Now this is a Dunkin' and Dunkin' ought to be: they actually have a wide variety of donuts including the toasted coconut and the peanut ones, which are an old Dunkin' staple but these days hard to find. And they rarely sell out unlike many smaller Dunkin's which are out of half their expected inventory by mid-morning. The employees are cheerful and helpful as well. As others have noted, the actual quality of the donuts and other goodies here seems superior to most Dunkin's as well. The rest of the chain needs to take note. read more

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, we cam spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

I don't know what they have going on at the Busy Bee, but this was the BEST quality Dunkin Donuts meal I have had in a long time. Possibly even the best ever. Hashbrowns were crispy. I honestly am not usually a fan of fast food including Dunkin' Donuts, but this DD has become a regular stop on the way home from chemo at the Mayo Clinic. I used to treat myself and my chemo buddy to fountain drinks and other snacks at the Busy Bee (my favorite gas station!), but due to COVID-19, you can't bring your own cup for fountain drinks. Now my new treat is to get delicious frozen coffees, and my buddy loves the donuts. The service here is great, and it is very clean. I came in at 11:57 and had David run into the back and tell my boyfriend and I to wait, came back out a couple minutes later and told us he could not serve us due to them needing to count the drawers and that they lock at 12, that he wouldn't be able to serve us for at least 15-20 minutes, we paid for gas and came back around the corner to wait in a 5 person line that he's now been serving right after he turned us away, I'm just honestly surprised and very disappointed by this service, won't be returning in the future if I have a choice. read more

This is a last ditch effort to get upper level management to listen and make necessary changes. I've filled out countless online surveys and made clear over the course of about 2 years this DD has been in the area, there is consistent inept service. Slowest DD you will ever go to! We travel, and I've been to enough to know. This is a place you want to avoid at all costs. Go a few more exits, anything but don't go there!
