It was about 8 pm and dining room closes at 10 pm as listed on the door. She shouted we needed to go through the drive thru. I asked if I could use the restroom then I'd go through the drive thru to order. She said no they were closed. So I hold my bladder and go in the drive thru. We were in the drive thru for more then 30 minutes. Then they hand me our order. They Forgot our drinks, I had to ask for them, the girl told me drinks weren't on our order. ( we ordered meals) our fries were half filled ( they were small fries to begin with) Good luck if you ever come here read more

This place is absolutely falling apart. They have not had AC in the actual building for months, and the people in the back have been suffering from all of the heat the roof is falling apart, and they have had buckets around the store to catch the water leaks from the roof onto the ground that created a very slippery surface. The back door is consistently left open for flies and bugs to get in as well as people off the street. They're always employees in the back smoking and you see them run inside when there's a car that pulls up in the drive-through. The food normally taste like garbage. It is not good and taste, like things have been held in the holding containers for hours rather than being thrown away when needed. The only good part about Burger King is the one manager Jeremy is very spot on about getting orders correct and making sure that if they are not correct that he does the best job possible to correct any mistakes. This Burger King in general has been falling apart for many years. They can't keep staff. The lobby is always close. Sometimes the drive-through is closed. The ice cream machine has been broken for weeks on end without getting repair as well as there's been no ice for drinks and previous summers so you would get handed out a drink without any ice in it. read more

7-1-22 Just wanna say that this might be one of the cleanest, nicest BKs ever. All the tables were clean, sun was shining happily through the abundant windows.... It just don't get nicer for kids to romp around at a fast food place! My breakfast burrito was also strangely..... perfect. Like someone wrapped it as if for an interview. Perfect fried tots. And the pancakes.... fluffier than basically 95% of popular sit down restaurants. You want some of that King you come here. (Though.... Wow, hate to be crucial of a fast food burger joint, but the chicken sandwiches I got from this location were barely edible. Despite being a far cry from the menu picture, the royal crispy chicken sandwich I was served was one of the worst representations of chicken sandwich I have ever seen. Tasted weird. This place is extremely sub par and definitely not maintained in terms of cleanliness. As others have said, the facility needs maintenance inside and out. I went to drive through several weeks ago and ordered just a whopper. About half way through eating it, I noticed that it had a strange smell. Possibly bad mayonnaise? Shortly after, it was confirmed. A gastro issue that lasted the entire day. A neighbor went there a week later and also experienced gastrointestinal issue as well. It's fast food you can't really mess that up but beware. Just going through the drive through there is trash everywhere and the weeds have not been touched in years, and the windows are so dirty you can't even see inside. Now this has nothing to do with food except you can guarantee the way they keep the outside is the same as the inside. Sure enough looking though the open window I could see a layer of smoke grease and dirt on the fire extinguisher, I would be able to see more if I could see through the window. We came this way to buy a new bad ass boat and catch some fish at Lake Siskiyou, we decided to stop and grab a big juicy whopper first, after my daughter and I ordered we went in to use the rest room and WOE!! I have to say out of every public restroom I've ever been in... in my life.. I have never smelled one this bad! We walked straight back out! took our order out after waiting 20plus minutes and the food was disgusting, dry old tasting hamburger patties, soggy lettuce and hard cold chicken fingers! This is fast food. I would normally not bother with a review, but the staff member who works the drive-through at lunch really has attitude issues and probably should be replaced. Twice she has dropped our change on the ground, never apologizing or offering to help in any way. I could live without the manners, however this time the order was wrong. When I went back in, explained it should be two burgers in the bag, the same staff member began to argue with me. I asked that she please just correct the order. She said, "if you don't like it, you can talk to my mother. She's in the kitchen." Really, your mother???? I asked that she just correct the order. Best reasons to go to this restaurant: * The dried up ketchup plastered all over the silk flowers is so cool and "kitchy" * You love waiting 15 minutes before anyone comes out from the kitchen to take your order * You enjoy waiting another 30 minutes to wait for "fast" food. * You like flat, under carbonated sodas. * You prefer your Whoppers on the luke-warm side. * Grimy stained counter tops and bad 80's decor turns you on. * You want to loose weight by eating foods that cause immediate gastrointestinal cramping and fits of diarrhea. As far as burger kings go this one is certainly not all that shabby. For one I have to say it has always been one of the cleanest BKs I have gone too, very consistent in that matter actually. As my second point I have to say that the food for a fast food place is not incredibly fast, not really a let down but it is a tad slower than I expected and I order plain hamburgers with nothing on them so it's not like my order is hard either.... It also seems to appear that this place hires not just high school kids but also their entire families and that is probably a sad reflection of the local economy but it does provide for a well run ship. Eh...I am all for supporting local establishments but if you need food on the go this is one of the few places in town with a drive through. read more

