My impression is that employees are probably not treated very well because they seem stressed half the time, tired, exhausted, overworked, or mentally drained. This is also why I often choose to go NOT during busier times of the day. Even so, they often seem just so mentally drained, and they're just standing around. Ever consider giving your employees coffee, or some perks? They don't seem like bad people. Actually, they seem like good people. hence why I feel so divided over it.
