I don't usually order much from Jersey Mikes, probably once a year so my memory is not the best…read morewhen remembering what sides you can order. I went in and ordered from the board and I didn't see the different types of breads so I automatically got white. The person who took the order didn't tell me the different types of bread that they have and the sides that they have, like the olive oil and red wine vinegar that I missed out on. I know that as a consumer, I can check before coming to make sure I know what I'm ordering - but it's the little things like reiterating the menu to customers, whether they're new or not. Aside from that; the sandwich was good.

It was a nice treat to try something slightly different for breakfast than usual. I was hoping they'd still have their blueberry biscuit from last week but they had a red and blue July 4th themed biscuit instead. It was food coloring and not candy bits or something a bit more like that apparently as I double checked with the staff there. So I didn't opt for that. Restaurant is clean.

The staff was super friendly. As I was on the go I didn't take a picture of my food. Everything was delicious. I would just skip the ranch sauce and opt for another flavor in the future. It didn't taste how I like my ranch. But no complaints. I would be a semi regular if I lived in the area.

Not a problem I can get by on salad and waffle fries. But here's my -- issue -- criticism. No matter how many times we say when ordering the Cobb salad without meat (they call it base so we use that word too) it arrives with meat. Once. A mistake. Twice or on a third visit, ah rectifiable situation. But EVERY time. No matter what we say the salad comes with bacon. So three stars. Love the polite staff. The place is spic and span clean. Love my wife. Chick-fil-A charm is wearing very thin.

NEVER TAKE THE DRIVE-THROUGH. Walk inside to order…read more Pretty good food. Service is usually good, but they are kinda slacking lately, in the past 3 years. But, I'll often not get the correct amount of biscuits, or chicken pieces, or the wrong condiments. I've also been given plastic forks when I needed a spoon, or vice versa. Sometimes I do need to go back inside and figure out why my order was wrong, check the receipts, make sure I was charged correctly, etc. Sometimes it's perfect, but since it's happened a number of times, when we get into the car we ALWAYS CHECK AGAIN to see if it was messed up. This is ALSO why we walk inside, rather than taking the drive-through. I still enjoyed all the food. My mother enjoyed it too. My impression is that employees are probably not treated very well because they seem stressed half the time, tired, exhausted, overworked, or mentally drained. This is also why I often choose to go NOT during busier times of the day. Even so, they often seem just so mentally drained, and they're just standing around. Ever consider giving your employees coffee, or some perks? They don't seem like bad people. Actually, they seem like good people. hence why I feel so divided over it.
