This McDonald's I have no complaint about, spend close to 100$ at this location every month and no problems. The only complaint I have is about the wait time for some of my orders, the times vary a lot sadly. Some times I wait 1-5 minutes for an order, and other times it reaches close to 15-20 minutes. The ambiance is nice at this location, it has a play place and nice decorations. Every time I have gone there they are always up to date with having advertisements for the new drinks and food that McDonald's have came out with or there collabs. The food has always been good there nice quality and what you would expect from your average McDonald's. No really bad problem with this store and I would come back again! read more

Great fast service, the food is always warm and fresh, the workers are always kind. The managers are always willing to adjust anything without complaints. Espcially the morning shifts are always great! read more

Found a blond hair in my Mcchicken and a black hair in my fries. I was already on my way to the freeway and had waited 15 'minutes in a parking spot for the three items I ordered after being in line for 10. My goodness how do you guys get things so wrong??!?!!?? Are you all asleep? read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not just once, but every time I come here. Filthy tables, filthy ordering kiosks, rude staff that ignores customers at the counter. This morning we ordered at the kiosk and took the table number. The screen informed is to have a seat and out food would be brought to us. Instead, the manager shouted out table number and slammed the tray on the front counter and walked away. It took some time to get another associates attention to get my drink cup. They also gave us apple slices from the happy meals for our oatmeal, but I couldn't get anyone's attention again to rectify the problem. I don't understand why this location is so terrible. The owner, after looking it up online, owns 9 locations. Both Burlington stores, oak harbor, and mount Vernon have always been clean and prompt to serve. Why has Sedro Woolley fallen to compete trashfor the last 2+ years? read more

We walk in to a big screen where you can place your order. We chose to stand at the register. After being ignored we went back to the screen. We could not find things from the menu so we went back to standing at the register. Guy taking my order provided such an unenthusiastic experience. Like a robot. No smiles. No thank you. Food comes and the espresso was just coffee with extra milk. Terrible. We also ordered drip coffee and the ask.how.many creamers and sugar we want. Not even available for the consumer to take. I went back up the the "Ignore Me" counter. Employees talking and once again ignored. When they notice me I say "Can I have 4 sugars please?" And he says "In which order?" So I say "I have my coffee. Can I have 4 sugars please?" Absolute worst McD experience ever. Gave a 2 star because the burritos were good read more

I have to leave this review here after they screwed up two of my uber eats deliveries in the same hour and a half. The first time they forgot to include my larger fries (with the combo) and a straw, I was like, "I get it, people make mistakes." I felt like the second time was intentional when I reordered large fries and 40 pieces of chicken nuggets... In return, they forgot to include the other 20 chicken nuggets. How can you screw up that often (twice in a row on the same day?)?! I live in the nearby Job corps, so I can't leave outside of campus grounds, I have to rely on delivery. read more

Slowest mcdonalds I have ever been to. I can drive to the one in Burlington and get my food and drive back faster

This place is an absolute dissapointment this is the second time that I have come here after 6 pm and there ice cream machine is. Apperantly broken I have been told by employees working that this is a common occurance because they dont want to clean it later on. As ive been writing this we drove to burger king and am currently trying there new m&m shake and it is really good I highly reccomend it. read more

What can you say about McDonald. For a small town - all the employees were friendly and polite and best of all Helpful. They had a sense of humor and acted glad to see us. We also were going up the road to see the eagles and decided to stop at the last bit of civilization before we journeyed up the Skagit. Not much you can say about McDonald s but it is one of the best we have been to and being grandparents - we have been to many. :) The four stars is compared to other fast food places. read more

I very rarely ever go to McDonald's anymore, for the simple fact that fast food isn't great anymore, and its expensive. On the very rare occasion I do go, I've found the service at this particular store to be piss-poor. They get two stars on merit due to the number of "new guys" that always seem to be employed there, as I've never seen the same person twice, but also because at least they are clean. But, I digress. The last FOUR times I have stopped at THIS McDonald's, they have managed to screw up the order in part or in entirety. On Sunday, I asked for coffee, was offered cream & sugar, to which I said yes. Get down the road, go to have coffee...no cream or sugar. Last time, they gave my wife burritos which were seemingly loaded with extra sauce when it was supposed to have been dry. Time before that, completely left out multiple items ordered. I realize that they are people too, but if you can't get simple orders right, let alone consistently accurate and correct...you should put yourself out of business. I guess after four times, I should stop going there, and I will. They've had their chances...no more. Bottom line, the Sedro-Woolley McDonald's on SR-20 sucks...no, it blows. Don't waste your time or money, because you'll waste effort and energy when they frustrate you with your screwed up order...repeatedly. read more

