The customer service at this location is consistently disappointing, as orders are frequently incorrect, ranging from mismatched food items to improper drink sizes. In a recent instance, I received a small coffee despite having paid for a medium. When I brought this discrepancy to the manager's attention, she simply insisted that the drink was a medium, completely ignoring the fact that the cup itself was clearly labeled as a small iced specialty coffee. This refusal to acknowledge a clear mistake makes for a frustrating experience. I love McDonald's however I will be choosing a different location moving forward. read more

McDonald's - A small Iced Coffee when it's supposed to be in a medium. - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Pennsylvania

I visited the McDonald's today went in the restaurant and the crew was screwing off complaining about cleaning the men's room and they let homeless people stay in the store all day urinate in the chairs sleep in the booths where you sit and smell very badly and they let them sleep outside at the picnic tables overnight when the dining room is closed and let them bathe in the bathrooms all day long to me that is very unacceptable something needs to be done or I will contact the health board about this read more

Needed a cup of water asap do to health reasons the machine up front was off. Person in charge tonight was patient gave me a cup of water afterwards. Food came out on time. Then went on my way. Just wanted to leave more than one thank you. Thanks! read more

I had left another review about this McDonald's previously about to drink problem this morning. I went into the establishment and ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with no cheese only to find out that they manage to remember not to put the cheese on, but had some have forgotten to put the egg on the sandwiches called a sausage and egg McMuffin. Great job. read more

The food is eh, okay I guess. It all depends on who's making it and caring, or who makes it and doesn't give a $h!t. There's one lady who works her tail off! She's the only one that can make my fav drink... Large Mocca Frappe with extra Chocolate Syrup! She takes her time, and does exactly how you'd order it! For the life of me though I cannot remember her name! But I'm sure a lot of people know who I'm talking about!! read more

Thanks McDonald's for reminding me to never purchase from you again. I was just told to buy a hash brown it would cost me 2.50 for one. I can literally go to Rutters gas station and buy a whole burrito that's pretty big for 5.00. I'd say the burrito weighs well over 5 hash browns. Sheetz is cheap compared to your unhealthy fattening cheaply made food anyways. How much does a potato cost? I can buy a whole bag of potatoes and probably make 15 hashbrowns for less than 5 bucks. The sweet tea costs more here than the other McDonald's. They charge more for sweet tea than other McDonald's that I have been to. Sweet tea costs more than soda by the way. read more

Terrible service terrible food, called to complain. Dead line. Here I am. This "egg McMuffin has barely any egg... not sure how the fuck it came out like THAT... also cold and rubbery. Worked at this McDonald's years back and would do coke and drink with the manager regularly. Nice to see not much has changed. Trashy as the city of Lebanon itself. read more

Clogged urinal, kiosks don't print tickets or receipts, you have to ask for your cup or else they won't give it to you even if you ordered it, friends order didn't go through and he still got charged, currently waiting on the results of that Update: they gave him his food but supervisor or whoever gave it with a ton of attitude Update 2: his food was cold read more

Pretty alright I guess. They just didn't give me two whole QP burgers but okay. I guess go here if you don't care and just want to stuff something in your mouth to try to feel something other than how empty your life has become. read more

You know, almost everyone I know has nothing good to say about this location. You either have to wait forever in a parking spot for someone to eventually show up with what is hopefully your order, or they are consistently not getting your order right, you do not get what you have paid for, and if you bother to contact them, you are told like i was, to come in between certain hours and the manager will give you a dam coupon for your missing item to be used on your next visit. Think about this, if it really was incompetence, management would fire the people... How many of thousands of dollars do you think this place makes in a week by not fully giving customers what they have paid for? Because they know you will not waste your time to come back on your own time for a lousy coupon! How about this, the manager comes to your home, apologizes and pays everyone an extra $100 every time they screw up! Maybe then they would care about the customer! read more

Great customer service. I had called due to an issue with Doordash, and whoever I had spoken to at McDonald's was the nicest and most accommodating. I ended up having to reorder through Doordash and the McDonald's employee called me back to ensure my order was being made and when it was set to be picked up. I really appreciated that. read more

Had to work on Saturday, didn't eat all day and wanted something quick so I wouldn't be late to my next call. Ordered my usual when I do chose to eat fast food. A bacon double with Mac sauce, crispy chicken sandwich, and a small sprite. Used to be value menu items but now cost $10 for that order. Anyway, they had me pull up to the second pick up window where I sat and waited for 18 minutes until my patience ran out and I banged o. The sliding glass window. The manager came and was surprised why I was knocking and had no clue I was waiting for anything. They gave me my small sprite half full and forgot me Mac sauce and may I add there customer service is shit! Terrible business management. It's a joke, idiots! Never again, read more

Every time I go to this location it's a problem. My order is always incorrect or missing something, and the food is always cold, never fresh. Not to mention the service is extremely slow. I understand the drive-thru gets busy now that they added two lanes but it takes forever whether you're inside or at the drive-thru. Most of the employees they have working busy shifts are just minors and can't keep up however the employees are usually friendly read more

We went here for 3 McFlurrys. We waited in line for over 15 mins in the drive thru in 90+ degree weather. When we got our McFlurrys. They weren't mixed at all and all the toppings were on top. So we had to mix it ourselves. We didn't order a Sundae. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have been to went through the drive through paid for my order and then sat for a good thirty minutes before I got my order. Definitely needs more workers for the night shift. Definitely wasn't a happy customer. Then had to change the egg for the McMuffin.. will not go to this McDonald's again. read more

Worst mdonalds that I've ever been in. We were just passing through Lebanon and stopped in for breakfast. It was about 6:30 am. Absolutely no customers in the place. No one offered to take our order. They have these nifty little kiosks where you place your own. After putting in what we wanted, we needed to ask a question to a human. My daughter went to the counter where she was completely ignored. Meanwhile, I hit the ask for assistance button. No one came. Finally, someone addressed my daughter, however the person was unclear if they actually had chicken biscuits in the establishment. They also didn't have any breakfast specials that we have seen nationwode EVERY WHERE, including the $1 any size drinks. Evidently, this privately owned franchise wants you to pay for every individual item at top dollar. This is probably to cover the cost of the fancy kiosk. We hope that it serves him well, because we walked out. Breakfast would have been between $35-$40 for my family of 4. Unless, it's a sit down meal with table service, I will not pay that. We're talking fast food! This exact meal would have been less than $20 back home. read more

Worst service ever we asked for 2 separate orders and instead they added both orders together# thanks for saving me money won't be going back to this location ever again read more

On September 15 approximately 10:45 PM I just went through the drive-through and ordered two sausage egg and cheese McMuffin's both of them with extra cheese I didn't get my extra cheese the manager she was a Spanish lady all she cared about was messing around with her cell phone she handed me my order Purtnear thought she was going to throw it at me had the meanest look on her face and said have a good night to me that is the most terrible service and the one employee in the drive-through was infatuated with my former occupation of being a correctional officer had to tell everybody that was working that a correctional officer was in the drive-through it makes you feel almost like you're hated it and that they would tamper with your food now I can't prove that but that's the way I felt when I got home I was afraid to eat that food but I didI hope this McDonald's changes her ways and gets better staff I don't think I'll ever do business at this establishment again read more
