I actually really enjoy this Burger King. It is nice to have near the house. They're impossible burgers are very good and their customer service is also very good. If you order through the app and then pull up to their drive-through, they are pretty quick. I always ask them to make it hot and fresh and they listen. I would recommend this Burger King. The owner of this franchise is in cahoots with Google, Because they have an insanely high rating. This isn't the worst Burger King I've been to across the country, but it's definitely not teetering over 3 1/2 stars, at ALL. I placed a mobile app order, my signature double whopper, heavy all, heavy jalapeno, low carb. I walked over to get my order, and as I'm waiting, I noticed a kid come out of the bathroom and go resume his workstation, and man, you can just look at this kid's face and tell he absolutely hates being there. But I mean, you work at Burger King. Aim higher, work harder, and better your life. Anyways I'd digress, the drink station was pretty gross. You could see fingerprints, smudges and smears all over the touch screen drink selector. How many of those people that touch that hadn't washed their hands, prior to getting their soft drink, to 'enjoy' (and I'm using that term VERY loosely) the food, they will be eating with said hands? Little bit of trash here and there. But whatever. I got acknowledged probably about 30 seconds of standing in the back and let the really really nice girl know that I did a mobile order, which surprisingly, well if you see my picture not surprisingly, was ready for me and I had placed it not even 2 minutes earlier. Kind of had a feeling, that it wasn't going to be the greatest. So she goes on to inform me, that even though I paid $2 extra again, for probably the 4th or 5th time, that they were out of jalapenos. So exactly how are you selling this jalapeno Whopper special that's been going on? You must not be. And that isn't the fault of this Burger King, she told me that they didn't have jalapenos and they don't have a way to report back to corporate about certain ingredients that they are out of. So I can't blame the restaurant for that part, but I can blame corporate for continuously charging me, and not getting everything I ordered. So this call to my corporate rep, I will take one of those rare BK app credits to my account. I typically don't, but tacking everything up I'm probably out about 10 bucks collectively over the past few weeks. Brought my Whopper back to my truck, and the only thing heavy, was the pickles. Essentially and in my opinion, not even the same amount of ingredients, like onions, tomatoes, lettuce etc that go on a single Whopper heavy all. So that kind of turned me off. I went from having high hopes, to being disappointed, yet again, but being a self-proclaimed cross country Burger King ambassador, doesn't come easy sometimes hahaha I don't come here a whole lot, but I do know the next time I do, I won't be eating here again. It's like the cooks just completely ignore the ingredient list, unless it's something that they are out of. I ordered the new jalapeño whopper today. I asked for no tomato and no cheese. I wanted everything else. What if got was a very dried out one patty burger, and picked jalapeños. No crispy jalapeño, no lettuce, and no sauce. Pathetic. I paid over $12.00 for the meal. I tried to call the store in San Antonio, Fl , but there was no answer and you could not leave a message. I called three different times with no answer. After about 10 rings it disconnects the call. My advice, don't go there. Had they answered the phone and I could have had a conversation with someone and maybe resolve the issue I would not have posted this review, but here we are. read more

This location makes the prettiest whoppers! They always place the toppings evenly on the sandwich and put just the right amount of mayonnaise and ketchup on. The staff at the drive-through pick up window is always friendly and professional. read more

This morning, I stopped thru the drive thru to order some breakfast. A No.3. with coffee. The greeting was not friendly. I was the first in line, but for some reason the car that pulled up in the other drive thru lane after me, that customer's order was taken 1st. Once my order was taken no thank was said or even the words pull forward were said. Once I received my order, I notice that there was a box of mini cinnamon rolls included in my order. I thought perhaps I was given the wrong order. I mentioned to the cashier/manager that this is the wrong order, I did not order a box of mini cinnamon rolls with my order. Her response was.. did you receive your order. I replied yes but I did not order the mini cinnamon rolls. Her response was but you did receive your order though. If the restaurant is giving away anything free it would be nice to let the customer know this. As opposed to being rude and bothered. I moved to this area 4 years ago. The customer service back then was very nice and friendly. I will now go out of my way to the Burger King restaurants in Wesley Chapel. read more

I went with my dad to this drive-through on January 6, 2025 at approximately 3 PM and when I went to the drive-through, I ordered a bacon king and they mixed up the order with a bacon cheeseburger so then my lady at the window was super nice, but then her manager came up to the window and asked for six bucks with an attitude so I gave her 10 then she gave me change, but when she was going to get the change, she had an exchange with another worker and when she opened the window, the other worker said well you don't need to give them their order when I paid for it The only reason why I gave the place a one star review is for the nice lady the window. read more

