Went to this location today to pick up a couple of sandwiches for my husband and I. It was absolutely AMAZING! I believe this Burger King is one of the best locations around. The service was Spot On. Pros: service was speedy Customer service was great Polite and knowledgeable. Complete order was made correctly Sandwiches was hot and fresh Well worth the money Cons: I honestly couldn't find one. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend read more

Burger King - a menu for a free whopper - Burgers Near Me - New Castle, Indiana

The worst customer service I have ever ever experienced anywhere the inside lobby is almost always closed for breakfast because they can't manage to have enough people to work there. The drive-through is almost as bad set in line for 30 minutes. Waiting on a burrito. It's very unfortunate right next door is McDonald's. They have zero problems with help. They have a line of people working at all times and very quick I'm done with Burger King and read more

This was probably the best Burger King experience I'd ever had. I saw a billboard saying that they'd moved to a new location, so it's no longer out front of Rural King. It's further south, on the other side of the road. They've changed to side-by-side order taking in the drive-thru, although I didn't see how that works for payment and pick-up. The interior was surprising. When I entered, I couldn't see any counter or kitchen. They had a tv going and the dining room was decorated with a casual up-to-date wood and glass look. Around the corner, it was the same as every other fast food restaurant. Beep beep beep with plenty of stainless steel to clean. I saw a few people working, but no one was at the counter initially. Somewhat quickly, the secondary person helping with the drive-thru (I only saw one window) came over to take my order. He took my order and then as I tried to hand him the cash, asked me to wait a minute, and came up with a different, lower total. I was surprised when he told me that he eliminated the small drink, as it was $1.69. That's a lot for a 20 or 22 oz. drink, but I didn't expect that he would do that. Maybe, I looked particularly pathetic and needed the extra money? The double-cheeseburger combo meal is somewhat expensive and the last one was almost $5.00, but I believe this one totalled $4.29 before the switch. In any case, we finished with the cash and were having a pleasant conversation, as I was getting my drink from the traditional style multiple drink machine. Thankfully, they disposed with the fancy Pininfarina-designed one drink at a time machine. A few of the other workers engaged in the conversation and it felt odd, as if they cared, and that doesn't usually happen. The last time I was at the store, it was at the other location and they were friendly, but not quite this friendly. The drink/condiment area was in need of a fix-up, and the table hadn't been wiped for a while. The food was fine, although the fries were at the old end of the cycle, and I heard him call for fresh fries shortly after I started to eat. The fries weren't at their best but they were far from horrible. The sandwich was fine, but I was surprised to see bits of meat on the outside of the bun. Random acts of kindness today at Burger King? Perhaps. I also saw them helping someone with their vehicle outside. It was a surprising visit. I wish they were all like that. read more

My reviews will often include my disdain for drive-thru. I understand that with the way that our current society is, many people don't want to work or go back to work. This may have something to do with this review. With the lack of employees or whatever the reason, this establishment is only open for drive-through. My wife enjoys a good Burger King burger. Other than a salad or a Pop, there is nothing here for me so, I go here to take care of my wife. She has an app so we can get specials and enjoy being a customer of the king. However, when we were ordering and letting them know about the app, the guy behind the microphone was not only hard to understand, but didn't seem to know how to make it work, and didn't seem like he wanted to be very helpful and giving us a deal. We were supposed to be able to get a free whopper and also free fries. Instead, it cost us close to $10 just to get through the line and get going. (And ... she got NO fries. They didn't charge us for any so, we cruised.) I don't like giving bad reviews, but the last couple of times we have come here, it seems as though we leave the parking lot a little disappointed, and may be a little disgusted. This does add to my repertoire of "I have a distain for drive through!" read more

Excellent service and their microphone works and drive thru is fabulous only took about 5 minutes.

I went with a group of 10 which I understand takes extra time but it was not busy enough to take as long as it did. After we got our drinks we waited 30 mins until anyone took our order. Then we had to wait over an hour to get our food. Once we got the food it was good but not worth the wait. read more

Absolutely the worst restaurant to ever claim to be fast food. They never get your order right, they close at random times, and this last trip they wouldn't even take my order. The employee said they received several large orders and now they can't take any more orders. Absolutely terrible place to order from with several lazy employee. read more

This restaurant can not be a fast food restaurant because it's the slowest place I've ever eaten at. I would my recommend eating here if you're in any kind of a rush. read more

It's okay. They tend to either forget something, put the wrong things on, or burn food. Anytime I get a chicken sandwich they burn it and then get angry when I ask for a new one. ‍ The mozzarella sticks are good, except when they forget the marinara to go with them (which is 50% of the time.) read more

Burger king is my favorite fast-food restaurant but this one, in the town I live in, unfortunatly is the worst fast-food place I have ever been to. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because like I said, BK is my fave drive thru but for the last year or more, there have been so many times I left the store irritated w/staff and W/out any food. Some days they simply just aren't open the hours they're supposed to be. Almost every time they are out of something I want. But the other day was the last straw for me, I ordered thru the app to pick up at the window, paid for it online and when I got there to pick it up, they were closed! He said he would refund my card but I have yet to see the credit to my account. My neice and I were talking about how horrible the service is at our hometown (and sadly it's the only one in this town) Burger King because she loves to go there on her way to work in the mornings for an iced coffee but she said lately they have been telling her that they "don't have any made", well excuse me... isn't that your job? Make me one already. Come on New Castle Burger King, get it together already! read more
