Drink holders don't work! Spilled over 3 times in a row!!! I got chic fila last night. First I ordered two milkshakes and they gave me a drink holder for two drinks. Then I went back through and got two chicken sandwiches and two Arnold palmers so they gave me another drink holder for two drinks. I start driving and the first drink holder with the milkshakes falls over all onto my seat, whipped cream, cherry on my purse, my fur scarf, and my fur gloves. I quickly grab the drink, sitting them back up right and start holding them. Then the iced tea spills over on the floor. I quickly pull over. Try not to get hit get out of the car and pick it up and sit them back up right. I then proceeded to drive and they fall over again So the drinks fell over 3 times!!! Meanwhile I didn't even drive a mile!!! Why did they even invent 2 cup drink holders!???! They immediately fall over! Got them inside and they even sit up croooked!!! read more

I just ordered a garden salad from Rehoboth Beach, DE -5/28/25 Chick-fil-A. The Manager needs to talk to the person who makes the salad. The lettuce in the salad was the end of the lettuce! As I am expensively addicted to Chick-fil-A, for Lent I sacrificed by giving up my favorite Chick-fil-A specialty drinks. Imagine my surprise this morning (Easter Monday) when I ordered my first frosted coffee in 40 days to discover that your specialty drinks no longer are in see-through plastic cups but rather are now in Styrofoam cups. PLEASE bring back the more attractive plastic cups with a dome top. Syrofoam cups are for hot drinks. A big part of the entire Chick-fil-A experience for me is the attractiveness of the specialty drinks and how pretty they look. Styrofoam cups totally kill the mood because the drinks do not look as appealing. As a loyal Chick-fil-A customer, I am hopefully trusting that someone will read this and pay attention. I love Chick-fil-A but I do not like my favorite specialty drinks in Styrofoam cups. read more

When your teenager is hungry on the way home from OCMD but every fast food restaurant is on the opposite side of the road, what a breath of fresh air when you see a CFA on the correct side of the road lol. Came here on a Saturday after leaving Ocean City and was expecting it to take forever with beach traffic. But surprisingly it was very fast. They are extremely efficient at this CFA. Fast! Our food for six people came out before I was even done paying. It was great! Now only two cashiers open but still, it was fast! We realized today that our youngest hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A play place until today. The pandemic wiped that out for him. The big kids enjoyed getting to show him the ropes today. The kids (especially the youngest ones) also loved the auto trash can. They couldn't get enough! A few things I also noticed, the team member who took our order asked us if it was "for here or to go?" They used to always ask me if I was "Dining in today?" You notice the difference. She also scooped at least 5 of our drinks with the cup and not the ice scoop. Didn't seem quite sanitary to me. In the restroom I noticed the grout around the sink was pretty dirty as well as the area right behind the faucet. Food was great! Everything came as we ordered it. I noticed the tomatoes on my salad were big and lots of lettuce! We ate all the nuggets, fries and sandwiches. I also appreciated the cold salad dressing. All the Chick-fil-A's where we live only serve warm dressing so I never eat salads anymore. So it was a nice treat that they served cold dressing. I loved my cobb salad today! My wife's tea (half sweet and half unsweet) is often made incorrectly and it was perfect today. Great job Chick-fil-A! read more

