Was in the mood for a sweet treat and decided on a milkshake. Five Guys was close so I decided to stop. They weren't too busy and store appeared clean. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. The associate who helped me (missed his name) provided great customer service. I had milkshake within minutes and I was out the door. My milkshake was creamy & delicious and hit the spot. Food and Drink: I've never had a bad meal at this location! For lunch, I had the little bacon cheeseburger (all the way!) with cajun fries and a large drink. The fries were well seasoned and the burger hit the spot. I tried to give mushrooms a chance on the burger but next time I won't include them. Otherwise the burger was well made and it was STACKED! Customer Service: My cashier was friendly and kept the line moving. Nothing negative to say here. As far as the entire staff, I was in and out of the restaurant in 10 minutes after placing my order. They were quick and had a somewhat decent lunch crowd! Ambiance: This is one of the larger locations I've been to (compared to Brownsburg) and so I enjoy the spaciousness. When my order is made right this place is good especially the Cajun fries. However, it seems like every 5 or so orders there is a mistake made with my food. It's very annoying when I don't have the time to deal with it. But again, I gave a 4 star because it is good when my order is made correctly. read more

Everyone raves about this burger place, so I decided to give it a try. To begin with, the restaurant was neat and clean, which is always a plus in my book. The customer service was also excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive throughout my visit. In addition, the burger I ordered was freshly made, and you could tell care went into preparing it. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was appealing. Moreover, the overall ambiance of the place was inviting, making it a good spot to grab a bite with friends or family. It was clear they take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. Furthermore, while I can appreciate the effort put into the burger, I honestly didn't think it lived up to the hype. The taste was fine, but it was nothing extraordinary definitely mid in comparison to other places I've been. Considering the price, I expected something much more flavorful and memorable. I didn't get anything here but my husband did. The parking lot is very big and there are plenty of parking spots. This location is open 7 days a week and is in motion from 11am to 10pm. People are consistently coming and going. We were here at 4pm on a Saturday. This place is definitely well liked. The food was hot, fresh and yummy. My husband got your typical burger, fries and a drink. Not too shabby at all for your American burger joint! The inside is your 50s style burger, fries and shake palace. It's definitely a cute little vibe. They have the pop machine with any type of drink you'd like! That is always a fan favorite, with me. I can't give too much feedback on customer service because I stayed in the car while my husband went in to get his food. I'll be sure to go in, next time. It's pricey but well worth it. I came here to buy some food, and the person that dealt with me on Sunday, May 5 of 2024 was so disrespectful calling me Mexican border hopper. Said this "I wish that you get deported & if you don't get out I will kill you all." And the manager that I talked to "Timothy" denied everything telling me to get off private property even though it's public property I went to the line 4 times for some "LARGE" fries they kept on giving me small amount of fries, medium amount & complaining about how they work for us people . I was getting very frustrated and upset cause they kept calling me names cause of my race. It's amazing what this world comes too now. I'm living here since 2010 and I've never had an issue with anyone in Plainfield and I just go get a large fry and they're talking about my race telling me to get out or they'll kill me. I tried calling the police and they say that if you keep calling them, I will kill you so I left... be aware if you are any other color like myself that this place will judge you for who you are and it doesn't matter if you say thank you or have a good day they always have an attitude and they will speak to you. I came here to get the social media famous grilled cheese burger. As you can see in the picture the cheese isn't fully melted which bothers me immensely for some reason. The place was relatively clean, but it took forever to get out order even though we were the only people that recently ordered. Overall the burger was good! No complains about the food. read more

I'm not a Five Guys fan. I'm just not. It's not you, it's me. My husband, however, is a big fan. It was his night to pick dinner and he picked Five Guys. This was our second visit to this location and our first w/ DoorDash. The order arrived hot, fresh, and fast. Here's why I'm going four stars. Hear me out. My burger patty was delicious. Like, I'm not even sure it came from a Five Guys delicious. It was well seasoned and well cooked. Seared with crispy edges and a tender center that was just perfection. No other Five Guys in the surrounding area has been able to do this. The jalapeños on top were grassy and fresh. Got the bacon burger the burger part was good. But the bacon part was not it was chewy and hard to eat. Fries were good but not the best I've had at other five guys. The service was a little slow but not the worst I've had. They really need to work on that bacon I've never had bacon that bad. read more

I couldn't believe when I saw this restaurant only had 2.5 stars! I was a little leery because of that but decided to try it anyway. We walked in and were waited on quickly. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly. I felt good energy coming from all the employees. They all were working hard and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. We ordered two cheeseburgers and a large fry to share. We also order a fountain drink and a strawberry milkshake. The order came out fairly quick and when I went back to the counter the lady who handed out my food just smiled really big and thanked me. Great customer service! They made me feel welcome. Everything we ordered was outstanding! The food was super fresh and piping hot. The fries are so yummy! The milkshake was also delicious. I was very impressed with the entire experience. I even saw an employee out in the dining room sweeping floors and cleaning tables. I don't know when the last time was I witnessed that! My husband commented on how clean the restaurant was. This Five Guys restaurant gave us our food and we opened it up and it looked like someone sat on our food. They also told us that we didn't need to pay inside, but when we got there they told us that we had to go in and pay.
