Then we get home to find out they got the order wrong,we had to drive back up there and I asked to talk to the manager and Yolanda the manager proceeded to argue with me for a few minutes, tell me I was wrong and Finally I had to raise my voice and say NO MA'AM YOUR WRONG CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!! Went after a high school game, with my family no one else in the drive through, was told to park. Ordered at 8:37 got our food at 8:50. I wanted to just cancel my order, spent 58$'s. Doors were already locked. I knocked, got ignored. There were 5-6 workers standing around. Guy who took orders brought our food to us, no apology. No customer service. Such an unhappy person. I wish I didn't have to rate this place but this is the second time I have an issue with my order and out of respect I have never said anything before. Yesterday I went to get two whopper meals and I decided to substitute a whopper for a fish sandwich instead, so I did. Anyways I order an extra whopper just in case and I'm glad I did, but the fish sandwich was gross(disgusting) seem like they had the sandwich already pre-maid and they threw the fish patties on the fryer so when I got my sandwich it was so tough. Besides that they gave me two orders of onion rings when I clearly had stated that I only wanted one order of onion ring and regular fries for my second meal. I was already home otherwise I would love to come back to this place and let them know about their mistakes. Second time I have issues and it's about time to say something....... The manager at this location is horrible. We received the incorrect order they the drive thru and when my fiancé took it back to restaurant the manager didn't even offer an apology for the incident. She said she couldn't hear him so when he spoke louder she said don't yell at me. She is lucky I wasn't there with him. He finally made it home with the correct order. No apology, no offer of a refund, just a Bad Attitude from someone who is supposedly a manger. read more

I don't think I have been to this Burger King since my initial review in 2012. But my kids really wanted Burger King, so I figured I would give em another chance. Pulled up to the restaurant around 8pm and I thought they were closed. The lights were on, but no line at the drive through, and no one inside. I pull up to the drive thru and see that they are open. And I also see that they have 10 nuggets for $1.49. Great! My kids can split them. I go to order the nuggets, and theyre out of nuggets. Ok...whatever. So I end up ordering chicken fries for the kids, and a Bacon King for myself. Chicken fries were cold. My Burger seemed hot. I opened it up and started eating it. Turns out the bun was hot, but everything inside the burger was cold. Kinda like it was warmed in the microwave. Nasty. I call the restaurant when I get home, and I get an answering machine. Great. They close at 10:00 pm the lady in there I think her name was ANNGY, had even went to the extent of lying and saying there was a gas leak . I ordered a double whopper and didn't check my bag until I got home and it was a whopper junior. The worst part is that there is no receipt on the bag and I did not ask the cashier for one. I was more distracted by the fact that I kept asking her about the salads and it was like she did not understand English. Not to sound rude but they should not have someone taking orders that is not fluent in English. I wish I had a receipt to find out if they charged me for the right burger. I rarely go to a fast food place, and we had never tried this particular Burger King restaurant before. I did see the poor ratings, but thought I would still give it a try. I ordered the 10 piece nuggets with Ranch dressing for only $1.49 for my son and the Jr Whopper meal with no onions for $4, and a mocha frappe with no whip for $1. First of all, very good prices. Second, the employee taking my order was very pleasant and for the first time I never had to repeat my order. I pulled up and paid, the line went quickly. I got my food. I checked all my food before we left. Everything was exactly how I ordered it. The employees were all friendly. The food was warm/hot. My son enjoyed the nuggets. I enjoyed the rest. I went to redeem a free value fry I won but was denied because they said I had to take a survey on the app first to redeem it. That bummed me out. I came in with my family (no other customers) and took the 5 women employees behind the counter 5 mins for 1 women on drive through to say "hold on a min!" Then a min later an employee walks up to the counter "what you want" . As I'm ordering she keeps interrupting me, and rolling her eyes. Also a very pregnant employee runs into me as I'm walking to the drink station and doesn't say a word just keeps giving me and my family dirty looks.. I went to the drive through here the other day right around noon. There was no line and I hadn't been to a BK in years so I explained that to the person using the intercom. I ended up getting 2 things I had never before gotten, "Classic Grilled Dog" and 2 orders of Mac n' Cheetos. Cheap and ok new remodel. But I have ask many problems here. Just now went to get nuvgets for the kids before picking them up and 3 drinks. It took me 15 minutes in line behind 3 cars and once i was at the window i paid very quickly and after being told the sprite was out I said lemonade was fine. No problem right well when you leave my drinks and food sitting for 5 minutes at the window while youre chatting it up with the kitchen workers shows that a pretty face (remodel) doesnt fix ugly.(awful service) Nice remodel . awful awful awful service. I was very disappointed when I ordered their mini cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I was expecting the cinnamon rolls to at least have the icing on top of them, but there was NOTHING. They were also so dry that I almost choked trying to finish my first bite. I guess I'm more upset about the fact that the picture advertisement for this product on the drive thru menu looked way better than what I got inside my bag. I normally love Burger King and haven't been in an extremely long time so I was very excited to get my favorite chicken fries from here. It was a huge let down let me tell you. Our chicken fries were cold and stale, not only was that stale but so were our french fries, chicken sandwiches and our soda was flat and appeared to be running out of the syrup they place into it. Meaning the soda needed to be switched out in the machine in the back and it tasted terrible! We got a lot of food and every item was a complete let down. I will be calling in the morning to sort this out. I'm not one to normally do this but I came on here to write a review which I do not do very often and I've noticed that this location is just a huge failure in general. Very upsetting read more

I went there today 12/19/18 after I picked up my Daughter from school and was HORRIFIED not just about the fact that from the time I walked in until the time we had received our order it had taken a total of 35min. But what did it for me and caused me to walk out was the fact that the lady at the cash register picked up someone's chicken fingers without using gloves and put them in the little box they use. That was disgusting she has been handling dirty money all day then touched someones food!!!
