I would give this location zero stars if I could. The people at this Burger King need a serious reality check on how to treat customers with respect and how to actually run a business. I definitely don't recommend this place--do yourself a favor and just don't go here. I've been here twice in the last six months and the service is a disaster. Every time I use an app code, they mess it up. I've spent 15 minutes at the drive-thru with a line of cars behind me, only to have to go inside to deal with the same crap. Today, my husband and son went through the drive-thru and my husband left there feeling beyond frustrated. Usually, I can substitute fries for onion rings with no issue, but today they told him the "system wouldn't allow it." When he told them to just delete the offer and take it off his order, they claimed they couldn't do that either--which I know is a lie because they've done it for me before. He was basically forced to pay for an offer he didn't even want. To make matters worse, they are impossible to reach. The Google number disconnects and the Yelp number just rings forever. It's like they're hiding from their own incompetence. I was so disgusted by the whole situation that I wasn't even hungry anymore and just left. This place is a total disaster. One star is being nice, the overall restaurant was very clean however it took forever to get a simple order with not one customer around. To top that off I found a hair in both my burger and fries. Once a week we stop at this restaurant and I get 2 double cheeseburgers. The picture on the menu has 2 slices of cheese on the double cheeseburger. The TV commercial has 2 slices of cheese. But I've never gotten 2 slices of cheese. Something to think about if you like cheese. read more

Nauseous while typing this... You ever look forward to something only to be disappointed?! I went to this location tonight looking forward to enjoying an Impossible Whopper, as well as my daughter having it for the first time. I myself have had it numerous times from other BK locations and I love it! Despite the wait for my food I was excited by the hot bag which I just knew contained hot fresh food. Made it home still full of excitement ready to eat. Well all of that excitement went away when my daughter bit into her "Impossible Whopper" only to find it RAW! Immediately she spit it out and upon inspection we found it bleeding onto the bread pink juices. I went back to the restaurant requesting a full refund for everything. They did offer food to be remade but who wants to eat after experiencing that. They only gave me back half what I paid and we went home to cold fries and nothing to eat for the night. So disheartened, disappointed and sad being this location is in such close proximity to my home but I rather travel further out for fully cooked food that I possibly may have to nuke in the microwave for a few. read more

The Hillsborough Burger King looks much better after the renovations. I've been here a few times since and haven't had any negative experiences. There are usually some pretty solid deals and the food is decent. I really enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich. It had the perfect amount of heat. We are Burger King fanatics, and as we travel the area, this one is always our go-to. Some are greasy or cold, but every time we stop in our Original Chicken sandwich is on point. Went to the Burger King today. Pretty disappointing. Soda was all bubbles and no flavor. Whopper jr and double whopper were both cold.

This is the best Burger King because the manager makes certain that his patrons are given the best service possible. A while ago I picked up food but when I got home my order was wrong. I would have just taken the onions and pickles off but I'm allergic to anything pickled. The whopper was basically ruined. I called and he was so apologetic. When I went back WEEKS later I mentioned it when I was placing my order so it wouldn't happen again. When I got to the window to pay he remembered my name and the exact problem I had. He was so apologetic and insisted that I except the meal without paying for it. I was really surprised because I've never had that happen. The restaurant runs smoothly and the food is ALWAYS fresh and made to order because the manager makes sure of it. Whoever owns this particular franchise is lucky to have him as the manager. This is the first review I've ever written on Yelp because I wanted to make sure that this man, who works tirelessly and probably gets little credit, gets the recognition he so deserves. read more

Outstanding staff. Very professional and friendly and courteous. Orders are always made to order and please. Always fresh buns. There are four other Burger Kings closer to me and I always go out of my way to come here. The only reason that I am giving them four and not five stars.........THE PARKING LOT. In the four years that I have been coming here the parking lot has not been repaired and it is a driving nightmare. I mean there are potholes and there are craters. This place will nickel-and-dime you. They used to accept T-Mobile Tuesday's promotional offers (like free burgers), which are usually valid for a week after coming out. Then all of a sudden, the manager at this Burger King tells me the offer is only good on a Tuesday, even the offer is still valid. Recently, the same manager is telling me that the franchise owner is no longer participating in the program. I go the Burger King down the road in Bridgewater, and I never have a problem. In addition, they used to allow you to make substitution on coupon offers (like substituting a small onion rings for french fries) without additional charges. I was there a couple days ago, and the cashier tacked on 10 cents for the requested change. It was no big deal but when I asked about the change in policy, he lied, saying it was always the case. The straw that prompted me to write this review is that they refused to redeem a winning ticket for a free burger from one of their recent Burger King promotions. The kicker is that the ticket came from a soda that I purchased at this place. read more

I am so thrilled this location closed for a year to be updated. Now I can eat my awful food in a slightly more updated room. This is one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. The food is mediocre at best, the service is less than average, and it is one of the least clean looking places. This is all post renovations. I am hard pressed to skip over McDonald's, Wendy's, five guys, quik check, and taco bell, which are all in the area. Just threw away two A1-Bacon Cheese burgers...when we got home with them they were dripping with grease, the cheese was half in the sandwich and the long slices of raw onion were off to the side of the wet greasey buns! EVERY TIME I come here, I have to put my food in the oven when I get home. It's ALWAYS cold like it's been in the refrigerator. I have a sensitive stomach when places aren't handling their food correctly, and the straw that broke the camel's back for me, was the day I got sick RIGHT after I ate here. This BK was awful prior to renovations, and just as bad after. Inattentive, generally rude staff, "manager" closes the store arbitrarily, they cancel specials deals that are advertised for no reason. I have been going to this BK my whole life and it was a very good store until new manager got in. He is always in a bad mood and doesn't seem to want to be there. Tonight I got there and they had closed the drive through at 10:30, even though the sign on the store says 11. When I finally got the manager to the window, he told me, Oh we're not open because our truck comes on Sundays. I'm not sure if there is truth in that at all, but if you can't service the drive through until 11, then change your hours. I went about ten miles out of my way after a concert to get there, costing me gas, just to be let down and have to go to McDonald's, who happily took my money. If I were the general manager, I would consider the three employees inside at this time thieves as even at minimum wage, they stole 10 bucks worth of pay, and cost the store profit tonight, and until that manager is removed. The store is filthy. Invested with rats.The store manger is discriminative. She is lucky my friend did not file for discrimination actions against her and her night assistant managers.They accused him, mocked him, turned almost every employee against him, bullied him every night, time and time he went in to work for no apparent reason. His mother was also involved in this instigation. They were following him around. The Dominican manager and Costa Rican female kitchen nightly lady were cursing at him in Spanish, little did they know that he was listening to every word they spoke. The other night manager (caucasian) urinated and defecated in the men's bathroom cabbage bin as an insult for my friend to clean up.But he did not, so he ended up reporting it to the store manager, but she did not take action. They were hoping for my friend to turn violent against them, but their attempts failed. He kept his cool, for he knew that violence is not the key to resolving issues. Yet they consider themselves grown ups. I have not seen my friend ever since he quit working there. I sure hope he is doing well. read more