How they have the same rude girl working the drive thru is beyond me. Im surprised nobody has replaced her. Acts like she is above her job... Girl youre working at mcdonalds. Sit down. I ask her a question on why i cant use my coupon, and she says she dont know. I ask if there is anyone else to help me and she says there aint enough staff. I ask for a manager she said the manager is busy. Like, excuses for days. Lose the attitude ms. thang. I aint mad about the coupon. Im mad about how they shorted me a burger and tried to play it off as if im fat and i counted wrong. Like no, i see one burger not two. That aint hard math. She said she packed it herself. I ask for a manager and the manager asks for a receipt!? Mind you, these are all separate occasions. Not all at once. If i had a closer mcdonalds, id go there. One positive. The food is good. Haha, and there is a nice lady, on the older side who always complements my credit card and how pretty it is. So i like her. The rest of you can get out. read more

Stopped by here for breakfast and what a let down. Spent all this money for a nice facelift and can't figure out how to make a good coffee or cocoa! The hot cocoa tasted like hot water. Ordered a large caramel macchiato, cup was a little over half full and just a hint of caramel. I realize the employees aren't baristas but if your going to offer more than just drop coffee maybe some training on how to make one would be in order. Food was normal mcdonalds, just so disappointed with the extras. read more

Yikes. I waited 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich with LITERALLY no one in the dining area. My mom placed an order ten minutes before me and she waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a drip coffee. For being the only ones in there it's completely unacceptable. If I wanted to wait that long I would go pay the extra money and go eat at a sit down. read more

Fast food isn't fast food when you wait in the drive thru line for 10 min. Employee's don't fold the bags anymore to keep the hot food hot. This happens in both drive thru and inside. When I had gone inside the restaurant, it looked and felt dirty. Bathrooms were actually cleaner looking then the lobby. Used to work for this store 15 years ago. It just seems that the current management just doesn't care about "curb appeal" vs the all mighty "$"! read more

Here is my story: i tried to order Uber Eats today around 830pm. Finally at 950ish my husband called and asked if Uber food was just sitting around. No it wasn't they didn't receive an order they said. Then they actually looked and did all of a sudden remember they did have our precise order but an Uber Driver all ready picked it up they said. Which the Uber App said it was still looking for a driver!! Well we gave it 15 minutes and then we're like forget this (no Uber driver showed up by the way) went to McDonald's ourselves which really isn't a big deal, we just wanted to relax and be lazy. So got to McDonald's around 1015ish. Actually the young man in the back was very helpful and obviously worked hard. But when we got up to the window one girl was talking to another and was like "did you put everything in here?" And she said yes well we had a feeling so pulled off and decided to look and part of our order was missing. Chicken Nuggets and a cheeseburger and a McChicken. Literally like half the order. Then I went inside to ask for the rest of the stuff and I was waiting 15 min when I finally asked if they put my stuff in. She was really rude and kept shaking her head at me like I couldn't possibly understand what fast food work is like, rolling her eyes and the little head jaunt and terse words are enough for me....I do. I really really do what it's like to work in customer service but I've never treated a customer so scornfully. They finally gave me a new bag and I left kinda steaming and wanting to get out of there and it's WRONG AGAIN! Also everything was cold (well obviously I was waiting a long time for the rest of my order) the fries looked like they should have been tossed rather than served. You know when you get those limp brown McDonald's fries instead of the delicious golden salted fries it's super disappointing. My round trip to McDonald's was about 40 min. I live about 5 min away. Last two times I was there my order has also been completely wrong. I ordered the pancake breakfast and they didn't give me butter or syrup and forgot my sausage patty. They also forgot my husbands hash browns and sandwich that time as well. I ordered a different time sausage McMuffins and got the gross ham ones and yes I checked the receipt and they said sausage on there. I would rather pay way more money any other fast food place even if I had to drive out of town. I am tired of being treated poorly every time they make a mistake which is every time I've been there over the past month. Ever since they got those computer things inside the it has just been crazy and people are just taking off! I can handle the mistakes but I can't handle the utter rudeness with their front of house staff. I'm disappointed that I kept trying and obviously I'm super over it. Obviously by most of their reviews it's not just one person being over dramatic they have a problem. read more

