I was in the area and was starving around breakfast time. I really don't eat anything from Burger King for breakfast except their hash browns. I actually really like them. I decided to order some hash browns. They were hot and very crispy, which was nice because that's not always the case. The container was also filled to the top, which I appreciated since sometimes they barely fill it. I really like the renovations on the outside. The drive thru is a lot more user friendly and practical. They had a really weird set up before. The staff was also very friendly and my whole visit was about 5 mins through the drive thru. read more

After coming back from a trip into Pennsylvania today, i and a few others stopped by your drive through lane and got okay service and i cant complain. They took our order and asked us questions along the way to complete the order. However, what i can complain about is that the subtotal amount wasn't read back until we reached the window where we paid. We were using card and could generally estimate the cost. However it would've been nice to know in advance given the few changes we gave them along the way changing a smaller nugget to a bigger nugget and adding more stuff thereafter. They gave us all the stuff we ordered plus an extra drink for a misinterpreted information the employee entered wrong (that they said was best to do because it was nightfall and would've been discarded soon thereafter). I remember my brother looking at the building. It seemed to him that it was a newer establishment, but when i came past throwing out the trash at the end, it was a renovated BK. I remember the last time not too vividly but the fiberglass car sculpture no longer exists and neither do most of the rest of the business. The side door we entered years ago has been moved forcing people in one door (if they weren't going through the drive through). It's been many years since I've been to a Burger King. It's a lot different than I remember. More than a burger & fries joint filled with kids and teenagers. I wouldn't call it fancy, but it is a step up from years ago. This Burger King has a '50's theme, including the background music. The food was better than I remember in the old days. read more

This is the only place I have ever experienced the 30 cent extra charge for some sause. Even made me pay when I ordered chicken nuggets. Whatever, if they charge they charge at least now I know for future orders. Well the other day I went back there asked for my sause at the drive threw speaker and of course payed for it. After all that they didn't even give it to me with my order. I get home to my pregnant wife who sent me out, to discover these guys (just one lady to be fair, but I think she is the branch/franchise manager) not only gave me a little attitude, charged me extra for sause with a chicken nugget order but then forgot or purposely didnt include my purchased sause. I almost drove back to demand the 60 cents be refunded back to my card, but instead decided to rant about it here. If there is any decency left in this world you should help me by not support this BS. read more

I am a disabled women of 55. My brother had taken me to BK and I had a total of 3 coupons. They refused to accept and insisted that I come in. There is NO posting that they do not accept more then 2 coupons though the drive up. As I proceed to go into BK there is absolutely no line, and two cooks and 5 or 6 workers behind the counter. This Burger King branch is located on busy Route 9 in Fishkill, near a vital cross roads in the town. Why is it not that crowded? Well, it's because worthy competition moved in, about a year ago. Five Guys opened up a short 5 minute walk from this Burger King and though is not initially as kid friendly, the staff there has made an effort to move towards that direction. The location is in an even more prime location than this Burger King. The crew here seems up to speed, dishing out the burgers with just a few moment's wait. The service is usually with a smile, which is sorely missed at many other fast food locations. The dining area is usually kept clean, though the natural light from the outside seems dimmed, perhaps since the store front is angled such a way not to take in all the sun's natural light. It's a safe bet to eat when with kids, or for food for a crowd on a run. read more

DEBACLE: *noun* a fiasco. Went in on Saturday, June 5. The drive-thru was ridiculously long so we went inside. Multiple people milling around waiting. Waited for someone to take our order. And waited. It took a good 7 or 8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged the customers waiting. It appeared there were 2 managers, both doing drive thru. Why were we waiting so long? Well as we waited people kept returning their orders as incorrect. One guy not only returned a sandwich but 2 orders of either fries or chicken fries. I believe I also saw food being return via the drive thru window as well. And the manager just threw the incorrect food away. I know once it goes from counter to customer it can't be used again, but it seemed so unfortunate that due to incompetence food was being trashed when there's a food pantry directly across the road. One gentleman came & must have ordered through the app, unfortunately nothing was waiting for him. People who were waiting when we walked in were still there when we walked out. Finally one woman said "Save yourself, I've been here 20 minutes & I'm still waiting & people have been bringing back incorrect orders the whole time. We walked out, went to Wendy's, who also had a ridiculously long drive-thru so we went inside, and were back outside with food in less than 10 minutes. read more

i have SERIOUS beef with this BK right now, pun only slightly intended. the food is good and the staff are very nice, but without fail there's ALWAYS something wrong with my order. clearly i'm a dummy with too much faith in my fellow man because i never end up checking the bag until i'm home, only to be met with things wrong/missing. fries not swapped out for onion rings when they should be, a burger missing, chicken sandwich was grilled when it should've been crispy... always SOMETHING!! today it was a fries/onion rings debacle. i'm not gonna stop coming here because i'm a fat idiot with a very limited palate but i just had to finally scream into the void about how much this BK needs to get its shit together. read more

Decided to use my coupons that came in the mail to get a peek at the new renovations they did to BK. It seems nice from looking in but I really liked the throwback theme they last had. I ordered the family bundle with the 3 cheese burgers, 3 fries and 3 whoppers. I started with the cheese burger and could not believe the crunch. I opened my very cold sandwich to see what I was crunching on and it was a cold crispy burger patty. We was so hungry we just ate it with a frown. If the burger was hot it would've been a great treat being I enjoy a light char on a flam broiled burger but how can you serve someone a crispy cold burger. Later I just heated up my whopper and decided the Carmel ice coffee or whatever it is, was the best part of my meal and the jalapeño cheese poppers are tasty. I suggest they invest in the food and not the decor. Staff was nice and friendly but I tossed my coupons in the trash being I probably won't need them anymore. read more

Whoppers remain the best burgers of the Big 3. The fries are now right up there with McD's too. The new chicken nuggets are not so hot although the kung pao sauce is pretty good. The tempura batter is good but the nugget itself is mushy. The service at this BK is as slow as molasses, or should I say kung pao. The problem is that the teeny boppers don't know how to enter coupons. Does anyone not have a coupon to BK when there are coupons in the paper every other week?
