to train your dragon fame and flight combo and they only gave me the burger and a fountain drink when I asked for the burger, mozzarella fries, ice cream, and lemonade. After we payed the cashier gave me a regular soda cup. I then went and asked about the fancy strawberry lemonade, they said that it comes separately which, if they gave me what I ordered, is not correct. We then asked if we could fix it and get the right order to which he originally replied yes before going to talk to his manager saying that there was nothing they could do, they wouldn't give me what I ordered. I am furious. I will never be going back to any burger king location ever again. I wish I had gotten the workers names to file personal complaints. read more

I can't explain enough how disgusted I am with this location. I watched the drive thru employee dump the cup he was using for my drink, put all four of his fingers in the cup with his thumb on the outside while he wiped the soda off the exterior of the cup, then put ice in it, fill it with soda then hand it to me . His fingers in my cup and he thinks that's sanitary? I threw my drink and food away. I don't trust any food that comes out of this location. read more

I don't eat fast food regularly, when I do-I choose Sedro Woolley BK. Not only is the food awesome, the staff is always friendly, fun, and helpful. if something goes wrong, understandably so (it's always packed) they are awesome at making things right! hands down the spot to eat! read more

Went here today and ordered two whopper juniors and two small fries for 6.99 (a deal on their app) and a 8 piece chicken nuggets with ranch. They charged me for the 6.99 deal, plus two more whopper juniors and two more small fries, and for the chicken nuggets. I noticed and went back to the counter for a refund- this took about 15 minutes and they only refunded me 6$, I then had to go back to the counter and get another refund for the extra fries I was charged for. I then received my food and the counter girl threw in a ranch so I assumed my chicken nuggets were in there. After all of this I get home and look in the bag and there was no chicken nuggets. It was very frustrating since I already had so much trouble at the counter, the employees didn't really seem to care about the trouble. I went here a lot , but this is the second time this kind of thing has happened. Won't be going anymore. read more

Came through town a few times in the last month on the way to fishing. Drove through the first time, quick, fast, friendly service. The next time we went inside. Again, good service, restaurant is clean. Only we did have an issue. Just as we were finishing eating we smelled at first what we thought was exhaust fumes, maybe comeing through the drive through window. It was bad. I rushed outside because it was making me nauseus. Wasn't any better outside. We finally realized that they must have been cleaning their grill. It was a stomach churning smell. You would think they would do this right before closing when there are not as many people around. read more

Forget your orders then as you stand there for 15-20 minutes for a single whopper with cheese by state that there is a customer that is super impatient only cause I wasn't smiling about standing in like for at least 15 minutes for a whopper as I watch order after order of people that ordered after me go out. So calling me super impatient cause I asked about my burger is rude as all get up I walked into Burger King thinking an 8$ fast food burger wouldn't take that long to cook. I've stopped at this particular Burger King three times, and always the same experience. Their service is extremely slow, and twice out of three times they've completely screwed up the order. Not my idea of a flourishing business. The last time I was there, I stopped in on my way to work in Everett, nearly 70 miles from where I live in Concrete. I was even running early, that is until I stopped here. From the time I got in the drive-thru line to the time I hit the road again was twelve minutes, and I was only a couple cars back! TWELVE MINUTES in a drive-thru line...I mean, unless they were butchering the cow on demand for the patty and milking another for the cheese, there's NO reason it should have taken nearly a quarter of an hour to go through the drive-thru line! UN-FLIPPING-REAL! These guys suck...period. The one in Mount Vernon is equally deplorable, which is why I no longer do business with Burger King. read more

Worst fast food place I've ever been to. Pulled into the drive thru with nobody in line, ordered and paid. The employee told me they were cooking fresh hash browns so we had to pull around and park. Waited ten minutes and got cold sandwiches and cold hash browns. Never going back. read more

