After getting gas, I decided to go inside and checkout the BK lobby service. It was about 930pm on a Tuesday. I tried out the ordering kiosk. It was easy, but the screens are slow. I tried to wait but had to go back to work or violate. There was a cooking class at his school and with a shopping list, we got all the ingredients. The tacos consisted of corn tortillas, sliced American cheese, and canned chili no-beans. This Burger King location is a joke. This is the second time now I've shown up 10-15mins before the closing time (11pm) & they don't want to take my order. I see them inside cleaning & ignoring me. They're so focused on getting out early, they don't care about their policies. This location has always been a hit or miss in the past but recently, I can say my order is always correct (and semi fresh) Service is great - I used a coupon and was able to make substitutions and add ons (at an additional cost of course) and the cashier was helpful with making sure each burger was customized correctly since I was being a bit complicated. Left a star off because it was pretty slow so we got stuck with the cold soggy fries cooked earlier since nobody had came since.. What can I say? It's fast food of the first order. I hit up the COSTCO first and because there weren't enough free samples, I needed something for lunch. Wish I had a Costco hotdog instead. This BK is clean and the staff is professional. The food was mundane to say the least. I ordered the 2 patty Double Stacker meal which is a double cheese burger with bacon and BBQ sauce (I think). The drink was massive and would have been a 3x jumbo size back in the day. The sandwich itself was dry and the bread soaked up whatever moisture remained in my mouth. The fries were sort of OK but nowhere close to the McDonalds version At least I didn't leave hungry. I assume that I'll be back eventually if I have exhausted all other options. So i just got done with the drive thru and i will following up with corporate about my experience. Extremely unprofessional , i ask for two regular drinks with my order and she gives me two small. I explain how i wanted two medium size not small and she proceeds to argue with me. I offer to pay the difference and she says $2 flat. Upgrading two drinks small to medium is not two dollars flat should be around 30-40cents each. She lied, took two dollars and didn't even provide a receipt or straws with the modified order.