I am a chick fil a lover and this location was amazing! Beautiful inside, maybe the nicest chick fil a I've ever seen...so far. I ordered my usual spicy chicken sandwich w/ Medium fries and a sunjoy and let me just say that: My sandwich was steaming hot, juicy and flavorful! My fries had not been burnt/over cooked at all. (I'm a softer fry guy) so these were great, as they usually always are! We came here after a long 3 hour ride with our toddler for some mac and cheese, fries, and a half and half. I really wasn't expecting anything special when I picked up our food. The fries were cool, the half and half was good, but the macaroni and cheese hands down is the best I've had from chick-fil-a!!! This location nailed it, this is what perfect mac and cheese tastes like! I can't wait to come back just so I can get this fire mac and cheese! This chick-fil-A is a hit!! I think this maybe the only one here on this side close to the beach but the level of service here is phenomenal! I mean it was busy here. There are two drive through lanes and the line for that was so long, we decided to go inside and eat. Best decision yet. I ordered about $45 worth of food and drinks for my family of four but I swear it took them like 4 mins to have everything ready for us and everything was accurate. It was really busy, as most chick-fil-a's are but the food is consistently good, they get your order right every time and there's always a good attitude to go alongside it. Plus, the app is great! We needed a quick bite to eat before heading to the beach. Chick-fil-A was on the opposite side of the highway but it is conveniently located at a traffic light. Parking is ample and the staff was very polite. Restaurant was clean and a girl was even going through wiping down everything including the trash cans with cleaning wipes. The trash can near us had a sensor to open automatically when you're in front of it. Our food was hot and arrived to our table quickly. We just grabbed a drive thru lunch - one grilled chicken club, one original chicken sandwich, one side salad and an order of waffle fries. Terrific sandwiches and side salad. A+ experience for this Chick-fil-A! My review is a couple months late, but the manager and the restaurant deserve recognition for the dining experience they provided! I was staying in Rehoboth for 2 months with my girlfriend. Being from Boston, we had never had Chick-fil-A before. We decided to try it. We went through the drive through (Covid) and the logistical operation they had set up was nothing short of amazing. They had four lines moving with the staff walking down each line of cars taking orders on ipads to move the lines right along very efficiently. We both ordered the chicken deluxe meal. The service was quick, friendly, and the line moved right along. We got our meals, and as we expected, it was delicious! If this was the end of our dining experience, they would have already received 5 stars. But it wasn't. Me being the glutton that I am, (and indulging being on vacation) after finishing my sandwich in my car in the parking lot, I decided I wanted a second one. (don't judge) So we entered the drive through again. I believe he was the GM (he was wearing business casual clothes rather than the uniforms the rest of the staff was wearing) recognized our car as we had just been through the drive through not 15 minutes prior, and quickly approached with a concerned look. "Was there a mistake on your order?" he asked us. I quickly told him that this was our first time to chick-fil-a and I loved it so much that I needed seconds! He said, "First time to chick-fil-a?! Where are you from??" We told him Boston, and he told us that this order was "on the house". Because of that interaction, we returned probably 3 or 4 more times during our stay in Rehoboth. Each visit we were greeted with above and beyond hospitality from their team, and continued delicious food. Overall, for any restaurant, but especially a fast food chain, the service provided was spectacular. This facility is about 45 minutes away from the nearest Air Force Base, when we asked if they have a military discount they said no. We spoke with Cooperate and it's up to each franchise owner of they want to give military and senior citizen discount. My sandwich was substandard in size, and out fries were room temperature at best. My boyfriend ordered two of the spicy deluxe sandwiches, which is supposed to come with pepperjack cheese, one came with pepperjack and the other with American cheese. We will never be back to this location. Not only was the food subpar for a Chick-Fil-A, but so was the service. Very disappointing. read more

Warning chick fil a lovers check your bag for requested sauces. I love chick fil a and can't remember ever having an issue with any of them. We stopped by this one to grab breakfast before departing the area. We asked for 3 chick fil a biscuits with OJ and a coffee. We requested Mayo and chick fil a sauce. i totally agree with Lily's review of 8/27/22. its a busy vacationeers location. staff turnover is a non stop revolving door. the young adolescent servers whom inundate the restaraunt are like clones reminiscent of the film "children of the corn". my order has been messed up so many times, and when i've asked a mngr for assistance i've generally received a look of contempt. for a soda refill or other simple request, an adolescent server rolls their eyes at you, or you plainly get ignored. this location is poorly managed. read more

We got curb side and we had to wait 15 minutes for our food that was made right away while people who came after got food quickly. We asked the curbside guy why so long and he said we never placed an order but It was because the curbside guy didn't see our order on the screen! I then asked to be compensated and he says no. Very clean and the staff is very polite!!! We misorder the meals for our 3 kids and changing the fried chicken nuggets to have the grilled one was super easy.... Aaron was super nice, professional and accommodating while Buddy checked us like 600 times to make sure we have everything we need. Aaron actually had the best outfit for Cow Appreciation Day! They even let my "stubborn" but loving husband have his non-Chick-fil-a meal because we wanted to eat as a family. This was a convenient stop on the way South for vacation. My sister is on a vegan/plant-based diet at the moment, and hoped to enjoy a sunflower seed bagel we found on their website's menu beforehand. When we asked about the bagel, the girl seemed confused and didn't really know if there was a "sunflower seed bagel" on the menu or not. We had to help her figure out what to put in as our order.
