I went to this location and there were two cars in front of me, from the time I pulled up to the take out it was 16 minutes before I ordered. Once I ordered and was asked to park in the waiting spot it was an additional 12 minutes before I received my order. I purchased an original chicken sandwich and fries. Look, I'm not 100% proud of the decision to delay getting food and then get so hungry that we just blindly got off of the freeway in Pocatello to get whatever we saw first. You'd think I would plan ahead, but we got away late and it became clear that we weren't going to make it to our destination in time for a proper dinner, and we just needed to eat something quickly. I can't remember the last time I ate at a Burger King, so I don't really know if it's getting better or worse or if it's just exactly the same. I do know, however, that they have joined the arms race for the best chicken sandwich and their "hand breaded" chicken is hyped by the chain and sorta, you know, accepted by the public. So that was it, really: get food fast. And on that they delivered. Like, blazingly fast. Like, we ordered at the sign/speaker, and pulled forward to the window, and by the time I got there they opened the window, took my card, and brought it back to me with our food. Less than 90 seconds. Too fast? I dunno, but since that was my need, I was stoked on it. Back on the freeway, we were outward bound. As for the food, I got the new spicy chicken breaded etc etc and it was fine. Not enough sauce, and I dunno how but the pickle tasted like a burger. But you know, my bar was pretty low and this was food, in my hands, quickly, and hot (though not too spicy) and I ate it. Road trip success. Next time, though, we're going to look up some Pocatello treasures and get a little farther off of the freeway. read more

I can not afford to grab a bite at Burger's King in Pocatello.I can imagine the ordinary reader's reaction,saying : "Come on , dude their crapburgers are not much different from anywhere else!"And yet you have not misread I mean exactly that : I do not have the resources to buy, what they call food at this location.They have screwed up my orders not even once or twice , they are the ones who taught me to verify my food before I leave , but yesterday's "experience" surely beats it all.I am not paying and waiting 30 minutes to get a fast food, that is not eatable. I ordered 2 kids meals ,2 whoppers ,water, fries and whopper Jr.Was asked to park up front and wait for my food there was 1 jeep and 1 pick up waiting before me and couple customers inside.So not slammed at all,McDonalds processes even greater number of orders in less than 7 minutes.When after 20 minutes of waiting for what was supposed to be fast food I figured they have not even started working on my order,I brought back 2 unopened juices and 1 unopened bottle of water and asked for a full refund ,because I was simply running out of time (I also have a job and had few errands to run before it).Cashier REFUSED ME and told me to come back for a refund tomorrow.I live 30 miles away so his suggestion was laughable at best.Fast food is grab'n'go for me and I planned to be back on a freeway in 5 maximum 7 minutes from the time the food was ordered if I had half an hour to spare I would have fed my family a decent meal in a real restaurant. Fries were horribly underfried and oily,whoppers were missing ingredients(took pictures)kids hamburgers patty looked like few triangle shaped ripped off pieces of smth.(also took pictures for my blog).Patty on whoppers was very slim like it was from cheap cheeseburgers. What deters me from keeping buying the crapfood from them is mostly the attitude though.We all screw up from time to time.And I am not an exception.When you are wrong you apologize and try to make it right.That is a universal rule for any honest person or decent service . 1) The cashier knew he has issues before I made my order, he could have informed me there is a long wait ahead yet he did not. 2)Refused to refund me and gave me crappy not eatable food half an hour later.One nice lady saw I was in a hurry and asked weird employees to work on my meal first , which cut my waiting time to 27 minutes , if not her it would probably be more like 40+ minutes wait for a fast burger meal. 3)If the employees lacked necessary skills or ingredients they could have honestly acknowledged it.Nothing wrong with it I would have skipped them this time , but return in a day or 2.Now I will never come back and advise my friends,co-workers and neighbors against eating at this place. Smarter choices are :McDonalds, their kids meals are better with apple slices and yougurts if you look for fast food near Burger King Jack-in-the box is much better choice with more convenient hours. read more

I really wanna know how hard it is to put onion rings in a bag? I can understand mistakes happen, but this is the third time in a row we've ordered onion rings with our meal and never get them. It's super disappointing. No matter how busy you may be, quality control and checking tickets and orders is a must. That's customer service 101 for making sure people get what they ordered. We went to Burger King for breakfast because our hotel didn't have any. We stepped up to order and she saw us and didn't say anything to us. We waited 5 min and she still didn't say anything so we said can we order and she said "I said I will be right with you now what do you want!" W we said we wanted breakfast so we ordered. This is not meant for you but the Burger King on Yellowstone and Chubbuck is not up on yelp yet if you could pass this onto them or anybody who is considering going there don't the manager should be fired we just went through the drive-through they got the sandwich wrong and served cold coffee we didn't notice till we got home but they had messed the order up that is my fault for not looking because they messed the order up in the car in front of us and messy order up at the guy at the counter when we were sitting at the window as much as I would like to blame the employees I do believe management should not allow this kind of crap to happen so why say don't go there until they fire whoever is in charge and hire somebody competent. read more

The only place open for full service at 10pm in Pocatello. Typical Burger King demeanor--only now in a gas station! Perfect if you're hungry at 10pm. You'll have to get their attention for service though. Not a problem; people shouldn't be encouraged to enjoy fast food service. While they are 4x dirtier than the local McDonalds, the food and desserts are 4x tastier. A fair trade-off. read more

We visited yesterday at 10:30 am ish. Good: I was able to order breakfast and lunch. Also the manager was very nice. Bad: I wish I had not had the breakfast. The hashbrowns were cold as ice. My sandwich was microwave hot. Yuck. Tried the new lemonade--Ewwwww way too sweet. Not nearly as good as McDonald's. The service was very slow but the manager did say he was sorry. Next time I will drive the 1 mile into town to the McDonalds. The folks at my hotel tell me it's open 24 hours. When I hit the road home I will start there. read more

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I ordered my meal to go and arrived at my destination to find that they had not fulfilled my order correctly (I ordered a PLAIN hamburger with cheese, it came with everything on it). I ordered sweet tea, which they didn't give me and when I pointed this out, the ladies response was "well I pushed the sweet tea button, would you like a sugar packet." I am very familiar with what sweet tea tastes like, which was the opposite of what I got. I understand mistakes happen but when my entire order is wrong and I get crappy service it makes me never want to frequent that restaurant again. Find somewhere else to eat. read more