Received the worst service ever last night! The night manager was apparently having a personal issue and according to the day manager "shouldn't have been at work." Today, I stopped in for an Ultimate Chicken sandwich I was informed that they had no crispy chicken for it, nor did they have any grilled chicken. This is the third time this had happened. I worked in food service for over twenty years and in my experience, you prep what you need and learned a valuable phrase..."It's better to have it when you need than need it and not have it." Not having any product properly prepped is completely unacceptable. When I mentioned that it was the third time, I was rudely told that there was nothing she could do about it. These employees need better training to make sure that they have the product ready when it is sold and paid for at the kiosk. read more

I have stopped at this McDonald's location multiple times in the past because it's close to my house. I like that they have kiosks where you can customize your order and 9 times out of 10, my order was correct. The service is pretty good last night, staff was nice and I got my food about 5 minutes after I ordered. But it hasn't always been that good, sometimes it has been chaotic and I have waited longer to get my order, granted the restaurant was packed and the staff are trying to get everyone's order made as quickly as possible. The food is descent, it's not great, it's not terrible, it's just descent. Some of the items they have are a bit overpriced in my opinion and they don't taste like it's worth paying the full price. The burgers taste salty and the chicken doesn't have much flavor. On the other hand, they do have items that are more budget friendly. The quality is about the same as the more expensive items, so if you're hungry, you have a tight budget and quality isn't too much of a concern, this would be an option. read more

cannot believe I even have to choose one star -5 stars would be more fitting This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. They should fire every employee, especially the manager, which is the rudest woman I have ever had to deal with in fast food. Start fresh with new people. This crew cannot be working at the place where everybody should have a smile and be kind to the customers. Ronald McDonald would be ashamed they should be ashamed yet they are not they're too busy yakking talking on their phones and picking up garbage food out of the garbage can to serve customers. Serving an ice cream just might make them 10 minutes late for their toking session which I'm sure they have have had one too many already but cannot even afford gymnast by cleaning the ice cream machine to making a shake at night for customers who just want to make their child happy during dinner . Katie the supervising manager during the night shift is awful the most awful woman I have ever had to deal with in fast food and I have once served festering myself but Wendy's would never ever treat their customers like Katie does Katie is not McDonald's material she is not smiling she's not happy and she's not friendly she's not make my order right she was rude she hung up on me when I called. I went there this evening and I ordered a number 9 with no cheese they gave me the number 9 with cheese and I had to bring back this order. when I brought it back I was a little worried that they might spit in it or otherwise but to my surprise it was not spit on when I opened it however it looks like they got to get out of the bottom of the garbage can where all the old hamburgers go. from 10 hours ago. it was awful it didn't even have the cheese to cover that up awful so I had decided I might as well go through the drive-thru one more time and let him know how I felt about it except for this time I was a little bit upset menopause. so I get up to the first window and the man at the window acts like he doesn't see me there I'm thinking maybe I should call the health department and maybe they can help me better yet I wait for him to come to the window he does not so I honked my horn he continues to look the other way but has no choice but to come to the window when he comes in when do I let him know kindly is I can that this order is totally bogus and that it is not fit even for a dog to eat so I cruise on the second window and I tell him they can make me a new order or not because the first guy says we can't take this back in our window well no doubt I couldn't take it into my window but there it was. so I get to the second window and a person looking like they might be the manager is standing there yet they don't hand me a hamburger ask me what I'm doing at the windows so I've decided to do this Yelp which I've never done before but let me tell you please council of Sedro-Woolley health department I will be calling tomorrow shut this place down exclamation exclamation exclamation and maybe a McRib would help but I choose taco Bell Jack in the box taco time any fast food place but this one please do not go to this McDonald's their service absolutely disgusting. If your hungry and really need so food DO NOT go to this McDonalds. not only can they not get simple orders taken care of but they then blame the customer when they bring those incorrect orders back. and if you don't have your receipt with you they wont even fix your order. It's a sad thing when you can bet on the fact that your order will be incorrect better than 50% but an even sadder thing that we as customers keep returning. I would wager a bet that this McDonald's is the worst in our state and by the reviews I see here I am correct. I gave it one star because you have to give it something to write a review. read more

Went in this morning for breakfast. I wanted to try their new Cold Brew Coffee and I saw that it was on the menu. Placed my order and waited. A woman, who worked there, said that they are not yet making/offering the Cold Brew beverages - they don't have the equipment. I pointed at the BIG sign in their restaurant. "Oh, yeah. We don't have any control of that - it's corporate." What??? I call B.S. Why offer something if you don't have it? That doesn't make any sense. As I waited for my order, an older gentleman walked past me and said, "You'll be waiting for your order until lunch time. Three other people walked out, already." I have to say - every since you put in those kiosks, service has been sub-par. Incredibly slow. Sorry, McDonald's. I'm done with you. Burger King now has my business. read more
