When I came to Burger King, I had a great coupon for a great Royal Chicken meal. The service I received was tremendous and sweet. The meal was awesome, dining hall is clean and the atmosphere is chilled and mellow. I loved the place so much, I got a crown and even sang the jingle: Make it special, make it Burger King

Whopper w Cheese...

Ok, I really wanna like BK. My 1st Whopper was in 1972. I was a McDonalds fan, but I decided to step out and try one of theirs. It was a different burger. Flame-broiled, different taste from McD's. Good! Recently, based on Youtube reviews, I decided to try another Whopper. I was disappointed. While it had some of those characteristics that I remembered, It was lacking, primarily in its construction. Everything was smashed down and when I unwrapped it, it didn't look appealing at all. (See Photo.) Today I decided once again to try a BK product...The BK Spicy chicken sandwich. I tried to make an order with the App...Wouldn't let me. I walked up to the front door...Wouldn't let me in. I had to go to the drive-through and describe what I wanted to the girl on the other end of the speaker. Everything seemed fine. After paying $9.04 for the item, I got it. I stopped in the parking lot and looked at it. It was Not what I ordered (No Bacon). I had to go through the drive-through once again to reorder. I got what I ordered this time, but was it what I wanted? (See photos)? I will say that the chicken had some spice, it was somewhat juicy, but the bun was smashed down on everything. When I ate it I had pieces of the bun sticking to the outside of my molars. The lettuce didn't even seem to be the same crispness as on the Whopper I'd gotten a week before. What is going on with this place? When I asked why they weren't open, the gal told me that no one wants to work. We are in for some serious times, my friends... If you have a BK crush, go for it, but be advised...

Super busy location especially on the weekends!…read more Located near Napa's Oxbow market, Gott's has something for everyone - variety of delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, hot dogs, fries, ice cream and milkshakes, and alcohol. Love the specials menu too. My faves are the western burger, ahi tuna tacos, garlic, sweet potato fries with the aioli and of course, the delicious ice cream and milkshakes. Great quality, friendly service, and indoor and outdoor seating. Ample napkins, ketchup available. Ambiance is clean and casual. Prices equate to upscale fast food.

The establishment itself is very well kept. Super clean. Extremely friendly staff. However the food just ain't worth the price. We both ordered bacon cheese burgers 1 French fry. 1 regular soda(16 oz) 1 sparking water(12 oz glass bottle) 1 cookie. This was $56 with tip. We didn't even get a 2nd order of French fries. There was literally 1 person in line ordering ahead of us. We placed our order and was told 20 minutes for our order. With one order shrewd of us 20 minutes seems a lot longer than expected to get two burger. My spice likes her burgers well done and she asked for her burger to be well done. 20 minutes later I picked up our food from the counter. And just like the food at the Walnut Creek location it was all cold. Nothing was hit at all. My souses burger was medium rare. We didn't even return the burger because we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for her burger to be ready. I do not recommend any Gotts burgers as they are over priced cold and do not cook the food as ordered.. we really hoped gonging them a 2nd chance would change our mind but after a second bad experience we will not being going back to try anything else.

Highly Recommend - MUST TRY! Had lunch at Oxbow Public Market in Napa and came across El Porteño…read more They have both savory and sweet empanadas. We were looking for dessert - something not too sweet. And this was the perfect spot! We had a manzana empanada and a banana y dulce de leche empanada. Both were good - they were warm and freshly baked. I will definitely be back to try some of their savory empanadas. Looking through their website, they also have a location at the Ferry Building and in SOMA. They can also be found at various Farmer's Markets around the Bay Area. I had no idea! They even have catering and delivery options via Uber Eats, Door Dash, or directly from El Porteno's themselves. This is a great business to patronize - unique and delicious. You will not be disappointed!

Love the empanadas from El Porteño! Absolutely Delicious! I…read moremake it a point to stop by every time I am at Oxbow Market in Napa. My usuals are their camarones (shrimp), the espinacas y panceta (spinach bacon and parmesan), and the champiñones (mushroom). The empanadas are served hot, flaky, and contain with a generous amount of filing. If they are out of a particular one at the window, just ask, they will bake a frozen one, which may take 5-7 minutes. I've also tried their carne and pollo empanadas which are also great but the three mentioned above are my favorites. I love that they put the empanadas in labeled sleeves so you actually know which is which! I've been to places that just stamp a letter on the crust, and half the time you can't even read it. This way is much easier especially when you're ordering a bunch of them like me. They are easy to eat on the go or grab a table at either end of Oxbow Market. Don't forget to get a side of their Chimmichuri sauce for $1.50. The sauce really completes the empanada! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and happy to make recommendations if you can't decide. You can't go wrong with any of them as I've tried them all the last few years.

