The line was longer so that concerned us but we actually were greeted at the intercom by a pleasant voice who was patient and helpful with our order. Of course with 6 people ordering it takes time and delays just to confirm what everyone wanted and no real hesitation from the order taker. The line actually went through very quickly and the person we paid had a conversation with us. She must have had someone be not so kind to her because we always try to leave people with a smile and so my wife asked her questions about her day and the employee mentioned people just don't have respect for QSR employees and just yell and holler at some of the silliest things and so we tried to encourage her and make her smile; which I think we did. We got to the pass through window and this is usually where things go wrong but they started handing out our food. Each person's order was in a separate bag so it made confirming we got everything way easier (I HATE when they jam your whole order into one bag and then I have to dig around and try and figure out what is what and did we get everything) so KUDOS to them for making that process easier. Believe it or not in the first attempt we got everything we ordered, as we ordered it and we had spoons for our frostys and straws and even napkins. So, I don't know how this place does normally and unfortunately I didn't get any names of the staff as they did GREAT this time. It made our stop quick and painless and it allowed us to keep moving down the road. Thanks everyone for a great experience.
