I was called an asshole from a person who wasn't in work clothes followed by an male employee smoking a vape in the kitchen. I was told I'm trespassing on the premises when I went through the drive through and placed my order in front of my kids and treated with such disrespect . The supposed supervisor who was the one smoking the vape in the kitchen told me to leave without giving me a refund or receipt for my order. He then gave me the number to an ex employee who was once employed there and gave me more information than the current employees there. I will never give my business to this company again. read more

The girl named Asia was extremely rude. When I brought it to the managers attention to proceeded to throw a fit in the back screaming she didn't do what she did . She slammed to door on me several times I was tried to verify information. When we asked the manager for sauces he let the girls know. Once again I went to Burger King to get a friend a burger. I will not eat there anymore after the last time I was there food was old employee was rude so I would not eat there again. So I went to the window and gave the girl a coupon and she said I can't take this you didn't give me a code number so I asked her what a code was she was so rude and said I have to give her a code on the coupon so it's to late you can not use it and just handed back to me and closed the window then another employee gave me the food I told him to let the manager know that she was very rude to me and could have explained it to me nicer. This BK is a joke... They have hours posted as closing at midnight and was over there at after 11:00pm tonight 2/23/19 and this is a regular occurence so I now will go across the street.. I do not understand how they expect to stay in business when the close whenever they feel like it... In the past i have had issues with ordering do to a faulty intercom on more than 1 occasion as well as forgetting food or meat on the hamburger... This has occurred over a period of years... I'll keep it short and to the point like I expected my visit to be... like any fast food joint in the 21st century You hit the drive-through to avoid waiting and to get your food and get home. I live not more than 5 minutes away. The drive-through was empty so game on. I order my food and pay the lady. She asks if I want sauce so I say what kind of sauce do you have? (It's been more than a year since I've been here so I'm curious) she rolls her eyes and jumbles out the list. Strike one. So I'm waiting for my food more than 6 minutes later she hands me a bag and sends me on my way, without a farewell or a thank you of any kind. Rude but it's fine. I get home within 5 minutes to find my food is cold. Not hot and ready, not even like warm. Cold. Strike two. But what's this? Items missing from my order? Strike three. Inedible cold meal with missing items and poor customer service or lack thereof. Color me unimpressed and disappointed. In the world of the consumer in a competitive marketplace it's hard to believe these guys manage to stay in business. I would give 0 stars if I could. I never write reviews, but in this circumstance I feel the owners need to know. Approximately 8 months ago, after a long days shopping trip we decided to grab a fast burger on our way home. It was about 9pm and we grabbed some whoppers and fries to go through drive thru. Of course the wait is terribly long, as usual, but didn't care were just hungry. The workers left the window open and there was jawboning (playful) between the window attendant and the cook. Next thing I know the cook takes the scooper and scoops up as much fries as he could and threw them at the lady. They went all over the floor. The lady returns to the window laughing saying see what I have to put with, it will be a couple of mins we are making you fresh fries. (Thinking to myself....I hope so surely you are not going to sweep them up and put them in the bag) Fast forward after about another 15 min wait we get our food. The fries were hot and fresh obviously, and open our burgers take a bite and the burger was cold and the bread tasted stale with a hint of mold taste. I asked my husband if it was just me, he took a bite and said no that is gross. Threw out my burger, finished eating my fries. Haven't eaten there since, left a bad taste in my mouth seriously. Every business has an off day right? Fast forward to last night 9/30/19 at approximately 6:45pm, begrudgingly I stop at Burger King after a long days shopping trip. (Side note...only stopped because KFC was out of chicken on the bone.....What Seriously!) Okay back to the "experience", I sit in drive thru for about 20 mins throwing out the occasional hello, to no response. I have 4-5 cars lined up behind me. After 20 mins, frustrated I drive up to the window. Seems everyone is ignoring the elephant in the window my truck and going about serving the patrons in the lobby. By this time the lady behind me in drive thru has pulled up behind me, she sat there maybe 5 mins less than me initially. I finally open my car door and ask her if her order got taken. She said no. About this time a gentlemen working turns around and I wave my hands and he comes to the window and asks if I had placed an order. I said no I sat in drive thru for 20 mins and no response, he said oh yeah her headset died when she was going to take your order. (Thinking to myself, no one walked out and told backed up drive thru of the issue....hmmm ok) I said well can you take my order? He said yes I can do that. Takes my order and money and leaves the window open. The lady I presume was working drive thru takes her headset off and tosses it to a box on the floor, and continues helping lobby customers. She proceeds to walk over and grab the headset off the drive thru window a new one and takes the order of the third car in line. After about 5 mins he yells back to the cooks I need 2 whoppers with cheese. The window being open I said is that my order? He said yes, I said I don't want cheese on them. He said sorry and told the cooks I need a regular whopper. The cooks begin mocking him, I need a regular whopper, frustrated he said I need 2 regular whoppers on the double. The cooks began mocking him saying oh now it's two regular whoppers. He comes back to the window and says see what I put up with and they will keep this up for hours. (I smiled thinking to myself, do you know what your customers are putting up with). The lady working drive thru has now come over and it taking money out of multiple cash drawers, opening and closing multiple times, and says I just don't know what's wrong my head isn't here today. (Thinking to myself, that's apparent). Fast Forward to about 7:25 I am finally pulling out of drive thru. I open the 1st whopper take a couple of bites and it is stone cold. Not even a hint of warmth. Mind you I watched the cooks making the sandwiches you would think they were hot or atleast warm, they weren't sitting there pre-made. Set the burger aside eat a couple or fries they are luke warm but tolerable. Decide to try the other burger maybe it would be warmer and taste better. Open 2nd whopper take a bite and has a weird taste, thought originally maybe it was just me or if it was a spot on the burger that had too much liquid smoke. Take another bite stone cold but tolerable. Take the third bite, awful taste best I can describe it is it tasted like dirty burnt rubber, couldn't even swallow, started gag reflex, salvatory glands start freaking out and needless to say ended up pulling over and expelling the burger into the bag. I won't be back to Burger King after two awful experiences. Sad to say, they have ruined a former Burger King supporter and patron. read more

Was just into this BK(7:15p 3/28/18) and a family of 8 walking out stated they (BK) was closed. Stated the attendant told them(the family) there were too many of them so could not serve them. (This was their understanding) Well the doors are open and 3 people sitting at different tables so I guess they're NOT closed. Went to the counter and the attendant stated they were unable to serve us because there were "not enough employees" "her register was down" and they "had been busy all day!". (Isn't that what you want???[Strange take by a business owner on business]) We requested the manager and she stated the closing was by "her direction" (the manager). Well, at least close the doors and post a sign. I have delt with this BK for a number of years and it never seems to improve. Always confusion, always disorganized in a number of ways. Obviously there is no established overall management policy or direction which is unfortunate. If you are traveling stop in Carson City at their BK, north end of town. Service was awful, waited at least 20 minutes for my food just to find out as I was driving away that they didn't give me some of what I ordered. My drink was heavily watered down and it turns out they ran out of fries, so they gave me onion rings. They didn't get one of the hamburger orders right at all.
