In a recent instance, I received a small coffee despite having paid for a medium. When I brought this discrepancy to the manager's attention, she simply insisted that the drink was a medium, completely ignoring the fact that the cup itself was clearly labeled as a small iced specialty coffee. This refusal to acknowledge a clear mistake makes for a frustrating experience. I love McDonald's however I will be choosing a different location moving forward.

The service was good and the restaurant was clean. Everyone was very friendly. We were visiting family in Lebanon and wanted to stop by for a treat and to see the ducks that have always been in and around a creek behind the DQ. Our granddaughter loved seeing the ducks and while we were there, she even got to pet a rabbit that someone had as a pet. I did not take any pics of our icecream, but did take a few pics of the ducks! You can also feed the ducks, as they have a "corn/feed" machine there. We love DQ

It has nostalgic black and white photos on the walls and larger TVs tuned to sports. There is a lunch buffet sometimes. Our party tried several dishes on this visit. A couple of salads. Highlights were the cheese manicotti, stuffed meat pizza, a meat and cheese empanada, Italian wedding soup and linguini with clams in red sauce. All of these were excellent. The pasta was fresh, not dried and remarkably good. The soup stands out. The stuffed meat pizza is a personal favorite. They have great shake toppings including fresh grated cheese, Italian herb blend and garlic salt. The rolls with the salad are common to all this restaurant line and are great, including butter. The empanada was also surprisingly good. Flaky fried crust with mildly seasoned tasty meat and cheese filling. All of the items are reasonably priced, and the staff was helpful packing leftovers. Worth a visit anytime for lunch or dinner.

My issue is with the owner or manager. I went to pick up a pie and was told it would take a few more minutes. While I waited, the soccer game was on (World Cup '26). I had the most weirdest look from the owner. Looked as if he wasn't pleased to see me in his establishment. It felt very awkward and sort of menacing. As I took the pie, he just said bye with a disgust look in his face. I usually ignore stupidity like that, but for some reason, the day came back to me. As of that moment, I stopped ordering from them. It always looked empty when I stepped inside. Yea never again lol.
