Each time we come here, our food is fresh and hot. We are constantly greeted with smiles, and I like how they don't charge for extra sauce. We usually order a whopper or whopper jr, fries or onion rings, and chicken fries with either coke or strawberry icee float (which is the main reason why we choose BK over other fast food restaurants). There were a handful of times, however, when the icee machine isn't working and the occasional times when our fries or onion rings are a bit burnt. Other than those minor mishaps, I'd choose BK over McDonald's any day. read more

Wow...I've never seen any burger this thin. I could hardly taste any meat. I just had to measure the meat. You won't believe that on the same Whopper Jr. I measured 2/16" and 3/16". What is going on? The next time I go to Mcd, I need to take notice of their thickness of their regular hamburger to compare...and I love Burger Kings Whoope Jr w/cheese, but this is just ridiculous. I know prices increase as the yrs goes by...But don't start getting to skimpy bc customers won't go back. The next time I get a Whopper Jr from another location, I'm going to take notice on the burger size again. Omg. Kidding me? LOL! read more

"You want it microwaved or grilled?" Granted we went in to try the new impossible burger and it is a fast food joint. Just weird to have the cashier straight up and ask. read more

The worse in drive thru. Dude cannot multi-task for s**t He asks for our order, midway he cuts us off and puts us on hold because he can't do two things at once. Then comes back to our order and asks us AGAIN for our order cuz he forgot to put it in. read more

This location is lame! They don't honor the T-Mobile Tuesday free whopper?? Seriously? After all the money and support that we Ewa Beach folks have provided over the years of our kids coming by over after school from Ilima to Campbell and then all the last minute dinners? I have spent way too many hundreds of dollars at this chain to be okay with them just " deciding not to participate." I will now and forever in the future never ever spend one more penny of my hard earned money at this "establishment." Nuf already! Where's Da Aloha?! read more

After eating Burger King, it really doesn't leave you feeling nasty and fat like other fast food restaurants. 5 stars for customer service for their employee Javan! Going anywhere in Ewa Beach on a Friday night is crazy. My husband went to get us BK and said the line was crazzzzy long! So, he decided to go inside to order since it looked empty. That's when he was greeted by Javan. "Hello sir, how are you doing, how may I take your order?" With a big smile on his face! Javan took my husband's order and while he was getting his change, he continued to ask "how was your day today?" My husband enjoyed the fact that he showed that he cared about the people that he serviced. It was such a nice transaction that he has to tell me all about it when he came home. We even discussed the situation during the beginning of our dinner. He said he wish that there were more people like him on this planet. We need people like Javan. Thank you for making a great impression on my husband. It makes me want to dine in just to meet him... if I weren't lazy and in my pajamas lol. We used the coupon in the midweek to get me chicken fries and French fries. My husband got a double whopper. Everything tasted fresh and the fries weren't refried. Yum. read more

I got really sick after eating here... *they don't wear gloves when touching the food and they like sneezed and touched their face and hair while preparing the food. *took forever to take my order. *burnt my bk big fish. *manager didn't even apologize. *employee was arguing with me about the burger not being burnt. *WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! so unsanitary. well i came home and i was throwing up and now I'm sick...gross food:( read more

Bad service!! Went thru drive thru... Girl: order when youre ready. Me: can i get a #5 large with onion rings and a diet. Girl: im sorry what #? Me: a #5. Girl: is that that steakhouse burgrer? Me: yes. Girl: what kind of drink? Me: i need it large with a diet (w attitude already, i was already losing patience) Girl: is that the A1 steakhouse? Me: YES!! its a # 5 right? Ugh...i was so irritated! I mean, i worked at fast food before and it aint that hard to LISTEN to the customer, and PUNCH in their order! So..i get to the window. She had the drinks out the window and didnt even greet me! She handed me the bag of food. We had ordered TWO meals, both large...i look in the bag and theres just ONE,...ONE piece of napkin !! That really got me mad! Its common sense to put more than ONE napkin! Well at least to me it is.... read more

Good burgers. Clean restaurant. Order the impossible burger whopper. It is amazing. The new taco is very good for the low price. This will challenge TB. read more