This Burger King is pretty new and serves an area of town that is right beside I75. There is a truck stop next door, so I would assume that travelers and truckers are the most frequent customers of this location. I stopped by on a Thursday evening around 6:00 PM to grab myself a Whopper. When I got there, the parking lot was deserted, and the staff inside looked bored (as I would be). I ordered my food, and it was quickly prepared while I filled my "medium" drink cup. I selected a seat (which was clean) and ate my meal in peace. That's it. That's the review. This location in Wesley Chapel it's just terrible. They flat out refuse to make fresh food, even if you specifically ask to wait inside. It's always dead and dried up. They have a great manager name Moe but unfortunately she can't see what the employees are doing when she's not there and they just don't care! New Burger King and the food is great I can't complain on that. However, counter staff will aggressively ask for your name (may I have a name for the order?) and if you don't, counter staff will get more aggressive. Quality Dining, the franchise owner of this Burger King, needs to end their company policy of name asking for orders. If you ask why, they say it's sort of an accountability thing but it is an invasion of privacy. Since when I am required to give my name for something such as a fast food order? When your name is asked for, the counter staff will type it into the register terminal. If you pay with a credit card, bits and pieces of information are collected which leaves the potential for your information to be sold later on down the road. Fast food restaurants like Burger King exist for one purpose: To get you your food and on your way. I am not asking for any kind of account relationship with Burger King or its franchise owner, Quality Dining. Again, I like the food and I can't complain about that. But Burger King and its franchise owner, Quality Dining, needs to end their privacy invading policy of asking for your name for your order. read more

Once again, I don't bother looking at the ratings for a fast food place before I stop there, because all fast food places have a certain minimum level of quality, right? nope. I see why these are low. I order onion rings instead of fries as my side and when everything is ready I see they did not give me any of the onion ring sauce, which is the best part. When I mention that to them and ask for some they informed me that they almost never have onion ring sauce because their distributor does not send enough of it. Of course, they could have told me that before I waited 10 minutes for my order and I would have chosen fries instead. Yes, it is bad to be out of something that should be available. However, the real fault is not informing your customers of that when they are ordering. That's just poor service and not caring about your customers. read more

THE BEST fast food experience we have ever had. There was a young black gentleman. Best smile and personality ever. So kind and seriously made an impact, we are passing through traveling at almost 10pm and I literally may make sure we stop here on our way home just in hopes of seeing him again. Unsatisfactory.. Decided to swing through the drive through for dinner at 19:00 on the 27th of January, 2023. I had been in line, just confirmed my order and was moving up as someone had rudely cut in front of me. Continued through the line to have Ashley confuse our order with the car ahead, handing out the food and drinks. The customers then handed back the food with the food unwrapped and one of the drinks drank from. Ashley corrected their order and had us follow up. Arriving to the window she verifies our order, even though she hadn't previously. She then continues to hand us back the food given out previously. We sort through the food to find the food unwrapped. Walked back inside to correct the matter and was told nothing can be done with getting untouched food. Called about 20 minutes later to then request to speak to the manager and was put on the phone with Ashley (the one operating the drive through) who then told us she "rebagged the food" and hung up on us. Food is okay... Service is trash. Rude workers. Looks to be mostly middle aged adults who didn't do to well in life so now they work a shit job then follow it up with their attitudes that they let out on their customers. Great place to stop off of 75. The place was very clean and the staff was awesome. We had our two year old with us and they interacted so well with her. My wife stopped in and picked up the Burger King answer to the McDonalds Big Mac. Basically it was a double whopper. It was terrible. Meat was overdone and dry, looked like a pound of lettuce, and watery thousand island dressing. Waste of almost $7.00. Not the norm for Burger King, but our most recent experience. read more

It's normal lunchtime and I am in a drive-through that is almost taken 20 minutes if I had not paid already for my food I would not be giving them my business !! Absolutely ridiculous that I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through when there was not even a wraparound line. Went to this exact location on the day before Thanksgiving and asked if they have chicken biscuits. Was told by two managers that it's an off the menu item but they have them. Ordered 2 and they came with egg and cheese. They were delicious. Went today..ordered one and was told they don't have chicken biscuits. Told her it's an off the menu item...she came back and said they aren't SUPPOSED to sell them but they would today. Got the sandwich...just a piece of chicken on a biscuit, no egg and cheese..$3.39!!! I took it inside and had to deal with LAYLA...WOW...that's all I have to say. She threw my receipt away instantly and then very "smartly" said that some managers make them and some don't. I'm not paying that for a piece of chicken on a biscuit! I told her I wanted the phone number to home office but she gave me number to the store...not calling to talk to HER! I told her she needs a job where she doesn't deal with people!! Visited 8:00 July 3, 2019. Drive thru with one car ahead. Took 20 minutes to get my order. Simple bacon egg croissant and order of hash browns. They asked me three times what size hash browns I wanted. Medium. They asked at the speaker box, at the cashier window and the serve window. I drove off and no hash browns. I did not get a receipt, hence do not know the store number, can't contact with the bkeperience. Will not stop in again. No one had a clue what they were doing. Two people at the money window. Both stumbled thru the entire process. I gave them cash and coins. They gave me $3. I paid $7.45 for a terrible breakfast sandwich. Go to the serve window. Three people at that window. They offered me someone's meal. I said it is not mine. Again they had no idea what was going on. Over twenty minutes with one car ahead. I watched their order. It was one bag of food.