Not a frequent customer and not likely to be, after today. Drive thru had 4 cars. One was just sitting at the speaker...and sitting...and sitting. I considered asking the driver if she was okay, but tried to back out, instead. Too late! Another car behind me, so I waited...almost 20- 25 minutes, before I placed my order. Another 10 minutes,before I was able to pay. My order wasnt ready. When I got the food, there were 6 onion rings with cold fries, mixed together. The ff order was loose in the bag. I got someone else's receipt, too. I overheard an employee say someone drove off, without their shake. My meal was COLD, took about 1/2 hour, and I was quoted$17 instead of $7. Im gonna start this on a positive. I dont know your name, but thank you. There is one teenage male that works here and has more respect than his adult managers. Wore his mask and gloves and was very polite. I ordered three mini milkshakes for my nephews and niece in the flavors chocolate strawberry and oreo. Something like that. He had a difficult time putting oreo into the order so he had asked a MANAGER to come put it in. I paid and i left with all three shakes. One of being an oreo mini. I very much emphasize on oreo because of this next part. I come a day later again. Im new to Sedro Woolley. And i have my niece and nephews with me again while my sister and brother in law help me move in. So im treating my niece and nephews to a treat for being on best behaviors you know. So back to it. I pull up a day later and a new guy is serving me at the drive thru. I order them again. But AGAIN they have trouble with the oreo in mini. He calls a manager and the manager says "what can i get for you?". I place my order and the MANAGER cuts me off before i even finish. "WE DONT HAVE OREO IN MINI" so rudely says it. I say oh, i ordered this yesterday. Before i finish my sentence AGAIN. He rudely with the most of attitude says "no you didnt". RUDE CUSTOMER SERIVE. Manager should be fired. read more

When you go get food and have to wait a while at the window to get it, wouldn't you expect your food to be warm? Yeah me too. My burger tonight I had to microwave it and my fries tasted old and those were also cold. My fiancés burger was hot. (We live 2 mins away) I'm not really sure what happened there but then when my food was handed to me he said, sorry about the wait and then shut the window. The staff at the sedro Woolley burger King are rude and have absolutely no manners at all. I have decided to quit going the due to the fact that my order is consistently wrong almost every single time I go in there and there food is barely edible to begin with. I have been asked three out of the last four times I purchased food in the drive thru to pull up out front and wait for my order. It took forever and my fries still ended up being cold and gross. I am not a fan of McDonald's, however the McDonald's right up the street in highway 20 is far superior to the Sedro Woolley burger King. I would not recommend going there at all if you can avoid it, in fact I would give it zero stars of I had the opportunity too. read more

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would!!!! By far the worst fast food experience I've ever had bar none! Every employee up front (including the manager) were slow, rude & unprofessional as hell!! The young lady who was taking everybody's orders was extremely slow taking 5minutes with each customer-so when it FINALLY our turn 2order (15minutes later after waiting in line) we ordered 2frosted frozen drinks and 2 Whoppers with cheese. Well the ice cream machine is still not fixed from when I was here several months ago. My receipt says 6:33pm was when I placed my order_ we didn't get our 2 cheese burgers til 6:56. Waited 23 minutes for a wrong order! When I told the manager he asked if I wanted him to grab me 2slices of cheese. I am so disappointed in this place and extremely embarrassed for the Burger King fast food chain. This branch gives them a bad name!!! read more

My 37 minutes drive thru experience started when I was told to wait out front... I don't know how long in total this experience was but where I started timing it was when it was too late already. Workers forgot they had me out there and when I went into the store said I am sorry as the bag with my food sat on the counter. The guy working the counter apologized and asked them to push a new one out asap as mine was cold. When I got my food about 8 minutes later I noticed he never swapped anything and my food was cold... This Burger King is unlike any other only 2 guests in the restaurant eating no one in line I order my kids 20 chicken nuggets and 2 small fries and I still have to go park around the front and wait for 15 min. This happens every time we eat here, Wow there is no way it can be called fast food. I love Burger King but whatever the problem is, its this restaurant no other BK one is like this it's crazy slow. I love Burger King! The people are great and the food is awesome. They are fast too. I can get in get my food and get out quick.

Been going every Sunday for the past 5 months when me and my wife do our laundry next door. At first we never had a problem getting lunch at 10am. We were fine waiting the extra time for broiler and making of our order. However the past 3 weeks there has been a change in management or something and not only gas customer service went way down hill, now they tell us at 10 am or even 10:30 that their broiler is broken. Today we watched in amazement as they lost 3 customers to not having a working broiler. So if their broiler is really broken how are they staying open to surve lunch or dinner. Makes one think that they think their paying customers are stupid. If one has paying customers, it helps keep the repair of broiler in working order. However that money (over 40.00 + a month) won't be coming from me or my friends or family in the future. Good luck to you Burger King in making it on a lot less business in your lies and pour service! read more
