Rodeo burger was cooked fine and just cut a bit oddly. Probably should've been fully cut for two pieces or not at all. I should've paid extra for tomato and lettuce add-ons but that is on me. Friendly staff. Convenient to BJs when it is closed. They have signs asking you to buy something if you use their bathroom They keep the place well cleaned. read more

i went there to get dinner tonight and this just doesn't make sense I asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup and no mustard with a medium fry and a medium drink my mom asked for the same but with onions rings and ketchup and mustard my brother asked for the bacon King large so we order the food and get our cups total comes out to you $30 even we didn't wait long for the food but before we leave I always check the bag come to find out my Burger is not in there I thought they just forgot to put it in the bag so I go up to the girl at the register who took our order she said she never charged us for it I think to myself weird because why would you not charge us for something I clearly said I wanted ? So after that I go back to the table to look at the receipt and to see that half an order has been skip not only with mine but my mom's to then put the order back in to forget my sandwich but charged me for a meal with just a medium fry and a drink no sandwich so go back up and she said there was never a sandwich to begin with that she didn't charge me for it finally after trying to explain that I wanted the sandwich and it's her fault for not ringing it up I assume what would be a manager came over and finally realized that the sandwich wasn't in the bag after waiting about 5 minutes it I got the food on the way home I wanted to know if she didn't ring me up for the combo meal how much would it be so I went to the Bk app not only was it not the right now in the first place if she didn't charge me for the Burger it would be a 3.99 difference for what we got it was supposed to be 31.17 not just 30.00 if she didn't charge me for the Burger it would have been 27.18 so I don't know if this place is pocketing money or whatever but she was also very rude about it not very helpful in the beginning and also some other work was very much touchy with her I don't know if it's owned by a family or not but is a very uncomfortable place and I don't recommend at all read more

Today I ordered a large onion ring and small beverage to go. As I drove down the road reaching in the bag after a few rings I got a french fry. Except it wasn't A fry. No, the bottom half of my onion rings was pretty much fries. I emailed Burger King and their response wanted not just my name and phone number but also order date and time, order number and order total. I'd already thrown away the receipt. Oh and I definitely didn't find it funny that the Burger King rep hoped I enjoyed the soggy fries. SMH read more

The eating area is sticky.everywhere i was trying to sit it felt sticky even though it was just cleaned. And i work in the food industry. The staff needs to start cleaning more throughly. When i was ordering at the self order station, i had ordered a chocolate milkshake . It was $3.49 i was expecting at that price it would be at least a large size. But when i got my order it was the size of a small soda. That is ridiculously high for that size compared to other fast food chains. The staff isnt ever freindly. read more

40 monute wait in drive through at lunch. Pulled up and checked bag, missing jalapeño bites. Parked and went inside to get them. As I left, the bag felt very light. They are very tiny and there were only 3. Went back inside for my missing bite and insisted on an additional order, which they nicely gave me. As I drove off I sipped my coke, vanilla, not what I ordered. The staff was working hard, was polite and friendly. Food was pretty hot. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before I stopped. I don't typically leave reviews but the food was so bad I just felt the need to comment. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which according to the description online is supposed to be on a toasted potato roll with buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese. Mine however was on a non toasted sesame roll with no cheese and what appeared to be onions but I'm not really sure what it was. I also ordered onion rings which were about 3/4 full in the box dumped upside down in the bag along with 6-7 fries. All to the tune of about 10 bucks. Needless to say I didn't finish the sandwich. I did however call and complain to a very apologetic manager who apparently only works there one day a week. He totally agreed the sandwich was made incorrectly. Save yourself some money and stomach pain and drive a little further down to the McDonald's! read more

Food is always cold or just "room temp" (I buy nuggets through drive thru), always rip you off by one or two when you get two packs (2x10 piece).. ask for 3 or 4 BBQ for nuggets, get 2.. the ladies that work drive thru always seem to have an attitude. Arrived at this restaurant at 5:15pm Sunday jan. 29th. The restaurant was empty but EVERY table was dirty. The burgers were so sloppy that we had to rub half the condiments off so we could eat them.Half way through the meal my husband just wrapped his meal up and threw it in the garbage. I ordered my burger with extra pickles and it came out with no pickles. They were out of straws so we used coffee stirrer for our drinks. The bathroom was dirty. Everything about this location was pitiful. Burger King needs to address this location. read more
