Beautiful building screwed up parking lot. The parking lot is on the opposite side of the front door doesn't make any sense. It took five minutes to walk around the building to get to the front door and then there's only one register when you get inside. The manager was socialize in with a group of his friends and we had to wait in line and he didn't even offer help or even act like they cared. It was really poor management. I ordered chili and it was barely anything in it. It was really like the bottom of the bowl. I believe it was good, but there wasn't a meat or beans in it like maybe a couple of each very disappointed.. such a shame to build such a beautiful building and not do anything to support it. They need to fix the parking lot there. That's a huge deal. If you have a big vehicle don't try to go in there. You can't get out. I drive a school bus luckily GTE next-door isn't open yet so I get to use the parking lot that's done to get out of the parking lot too bad we won't be able to go back. read more

Well this is the worst Wendy's I experienced dining in. The staff was really slow and saw plastic cup lids they dropped the staff didn't bother to throw it away they were just kicking it. I took them more than 10 minutes just to take an order and they didn't get anybody else up in front despite being busy on the drive-thru. As mentioned about the ambience it look a little filthy as for my crispy panenko fish it didn't look like they cooked it right. A McDonald's filio fish taste much better than this. Usually when I go to Wendy's the food is much fresher but this one makes the exception that they need to improve the cleanliness and the efficiency of the staff. Visited this place for the first time. Upon entering, the place was empty at 11am. Had to wait for minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Manager and staff were apathetic and unresponsive. Ordered a couple plain cheese burgers and fries. Had to wait what seemed forever for food. I bit into one of my burgers and noticed it was undercooked and red. The second sandwich was even worse when I cut it in half. Took food back and Manager was too busy watching NBA basketball highlights on TV. On my last visit they did not have any soda, which is stupid to say the least and then you offer people more expensive lemonade or tea without discounting it ! My current visit I attempted to get a refill of my soda at the drive-through, which I've done at other locations, only to be told they couldn't do it at this location? I don't usually eat at this particular Wendy's, and today I was reminded why. I first attempted the drive through. In an attempt to copy Chick Fil A, a human was in the drive thru line taking orders. There was one car in front of me, and he was just chatting away for 11 minutes as I waited. I got fed up, reversed, parked, and went in. We ordered on the kiosk which was pretty seamless, while waiting for our food I personally witnessed a management employee, I can only make that assumption because he was wearing a red button up shirt, and a headset; he took fresh buns from the bag full of them folded them in half, dipped them in some kind of sauce on the line, and ate them directly in front of me! I know, Wendy's is fast food, and a chain, but I find myself craving it pretty often. I always want the chili here, and I get it most of the time. My new favorite is the flatbread chicken with the honey mustard sauce, so good, and I know it is a lot healthier than other things. I also do really love the strawberry ice tea, and I can't stop ordering it. It's so much easier that they have a drive in, where a lot places in the area do not. So why 4 stars for a fast food location? Well in terms of fast food locations, this is by far one of the best I've visited. I've been coming here for years as I worked right down the street and I have never once received bad service. The people working there always have a smile on their face! I also have never received a wrong order or been kept waiting for long periods of time. (Which is way more than I can say about the McDonald's down the road) The food? Well the food is typical fast food fare. And priced a little higher than McDonald's, but I can honestly say the new burgers introduced about 2 years ago do place themselves much higher in taste than McDonald's. read more

I order my daughters kids meal, cheeseburger with a FRUIT CUP and a strawberry sprite and a grilled chicken go wrap, I'm cut off and told they no longer have good wraps... and then I double check she got my daughters order right and asked about the fruit cup and apparently there's no fruit cups either.