It was about 2pm on a Sunday afternoon - it seemed that only 3 people were working at that time. There wasn't much "friendly" service given just very lethargic order taking. It took about 21 minutes to get 3 whoppers and some fries. Salad that was order was thrown next to the fries so the heat lamp heated the salad up. Coffee was ordered mid way through our meal and that took 16 minutes to be called out. Unorganized and poor management made this a terribly slow experience. Thankfully I don't live anywhere near this location but I'll definitely skip this stop next time I'm in the area. read more

Quite possibly one of the worst fast food meals we have ever had. From the staff to the food exuded apathy, limp, luke warm, wilted, and was dried out. Really truly abysmal. We were just passing through Mt. Shasta...my childhood home...when we made a pit stop at the local BK. We should have left after pulling up next to a couple of tweakers in a derelict car and watching two homeless chaps split exit the building (after apparently peeing all over the men's room)...but we were tired and it is a long way to the next stop. I can describe this place in two words...HEALTH HAZARD. If there were negative stars, this place would get a -5. The restaurant is filthy. Avoid the bathrooms if you wish to remain hepatitis-free. Countertops were sticky. Tables were gross -as were the floor and condiment counter...and how do people stain stainless steel? Well, you could ask them, because every such surface looked like someone wiped it with dirty mop water. Oh, and don't forget to look up when you get in line...there is an entertaining herd of dust bunnies cavorting in the vent overhead as you wait...and wait...and wait...for some obviously high teenage boy to take your order. When that doesn't happen, an older woman waiting in the wings reluctantly steps forward and takes the very simple order. She gives it to the high-times crew and they mess it up completely. Long story short - call the health inspector and go elsewhere if you can wait. read more

Wow, a sundae for only $1. Plus, nice stop on the way which gets a great view of the mountains. Bathroom was a bit sad with overflowing toilet so got to knock a star off. Seems to be a popular stop for everyone visiting the area for camping, etc. read more

Today I stopped in the drive thru at this location for a couple of the $1.29 Value Whopper Jr's. When I arrived at the drive thru line, there was one other car waiting for food and no one else in line. When I stopped at the speaker I was told "I'll be right with you"... FOUR minutes passed before I could give my order. Then I sat behind the original car STILL WAITING for his food for another SIX MINUTES. TEN minutes to get so damned mad that I just drove off without my food. When I tooted my horn and got the servers attention all he could so was shrug his shoulders in frustration! Yet I see a bunch of overweight lazy people hanging around the serving area like chickens milling around looking for scratch. Disgusting Management, they can't seem to train their Staff to WORK. I legitimately created this account just to write this review. I dont eat fast food often, but when I do, its a treat. Last week my friend and I thought we's try the impossible burger to see what it was all about. After waiting far too long in the drive through for what is considered "fast food" we got our order and were on our way. After driving off, my friend reached into the bag and whipped out her impossible whopper. First bite she was confused, she handed it to me to try and the damn thing was rock hard. Being the badass she is, she tried to finish her EIGHT DOLLAR burger for a few more bites. In the end we had to throw it out and agreed it was truly ~impossible~ to ear. I was never a Burger King boi, but after this experience its safe to say I never will be. read more

We normally love Burger King so we decided to stop here today on our way to Oregon. The restrooms were fairly clean, just a lot of paper around. It was 12:15 pm on a Sunday; it was us very quiet inside. The gal that took our order was pleasant enough. The problem was the food. We got it "to go" so didn't realize it was subpar until we were on the road. We love to eat french fries first because they're usually burning hot. However these are not the fries we remember Burger King having, and they were not hot and fresh. Very disappointing. Didn't want to waste our calories on cold fries so we did not eat them. The three junior whoppers were lukewarm, meat on the dry side, and bun was a bit stale. We were hungry so we ate the burgers as they were OK. But again, a disappointing visit at the Mount Shasta Burger King. read more

I was at the drive-thru a couple of hours ago and it was poor service. They said they are closed because they were understaffed, which was understandable. But there was someone in front of us and we were there for at least 7 minutes waiting for those people to leave and they received food. I called the Burger King and they claimed that they closed at 9. Never once did he say they were closed at 9 before, he said he was "understaffed" And we were there at 8:55. read more