TLDR: Best BBQ in Napa, hands down. Brisket and burnt ends…read moreare killer, mac n cheese surprised me, the owners are absolute gems, and the space is gorgeous. Cornbread and sauces missed the mark for me, but the meat more than made up for it. Definitely going back! The full story: Finally! A BBQ joint that knows how to season meat! Stateline Road Smokehouse in Napa is the spot. We rolled in on Mother's Day and got hit with a line almost out the door -- always a good sign! Turned out the wait wasn't bad though, because they've got a slick assembly line going. I watched the girl slicing my brisket right next to the order-taker, then just followed my tray as it moved down the line. The space is gorgeous -- big, bright, and airy, with clear garage doors and windows across the front and a domed ceiling overhead. We ordered the brisket, burnt ends, BBQ chicken, mac n cheese, and hot water cornbread. Plates come with their house-made pickles, onions, and peppers. They even have stuff for non-carnivores -- the Cherry Wood-smoked Maitake & Greens (maitake mushrooms, lettuce, heirloom rice, marinated garbanzo beans, lemon vinaigrette) and the 18th & Vine Grain Bowl (barley, quinoa, sweet potato, arugula, parsnip, saffron egg, pickled onion, burnt orange vinaigrette) both looked fantastic. Maybe I'll grab one next time -- right next to a pile of brisket! On the drink side they've got wines by the glass, boozy slushies, draft beer, and batch cocktails. We stuck with water this round. Prices were a notch above what I'm used to in Sacramento, but for Napa they felt totally fair -- especially since this is probably the best BBQ around. The brisket was a steal at $19 for a half pound. The chicken at the same price for a half bird felt a bit steep, but I could be off on what's normal up there. The brisket was seasoned beautifully from the very first bite -- smoked to perfection, fall-apart tender. No knife needed. The burnt ends were my favorite of the whole spread. They had a splash of sauce on them but it wasn't needed -- those rubs hold their own. The BBQ chicken had a totally different vibe -- hard to describe, but it gave off Asian-influenced flavors. Solid on its own, but pairing it with the brisket and burnt ends was a misfire. The flavors just didn't play nice together. The mac n cheese was great. It wasn't baked, but it also wasn't mushy or overcooked like most places -- the noodles still had bite and the cheese was flavorful. Sadly, the cornbread was the weak link. A little dry, kinda bland, and not as thick as I like. About the size of a thin 6" pancake -- not really worth the price. The other miss for me was the BBQ sauces. Just not my thing flavor-wise. To be fair though, the owner built his whole business on those sauces and apparently ships them out by the pallet, so plenty of people clearly love them! It was awesome seeing Darryl Bell, the owner, back in the kitchen working his magic -- and get this, he's reportedly the first Black restaurateur in Napa since the 1800s! That made the warm welcome hit even harder. Even with the rush going on, he popped out to snap a picture with us and thank us for coming in. His business partner Jeremy was also working the floor, checking in on every table, and he stuck around to talk us up about Darryl's BBQ skills and how their partnership came together. Then during a lull, Darryl came back out and gave us the whole tour -- the cultural and historical design choices throughout the space (the building used to be a Quonset hut, which explains that cool domed ceiling) plus the murals on the back patio. Dinner AND a show! Wishing these guys all the best. Can't wait to get back and work through more of the menu.

I ordered a rack of ribs, 1/2 lbs of brisket, a sausage, pulled pork and a side of Mac and cheese. I would say the best thing I order was the Mac and cheese. Flavorful and cheesy, Mac spirals right texture. Not too firm or soggy. Sausage was good. Flavorful. Brisket was solid as far as cook, salty My rib rack was dried out. lil tough. Smothered in the bbq sauce. Pulled pork not outstanding, salty. Sauce was actually solid by itself.
