I order on the app they said my order didn't go thru. Told me to resubmit the order. Guess what I got double charged. Wouldn't refund my money. And gave me 2 orders but wouldn't give me the 2nd receipt. Because they know that messed up. Trying to communicate is ridiculous their English is so hard to understand. Today is my last day going . The waiting time is horrible. I had to tell the person my order four time and still they can't hear me si walked in. And the young guy inside took ten minutes from the time I got in to take a man's order then he walked off and I had to wait about ten minutes till someone took my order . The Hispanic ladies in the back just gossiping and taking their time to get one burger. Done wow. When the young. I normally don't leave a review for fast food places but this was one of the weirdest experience. They have two places where you can order which is fine but when we got to the front they didn't have our order at all. It was somehow deleted when they scrolled around trying to find it. And they tried to push us along by giving us someone else's food without confirming what was inside the bag. We told them it wasn't our food and then another person did the same thing by giving us someone else's food. So out of all the fast food places around the area I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

Food is average. Service is what I would expect at a Burger King which is not as good compared to the last two burger kings I've visited. There they actually delivered the food to the table and stopped by to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. I don't know if that's the new standard or just above average service. But I suspect it's the latter. The thing I don't like about this place is its kind of dirty. Tables were sticky and had crumbs. The soda machines looked tired. And they never refilled the ketchup dispenser while we were there. All condiments, utensils and napkins are behind the counter so you need to ask, including salt pepper. read more

The worst service!!! I get it it's a fast food place and I've been in the industry but John the skinny African American guy in the drive thru is extremely rude! One their speaker doesn't work and when I couldn't hear him I politely told him I couldn't hear him and he proceeded to raise his voice not because I couldn't hear him but because he was annoyed. Then besides him rushing me, I was asking that What he had on the screen was not what I have ordered and AGAIN since the speaker doesn't work I couldn't hear him saying the order and when I repeated myself he then proceed to raise his voice in a rude manner! I get it it's fast food but for the love of God get some decent individuals! Best believe I'm on the line with corporate. See if they can get management to pre screen their rude employees! I ordered through drive-thru and the lady there told me to wait in front of the building to receive my items. After they handed my food and drinks, I doubled checked my items and I realized I was missing somethings from my order. By that time the two workers had already went back into the building and tended to about 5 cars before I went through the drive-thru again to mention that I didn't receive all my items. When I pulled up to the window I had told them about it but she told me that she couldn't do anything without a receipt. I checked my Burger King bags if there was any sign of the receipt because they didn't hand it to me when giving back my change. And sure enough, the receipt was no where to be found- I told them about how they didn't give me a receipt but they didn't want to hear anything else from me. Just kept saying no service without a receipt. I paid around $78 for 2 large drinks, 2 8 pc chicken nuggets and 2 large fries to be missing from my order. I understand that the night shift was severely understaffed (as I only saw 2-3 workers) but it was quite a significant amount of food and drinks they were missing. i've only been to this location twice the first time one of the employees had an attitude and the second time the two young men thought is was funny to put more than a handful of ketchup packets in the bag. i knew i wasn't the first customer they did this to cause when you pull out the drive thru you can tell someone threw out there ketchup packets on the concrete entrance. read more

Worst Burger King ever, seems hard to find good help at this location. I was the only one in line and it took them 30 minutes to get me a no.1! And when I asked for sweet tea, they didn't have none. Then I asked to substitute my frys for onion rings, they didn't have any either! I drove thru, sat there for 5 plus minutes, no one in front of me, 2:00 p.m. I thought the speaker was broken, so I drove to the window. Old, black fat lady in the window told me to drive around again, I sat there another 10 minutes , would not take my order. When i came to the window she was eating. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I know that it is a health violation to be eating while in the kitchen serving food. Burger King really needs to monitor their staff better. We got about 40 chicken nuggets and took them home after that we got home and started to eat them but once I was almost done with my first bag I saw that one of my chicken nuggets had a booger on it.
