It has been such a long time since I've written a review for BK and I think it's time for an update since we've been frequently attending the drive-thru more and more. Thanks to the app it is easier than ever to place an order and just zoom through the drive-thru to pick up breakfast which is our second favorite place to grab and go. The breakfast is always hot and fresh and with the new update to their coffee offerings I can get an iced mocha and today I noticed you can even get cold foam I don't think I need that but maybe I'll try it with some of my rewards in the future. Or go to breakfast our ham and cheese croissants and of course don't forget on Wednesdays they have a special on Whoppers through the app. The cashier was friendly and wished me a good day which is always a plus. read more

Went to try the how to train your dragon food items. The lemonade was great and so were the spicy mozzarella sticks. I was surprised by the mozzarella sticks, they had a tiny bit of a kick to them. The whopper tasted like a regular whopper it just had food coloring on the bun. I am giving this location one star because it took 20min to get our food. From ordering to receiving it. There was no one in line. We pulled up to order and was asked to wait. We waited around 7min asked if it was okay to order and then was told to hold on. Waited 5 more minutes, placed the order, pulled up to pay, and waited again. After what seemed like forever a girl came out with our food and was texting on her phone. She was looking down texting with one hand, paused to text and then continued to walk to the car. Stuck her hand out with the bag of food and left. We were at an appointment and I needed to have lunch. Burger King is always a good quick choice for me so I placed an order in the app. On this particular occasion I placed it to pick up inside. When we arrived they were not busy and I walked up to the counter and told them I had a mobile order. I received my order very quickly and for once I received my sandwich made correctly on the first try. This is an ongoing problem I'm having at locations around the area where my food is wrong. I know there's a lot a bad reviews for this location and maybe it's possibly for dinner time. I'm not saying those are invalid but I'm also saying that if you go for their breakfast, ask for COURTNEY. She has been by far the sweetest person. All I have been craving is Burger King breakfast (I'm pregnant) and we got there after the time and she was still able to honor us without knowing the news. When we got to the window she greeted us so sweet (second encounter) and offered us Burger King crowns haha. I'm not here to review their food or the place itself, I'm here to honor Courtney in a job well done. I really hope that this review goes far and I truly hope that she knows to never change who she is! Because of her I will always try to go to this Burger King for breakfast. terrible service. we waited for over 10 minutes to order as the workers in the back were running around and would pause to stare at us then proceed to ignore us until someone finally took our order. We got a drinks and placed them in the drink carrier when the carrier bent in half and the drinks spilt. we began to clean it up as a worker walked past us and we told we had a spill. she proceeded to say "wow" sarcastically as she walked past us. Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Drive through was closed. Inside looked like I was in Russia. Very bleak. There were only three employees working. Soda machine was out of everything, there was no ice and the employees couldn't care less. I overhead two younger employees tell the old guy guy making the burgers to go out ice in the soda machine and the old man said "it's going to be a while!" How is this place open??!! Burgers tasted old, buns rock hard, fries a soggy greasy mess, milkshakes watered down, even the ketchup packets seemed questionable. Staff looked like they wanted to kill you for making them work. Went there a week ago and went inside. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 7 min for them to take our order and 20 min to get it. They were too busy with the drive thru. It seemed that there were only 2 workers in the building. Thursday night went to go thru the drive thru. They had cones placed in the line and the workers were outside in the line smoking cigarettes. I asked if they were closed and they said their system was down. Ugh Tonight went to the drive theu again and once again lane closed and workers outside smoking. I asked if they were ever open. I don't know why there's so many bad reviews for this Burger King... I mean, it's a fast food joint, people! Don't expect 5 star service! That being said, this restaurant is very clean and very nice. It looks like it was just recently remodeled and I'm really digging it. There were signature BK crowns all over the tables and all over the restaurant and it was just great. They have those fancy soda machines with like 39847289347298374 different soda flavors which is awesome. During my visit there was someone going around and cleaning all the tables and chairs, so it seems like that's a top priority for them. Very much appreciated. When I walked in there was no one here so I didn't have to wait to order my onion rings and soda, so that was a plus. However, the girl at the register could've used a smile and maybe have a better attitude. Other than that, this was a great Burger King (with the pleasant surprise of it being very clean). Went thru the drive thru to get a snack and it turned into a meal. They have a new side, "Mac n' Cheetos", taste like a cheeto, battered and fried. Very cheesy and good. The onion rings are crispy and oniony. The chicken fries are tangy and savory. The whopper is large and good, as usual. Horrible! This place was filthy super sticky floors, almost all of the tables were filthy! Booth seats with duct tape to hold them together! We asked for a whopper and we were told they had no meat in the building to make it! That's a load of crap! He said they would have meat at 10:30 when the truck came! There's a reason I don't eat at Burger King very often. And I remembered why once I went again. Just wanted a small lunch, so I ordered from the Value menu. Got their Buck single burger and a side salad. Opened up the wrapper to what looked like a bread sandwich. I think they forgot the burger! Nope. It was there. Just so small that the bun was way too big for it. Guess that's why it's a dollar. Sure didn't look like the pictures on the wall. Also got ranch dressing with my salad. So I rarely go to Burger King, but this was near the hotel I was at for a convention. Like a lot of the places along this stretch of US 192, this Burger King appears built from the 1980s and kept the decor from that decade, though it's larger than normal. As I mention, I was part of a convention, which a lot of its members walked over to Burger King for lunch; this created a rush they appeared unprepared for, staffing appeared at bare minimum to run the place, so wait times were very long. The irony though, they made everything fresh to order, thus my chicken strips and fries were pipin' hot and actually tasted good.
