After a fairly long wait at the drive through, the man who took our order was very rude, condescending, and hostile. I tried to ask him a question after giving my order, and he interrupted me to give me a lecture about how I was doing it all wrong (apparently, he thought I was trying to rush on to another order...I wasn't). So after giving him the drink order he apparently thought I was trying to rush past, I then asked if we could get curly fries. My daughter wanted me to ask and I couldn't imagine what the harm would be. A simple 'no' would have sufficed...but I got another condescending lecture that ended with 'we are NOT an Arby's.' I asked him is he was really angry but he didn't hear and just kept talking over me This man sounded hostile enough that my daughter was legit quite anxious and uncomfortable as we waited to get the order. I will say that the person working the cash register was very nice and politely fixed the order that the first employee must have been too busy taking his frustrations out on us to take down correctly. My daughter also said the food was good enough...but either way I have no intentions of going back.
