She got the flavor of the day--Oreo Cookie Overload. Oreo desserts don't ever miss so you know how it tastes... AMAZING. Only four stars for how long the drive-thru order took. Other than that, food and service were great. Nice, friendly, helpful folks.

His buns were warm & soft. The thing that stood out to me at this restaurant was the customer service. My receipt tells me that Joshua took my order. He was new to the cashier position & his manage was so sweet, professional & helpful to him. As this was our 1st time in we were trying to figure the menu out. As Joshua was trying to explain the menu the manager (I wish I could remember her name) politely asked if he wanted her to help. He said yes & she showed him the way. I will definitely stop here on my way back down south just for the service alone. Keep up the good work manager!! When u act like you did your business will thrive & your employees will love you. I certainly love how you handled Joshua!!

When I finally received my food, the container lid wouldn't close properly, and the entire container was sticky. To make matters worse, I wasn't given any napkins. What really pushed this experience into unacceptable territory was what I observed while waiting: two female employees standing by the doors constantly on their phones, pulling them out every few seconds, and handling customers' food in between. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also unsanitary and concerning. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but tonight's service was a complete failure from start to finish. We had mentioned it was our first but no response. We ordered the Nachos and a prime rib meal. The nachos were really good and definitely too much for 2 of us. The prime rib was disappointing. It actually came out medium rare exactly as ordered, I think it was either not fresh or just a bad quality of meat so I won't put that on the restaurant. We will give it another try as the food we watched being served looked fantastic. Next time I think we will stick to the bar food. If our server had checked on us, etc I would have rated higher. Going to give the benefit of it possibly an off day.
