Service was prompt, but by the time we were done and leaving, the place was full and hungry customers waiting to get in! Our server was AWESOME! Friendly and attentive but not hovering. Brandy Old Fashion was heavenly and much needed. The French Onion soup was rich and delicious. My ribeye steak was cooked perfect, tender and delicious. The baked potato was perfect. My husband ordered the smaller portion of Lasagna and it was tasty! The place has tons of character! We are so glad we back tracked to this amazing gem!!

I ordered the ribeye since it came with a soup or salad ANNNNDDD potatoes or veggies. I opted for the French onion soup and some veggies. Holy moly, the cheese on that soup is no joke! It was a delicious soup but it did lack in onions (maybe because it was a small bowl that none got scooped up into it?). I ordered my ribeye medium rare and it came a perfect medium rare. The ribeye itself was of the thinner variety so don't expect a thick steakhouse ribeye. It was still really good though especially because it was so much food for under $30! The turtle cheesecake was TO DIE FOR! Ughhhh I'm a sucker for some caramel and chocolate in a cheesecake. I wish I lived here because I would be a regular for sure.

Drive by this place many times and my wife said let's give it a try. It did not disappoint. Waitress was friendly and efficient. The ambience is probably what you'd expect from an older restaurant. And it looked great also. So, next time it will be breakfast.

We dabbed them both down with paper napkins, but they were still too unpalatable to eat. The cook didn't prepare them wrong. Rather, Wendy's is buying cheap ground beef with loads of fat. There's too much for someone to cook down and serve within the allowed time for a burger to be called "fast food." It's too bad. The burger's serving size was right and the fixins' were good. The fries tasted fine. The service was good. But if you don't like a fat-soaked burger, take your business elsewhere.
