Always great food and polite service! After seeing old negative reviews, I had to leave a good review as all my experiences have been very good. I stop by this Burger King on a semi-regular basis coming back from the airport or when I get a craving. They've never once let me down. Friendly people at the drive-thru, fast service, never had to wait and the food was always good. No exceptions that I can think of in the last 15 years. That's how long I've been a customer. So those negative reviews, don't know what to think of them. Yelp is asking about the ambiance. Well, it's clean but I'm not looking for ambiance at a Burger King or any other fast food place. This is a nice little Burger King in an area of town that is growing. I just did a quick stop at the drive-through here to grab a little lunch on the way home. The person that greeted me at the speaker who was also the person at the window was nice and friendly, and took care of things quickly after having to wait a little bit to take my order. The food was typical Burger King food warm, and freshly made. They have cheesy tots back on the menu so I tried those again. They were light and crispy very cheesy and then I also had a cheeseburger wasn't much talk about, but it was fine. I have never been inside this building and actually this was the first time I ever stopped there. My experience was good enough to come back. read more

Worst Burger King EVER! All I ordered was a Whopper Jr with cheese. It was so cold the cheese didn't melt and when I went to eat it anyway I discovered that the bottom of the bun was sitting in Mayonnaise! So I tossed it to the animals. I had to ask for my receipt when I went through the drive through or I wouldn't have had the number to call them to complain! Not that it made any difference because the manager just made excuses and offered NOTHING to compensate me for my lost dinner. Also this is a franchise store so corporate doesn't give a crap. This was 5/5 hands down (for a fast food joint). All the 1 star reviews are from 2-5 years ago. My experience was: Friday morning, 9am, very polite service, immediate food as fast as they swiped my card, fresh crunch has browns, fresh crunchy bacon in my burrito, fresh French toast, etc. Everything was waaaay above average for a fast food joint. I don't see any room for improvement for them, based on my 1 visit. I'll definitely go back instead of the Wendy's across the street. I'm shocked that this place is anything but a 5/5. read more

Maybe I was overly impatient due to the fact I just worked 12hrs and was freaking starving (so much so that I went here in despair), but give me a fracking break. Drive-thru, because I'm like in a hurry right? Starving? Might die? That's what the point of a drive-thru is, last I checked anyway. So I ordered, right on, pull forward, foods a coming to my belly. Then the waiting commences.......... Still waiting...... Got my drink, then I was told the dreaded words, "if you could pull forward we will bring it out when your food is ready." Waiting.... I waited so long I was done updating Facebook, checking my mail, LinkedN, and started to draft this review on Yelp. Now, I'm a superstar at multitasking, but I hadn't had time all day to read a single email so I had quite a bit of catching up to do. Did they forget me? Should I go inside? Just drive-off and say forget my grilled chipotle chicken sandwich (which was pretty darn good all said and done)? Hallelujah here she comes, with a lame apology (free pie or ice cream would have been nice - but eh I'm talking about things like customer service). The food was fine and that's about it. There were a ton of people working and yet the service was very slow. While we were there they even managed to give someone else the wrong food in the drive-thru. If you have a baby or toddler with you be warned there are no changing tables/stations in the bathrooms. read more

Jazmin is the only good thing about this Burger King. It was freezing inside, order salads and the grilled chicken was cold. Took forever and then order wasn't correct. Don't waste your time, get a snack at the quick shop and go on down the road to eat. read more
