Restaurant manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and even scary. my 7 year old grandson and I were the only customers in the restaurant on Tuesday 5/20 around 9:20 pm. All of a sudden the manager screams out "that f***ing n****r b***h" and went on to scream about a person treating "her employees like that". She and her crew charged outside which I assume was to confront someone. I told my grandson let's pack up our meal and leave.. quickly. First they say there coffee machine is down for "cleaning", then they gave us no sauce when we specifically asked for sauce, we for some reason got someone else's order and had to fix that which took forever, the lady at the window didn't speak any english (which is obviously okay) but so the manager had to come up and it took us even longer, they didn't give me my diet coke. and barely put caramel on mine and my friends sunday. very very under staffed read more

Not No Ah...Nope The younger man in my life loves chicken nuggets - We needed a quick pit-stop - perfect, right? Well, for this to be a newer model MCDs, there are some problems: Changing tray won't stay up in handicap stall making it difficult to use the facilities. Even with double industrial sized rolls of toilet paper in each stall, only one had paper, and that was almost gone. That says that cleaning wasn't occurring. Large booth near the soda machine had cushions that were peeling. We are not taking about a small tear. The owner is allowing patrons to consistency walk in, sit down and peel the "pleather" off of the cushion. Orders favor the drive thru as inside patrons watch drive thru place orders to fill. (Yeah, wondered about this for abt 2 mins and concluded that it was a fill the fry orders for outside before inside. First time visiting this McDonald's location and the first thing I noticed was that it smelled like garbage or maybe even mold. Nobody was behind the counter to take our order and after waiting for 5 mins we finally decided to use the kiosk. The lines are out of control since nobody is available to take orders at the front counters. All of the leather seats are shedding and in horrible condition. The floors are dirty and there are pools of water by the beverage dispenser. We ordered our food 20 mins ago and are still waiting. Worst experience ever. read more

I would give this place 0 star if I could. We ordered a combo using our mobile code, the cashier was new or something so she needed help from the manager, she replaced my order with different thing and charged more for it. We asked about that and she acted like it was our fault that we did not tell her. The cashier was trying to fix that and the other lady said my code was already used and cannot be used again and said we had to pay for what they've packed. This McD has "Failed Inspection" written all over it. When I arrived, the bathroom's automatic soap dispenser was broken, and I had to tinker with it to get it to work. Anyone less resourceful would've walked out without sterilizing their hands. Then came the order, which took half an hour to be ready and still missed important things like condiments and a straw for my drink. Visited this location late on a Friday evening. In summary, I was surprised a McDonalds location would be open in this condition. I agree with a 1 star evaluation, except for the efforts of one staff member, that appeared to be trying to keep operations moving. 1. Food - McChicken sandwiches were fine, fries were Luke warm w greasy flavor. 2. Location - seats looked scratched and dated. Toilet ceiling had leaks. 3. Service - this location had the self ordering elec board. It works well, and relatively user friendly. The time to fulfill order was elongated. Sadly this McDonald's is extremely slow, we waited a bit to long in the drive thru for food. Took about 20min when most McDonald's take at the latest 10min. Now the staff was polite and did apologize for the wait. Once the food was brought out it was hot & standard for McDonald's. Not sure why it took so long, especially when they where dead. We pulled into this McDonalds for 2 quarter pounders and a large Diet Coke. 38 minutes after ordering, we got our food. We sat at window 2 for 10 minutes and had not yet even been given our Diet Coke! I have never waited so long for food at ANY McDonalds EVER! When I asked if this store is a corporate store, I was told it is privately owned! SHAME on you for the service at this store! I am even more appalled at the service as I am a stock holder in McDonalds! I think the manager was there and she seemed more concerned with filling the stock of pop lids than serving her customer. Wow! I've never been to a worse McDonald's in my life. I don't like McD's on a good day and today certainly wasn't a good one. Service was slow, slow, slow. The resemblance between what we ordered, what we were charged for, and what we received was about 50%. So basically every step along the way was plagued by incompetence. To be fair, the food tasted fine; fries were hot and delicious, my chicken sandwich was tasty. Ultimately though, receiving food that met my expectations might garner three stars from me.
