While at this specific culver's I experienced a very extensive wait time for two small ice creams. Me and my four friends came and my two friends ordered after me and my other friend and still ended up getting there ice cream before us. We then waited about 10 mintues after asking them where are cream was and still did not get served they then brought it out after that. Ordered here from tonight (via door dash) first of all my order was missing items. I didn't get my side of pretzel bites. The burger patty was burnt and my bun had so much mayo and ketchup on it that the bun was so soggy that it fell apart when I picked up the burger to take a bite. My husband ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the burger was completely missing the mushrooms his order was also incorrect they sent him French fries when he ordered cheese curds. I have been here a couple of times now. It makes for a good quick dinner spot after grocery shopping. The food is very VERY good! The service is okay, sometimes there is only one person at the counter which can make for a bit of a wait when it's busy, but the food does come out pretty quickly so that makes up for it! Love Culvers. A Wisconsin staple that has slowly expanded to other states. This Minnesota location had great service and the store looked like a Culvers should. Food was good, very similar to Wisconsin Culvers, but slightly different. The burger had no pickles and the bun seemed different. Not sure it was a butter burger?? One star above and beyond your typical fast-food burger joint like say mcdonalds or Burger King. Culver's stands out and separates themselves from the average. You won't find greasy or mushy flavors that are so commonplace in the fast food world. The food here has a quality of freshness that you need to admire. I ordered the regular burger and some fried cheese curds. The burger was great and beyond what I was expecting for a fast food chain. The meat patty was on the thinner side but for the price it was worth it. You can always add more meat for a few extra dollars. The cheese curds were just ok, not as much flavor as you would think but still good. The service was friendly as well. I was overall impressed with the caliber and accessibility of fresh flavors for an American style fast food restaurant. read more

Nice & efficient crew, pretty comfy seating and better than average fast food in general. Not a fan of fried food, but looks like they do have quite a few healthier options. The management at this particular location is terrible. My girlfriend and I tried utilizing the free scoop text club offer, and were told to print it out. Not being possible, and not receivieving a better answer, we left empty handed, and were left wondering if their mistake stemmed from malice or just sheer incompetence. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service skills I have ever came into contact with. After getting home, I realized they didn't give me the onion rings I ordered, I came back the next day with the expectation they'd give me what I paid for. All I fucking wanted was my onion rings and they told me if I didn't have a receipt they couldn't do anything. I was literally arguing with this bitch about onion rings for 5 minutes and she wouldn't give me my onion rings. You think they'd want satisfied customers, apparently fucking not. Generally, the food is fine. I have never carried away without errors in the order. I followed up several times with the owners and Culver's corporate in WI. Neither followed up with me and only twice out of seven incidents dis they rectify their errors. i have spoken to many friends and relatives in Winona who have experienced the same.
