We made our way to the front counter and got on the list. Figured we would be in for a long wait, but our total time from putting our name on the list to being seated was under 10 minutes. They had 5 buffet bars set up 1 salad bar, one meats/mains, 1 veggie, 1 split veggie & warm desserts and a cold desert bar. The standout foods I tried were the fried chicken, fried catfish, and fried shrimp. I tried the catfish without many expectations since it was a buffet and not a huge catfish fan, it was one of the cleanest tasting catfish I have ever put in my mouth. The fried chicken was delicious as well. We weee totally impressed with the building, speed of service and the great food.
