I decided to give it a try today and went to the drive thru. The lady that was working drive through was so friendly and patient. She didnt make me feel rushed at all. I went here for lunch today with my crew. The manager (big fella) was very rude to us all. Also didn't wear his mask properly over his nose. I bought a 10$ combo and he told me I have to pay for the honey mustard.. fine. Then I wanted a refill on my coke and he said no in a very rude tone. I guess they don't do refills. But had no sign at all. I would have ordered a large if I knew. No one deserves to be talked to like that. They have lost my business. Wont ever be back. When this location first opened it was the best in the area. In the conniving years it has become the worst. In my last three visits in a two week period, every order was wrong. I ordered cheese, which costs extra, on my Whopper. Did not receive it. In addition, I ordered heavy mayonnaise. Not only did I not recieve what I ordered but there was hardly any mayonnaise at all! The third time I called the store hungry and spoke to the manager. I was told he would "put my name in the book" and then promptly hung up me without getting my name. Although Burger King is my favorite fast food and this location is the closest to my home I will not be returning there. Three strikes and you're out. read more

Last night, I went to the recently remodeled Burger King in Rochester Hills on Crooks Rd., just south of M-59. According to Kristen the Assistant Manager, it took several weeks longer than expected to finish the renovation but it was well worth it. The dining room is considerably larger because they incorporated the old play area into the main dining room and it looks good and is considerably more spacious, I had my usual bacon cheese whopper with a large order of onion rings and they were good. Now, they will be able to handle much bigger lunch and dinner time crowds. The new facility has been open for a couple weeks according to Kristen who couldn't be nicer and more helpful. I have stopped at this location on several instances for an iced coffee in the mid morning. 3-4x now they didn't have iced coffees. Today I asked the short dark haired female if there was an iced coffee shortage. With an attitude, she says the delivery truck just got here and they are not available. Then she goes on to slam the drive thru window as I am talking to her. Lost my business. Hopefully she will be in a better mood when the minimum wage goes up to $15 an hour. read more

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers only ketchup on potato buns because my cousin is highly allergic to sesame seeds and they gave me seeded buns and when i brought them to him he opened it and couldnt eat them. He called up there and told them the issue and even though it had only been 30 minutes since i ordered they said that I would have to bring all of the sandwiches back up there in order for them to replace them because it had been and hour and a half since i ordered when in reality it had only been. 30 minutes. Their customer service was terrible there as well. They were rude and also told me I was unable to get 2 seperate orders through the drive through. read more

Like all Burger King Locations, this place is a little on the skanky side. A little dirty and grimy everywhere, but really nasty bathrooms. Service is the typical Burger King lackadaisical quality, just enough to get your food, but not much more and somewhat slow. read more

I experienced pretty quick and efficient service. This is a location located in a heavily populated business district. They were able to keep up with the plethora of people coming in on their lunch hour. It was a bit messy, but oh well, definitely have been to worse Burger King with other issues. This location needs to keep more stock and upkeep their Coke Freestyle machine more frequently though. Been in there a few times to have some of the syrups consistently out. read more

Terrible manager who works Sunday mornings, I don't care for mcdonalds breakfast so bk is the only thing I like to get, I drive by this location on my way to work and on Sunday they open at 7am so I pull up at about 6:45, see that they are closed but I'm not in a rush so I wait, about 7:05 I realize it's opening time so I swing by the drive thru only to be told " sorry were not open yet" I said the sign said 7, I thought you opened at 7 to which I get the reply " well I'm not ready yet" so I asked when will you be ready and she said " however long it takes we are just opening up". This Burger King is absolutely wonderful. All the managers and staff are great. I always have a pleasant experience when I go there. The food is always fresh and delicious. Anybody who disagrees have personal issues and probably only complain to get free food. If u need free food that bad talk to yer case worker not have them up thier food stamps. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a BK. Not only are the employees unable to correctly follow how an order is rang in but there is no quality control. Burnt- to the point of being black bun are simply unacceptable, how the manager, who I could see working, let that pass is beyond me. Even the staff was rude. Terrible employee customer service. Also, recent remodel has made this location worse inside, booths and restroom are not very usable for those in wheelchairs or walkers. When I asked for email or phone number contact to discuss my concern with the franchise manager or owner, restaurant employee was exceedingly rude and resisted providing information, saying everything complied and nothing would be done. Terrible customer service. When I subsequently approached to ask about menu details, she was also very rude and said i should place the order, now, or she had to go to the window customers. Won't visit this location again. Same franchise owner on Rochester Road near Avon, terrible parking lot with holes in handicapped space, can't use for those with walker/wheelchair, unsafe to use. Avoid both at all costs -- great McDonalds across the street on Crooks, with very friendly employees. Won't go to this BK location again. It's a shame.... read more
