"I had an excellent experience at Jack in the Box thanks to Liz. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service made me feel valued as a customer. It's employees like Liz who make a difference and keep people coming back. Thank you for the great service!" read more

We stopped there on the way to Utah. It wasn't bad but not awesome. We knew it would hit the spot on our drive so we stopped in and had a bite. It was pretty good as Jack in box goes. We didn't have any experience with the service because we used the kiosk. The dinning area was large and clean. The trash can could used a ln emptying but other than that it was a great experience. read more

Amazing service! A nice man working the dining room attended to our every need. Even opened the door for us when we left. 5 star service.

The workers were amazing along with the food. Best fast food experience I've ever bet had. Service was great.

Incredibly nice staff. There was a man that asked me if he could bring my food to me. Then he went out of his way to get us straws, ketchup, etc. I appreciate the great service. read more

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Pocatello, Idaho

We love their tacos, fries, onion rings and shakes. Jameson did a good job training. This is right off the freeway. read more

The food was really good and seemed fresher and of better quality than other fast food restaurants. And employee, Robert, really made a huge effort to make our experience great! He offered to take a photo of our family, throw away our food, and opened every single door for us which was a lot because of the size of our party. Robert is a real asset and made this one of our best eating-out experiences in a while! read more

Super nice employees and clean dining area, nothing but great food that comes from here. Super affordable and just the best fast food place! Fast service and friendly staff is the best part. read more

Jack in the Box - 3 taco combo with curly fries - Burgers Near Me - Pocatello, Idaho

My husband has food allergies and they were really helpful in letting us know the ingredients of things to help him not get sick. They have incredible customer service. They make you feel like you're dining at a fine restaurant and not a fast food place. Way to have amazing customer service! read more

How can you get it wrong at Jacks? Oh. You can't. Yes, my sisters and I live in Utah. Yes, we had unlimited mileage on a rental car. Yes, we had nothing to do the day we went. Yes, we sang all the songs we could on our way to Jacks and those lottery tickets. Food was in perfect Jack in the Box form...crispy, light grease and pure happiness for those of us that moved from California to Utah and don't know what to do with ourselves at 2am and we don't want McD's. It was quite busy when we went, but we weren't missing one thing from our 3 separate orders. They have one of those 100+ drink combination machines that allowed me to get my ginger ale drank on. Everything was in stock, service was polite, store was clean and the customers kept rollin' in. read more

I never imagined I could lose 10+ pounds by eating at a fast food restaurant but that is exactly what happened here! 10 pounds. The hard way. We stopped in for lunch on the way home from a camping trip. All five adults had eaten and drank the same stuff for 4 days until we hit J.I.B. 3 of us ordered the Iced Tea with our food and the other 2 ordered sodas. Guess which 3 have been stuck in a bathroom for 3+ days!! Now, this is speculation, but the only common ground we can find was the iced tea. And we're pretty smart. We compared everything we ate before getting the bug. And outside of the iced tea all had the same food on the trip and similar foods at the restaurant. I thought the tea tasted "strong" but apparently it was strong and old. I've called the store a couple times to see if anyone else reported anything. I don't want a paycheck, free food, a refund, or an antenna ball. I just want to make sure I don't have something that can kill people. I haven't heard back from the manager who is apparently MIA. Nobody knows where he is or when he'll be back. A request for the franchisee to call me back has fallen on deaf ears as well. We'll see how the contacts page on the corporate website works. By the way, my Sourdough Jack rocked the world and the onion rings kicked butt too. Wish we had JIB in northern Utah. I would eat there. A lot. This particular location doesn't seem to care that they may have made people sick. read more

We only came here for the mini churros. They were cooked fresh for us which is always nice! No one wants old, stale and soggy churros. Yuck! The people in the drive through were nice and prompt with their service. The price of the churros here seems to be higher than that of other places I've purchased them. However, here in Utah we don't really have Jack in the Box so maybe they've gone up everywhere and this was just the first place I've noticed it. read more

Jack in the Box - Jack in the box - Burgers Near Me - Pocatello, Idaho

Very poor service and badly managed restaurant. We stopped and decided to go in to order. We stood there for over 10 mins and not one person came to the counter to take our order. They were running around like they were very busy. I guess just with the drive through. It would be different if there was anyone in front of us. That's just sad and is a clear sign of how that store is managed. Take two seconds to tell us "we'll be right with you". We typically like the food at jack in box. Too bad the service is so bad we went somewhere else. read more

When you stop by hopefully Bret is there. (I think I got his name right) he's way too happy and nice to be in fast food. I'd hire him on my team if I didn't so far away. I was just passing through Pocatello. He made my day with his enthusiasm. Good on you man. read more

Four stars??? Well, not for the food. The Jumbo Jack is a run of the mill burger. It was an alternative to the fast food brands available locally, but that's all. The extra stars is because -- without asking -- when we went through the drivethru the person at the window automatically supplied a dog biscuit for our dog along with a nice compliment. That never happened before and was a real treat. read more

Used Drive thru, when I got home my order was missing a hamburger, at $6 for hamburger you expect to have it. I called they wrote my name down, and was told I could get it another time. Guess what, went back and they didn't have my name written down and refused to give me what I missed from my order. Manager was rude. I will never go back! read more

Hoping the owner sees this. Jack in the box screwed up our order they didn't refund the amount they were supposed to. Called and started speaking to a manager and she started telling me to get my fucking ass up there and she might give me my fucking money she might fucking not. So I came up and tried talking to them she came out and first thing she said was get the fuck out. Tried talking to the other manager she just ignored me. One employee said call the number on the wall to give a formal complaint, come to find out it was the number for that store and they just kept picking up and hanging up the phone. Then they called the cops on me. I find this completely ridiculous and if someone knows someone higher up I could speak to I would highly appreciate it. Cause that lady should never talk to any customer like that. read more

Went through the drive-through yesterday and ordered some food got home and realized they had forgot a burger so I sent my daughter back to grab the burger they told her she needed to go back home and get the rest of the food and bring it back at that time my family and I were already eating our food so I called them to explain and I asked the lady what her name was in the store managers name was and also for the district managers name at that time she told me she was a store manager but she's not going to give me her name or the district managers name and that "I can kiss her ass and suck her dick" and hung up on me will never eat at another Jack in the box again. read more

Always check for your desert item, more than once Jack in the Box will forget the snack you were craving.

Just went to Jack in the Box and placed an order through the drive thru. We live 20 miles away from Jack in the Box. So imagine getting all the way home and there's tomatoes on the sandwich I ordered. We requested no tomatoes! And then we had ordered onion rings, she repeated back to me, onion rings and then I get home and no onion rings! I called to see what happened and the manager indicated I lied! I had my receipt! And their tacos are not as good as they use to be! I mean if we lived down the street, I'd go back, but 20 miles is to far. And then for her to say I didn't order. Crap! read more

I recently installed a water softener (with Crystal Water) for this Jack in the Box. Having the opportunity to be in the back room of many restaurants I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was in comparison to all others I have been in, and because of that when I was offered a free meal after working there. I was not afraid to say yes. I've been to Jack in the Box several times but I think that was my first breakfast there. It hit the spot! It was a good experience and a pleasure to work with there store manager Gabe. He is obviously a great manager from my experience with him, and how I can see that he runs his restaurant. Thanks for breakfast! #5stars read more