Pros: Air conditioning. That WORKS. -relax- ahhhh The smell of the food..ugh..-drools- I love the smell of their food more than McDonald's. I especially love their ice cream more. It's rich in flavor as opposed to it's competition across the street lol. I love their value menu. Some of the cons: The places gets crowded. There is an extra area that has chairs and stuff..but every time I've gone there, it's ALWAYS locked up. There's even a bicycle sometimes! It sucks with going there expecting to dine in but we have to find elsewhere to sit and eat because there's no room (even though there's an extra room) The food can take so long to come out that it comes out cold. The fries can be so stale :( Going to come back here anyway! read more

What a surprise, tmobile tuesdays free whopper not valid in Hawaii, impossible that BK Hawaii would offer a deal to its customers

Ewa beach burger king easy gps. The 4 piece mozzarella sticks went exceptionally well with my double whopper meal. The sandwich was prepared perfectly. The staff were very helpful. Mahalo! read more

Wife and I wanted to get a fast lunch and decided on the Ewa Beach Burger King. Great pick. Clean fast and good fast food. But, what got them 5 stars? The young man at the counter. So nice professional and pleasant!!! Made my day kick Up a few notches. Great management and training at this Burger King. I will be back read more

We don't eat Burger King Food often but I do like the chicken sandwich. Since the Ewa Beach location is closer to our home we normally go there. Today I don't know what happened. When I opened up the wrapper for the chicken sandwich I noticed the lettuce was brown and wilted! Tried calling them but there's no answer. Very disappointed today! Did take a picture of it and tried posting It, but sorry this is my first review don't know if it got posted or not. read more

Don't go if you want any type of biscuit sandwich. Twice now they have messed up. First time went and they gave me a plain empty biscuit when I ordered a sausage biscuit. Now today, a Saturday at breakfast time I go to order my food and they say biscuits just went in. I get to the window and without having asked me they canceled my biscuit order and when I asked they say it'll be a while. Staff was rude, no apology for the fact that they weren't prepared. If you want biscuit sandwich go across the street to McDonalds! They're prepared to actually serve customers. Crowns were also barely fried and very light in color. read more

Came here two nights in a row mainly for their mocha ice coffee. Their medium is kinda on the small side, maybe that's a good thing for me. I like their iced coffee better than the other guys or McGuys across the street. read more

First time at burger king since 2009. Traveled a good amount to get there for breakfast, excited to try the crossanwich. Decided to try the app.. The app let me select their location for mobile order.. Getting there, to my disappointment, THEY DONT PARTICIPATE in the app. read more

This Burger King doesn't accept the penny coupon whopper or the $1 chicken sandwich on the BK app!

Drive up window, person taking order hard to understand, then at pay/pick up window was asked if I wanted catsup with my fries, I said sure, and could I have a couple of extra? Got a serious eye roll as she turned to put them in bag, but I noticed she grabbed two full hand fulls and actually threw each into the bag. Handed me the bag and turned away and got busy with something else. No smile, no thank you, no have a nice evening - nothing. When I got home I counted 27 tubes of catsup! Unbelievable - very poor attitude and customer service. read more

At drive-thru lane, cashier did not deduct value of coupon for whopper meal. I thought the receipt was in the package which it wasn't. I had to check my charge card transaction on-line to see the amount that I was charged. When brought to the supervisor's attention via telephone that I was erroneously charged and that I was not given a receipt, he made me feel like I was lying and at fault saying I should print my charge card transaction for proof. Though the amount was miniscule, the principle became the issue with me. His suspicious attitude was demeaning to me and negated future patronage. Upper management should consider offering some kind of apologetic incentive for mistakes incurred by their employees that requires customers to return to the location for corrective action. The basis for this type of business are customers that choose to patronize them. read more

Guess I haven't gone for some fast-food in sometime because damn the prices went up could of went to a restaurant instead would of been cheaper besides the price fries was soggy obviously dropped again to heat up but that's what u get from fast-food... read more

This BK is probably the worse ever or I just happen to go at all the wrong times. I live nearby and I love their burgers so I go.there every now and then. This one is practically runned by all filipinos. Sometimes I get a little annoyed when they speak in their language because for one I dont know the language although I myself am filipino. Some days theres this one manager who always ALWAYS gives me a stubborn or stuck up look. When I go to the drive thru I almost always have to go back and run inside.because they forgot something in my order. The food is good. The customer service not so much. read more

Ordered whopper, double cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger meals. Fries were cold and hard. Burgers were half cook. No taste and shitty service. No smiles, no greetings and poor service from workers in the back. I always eat here when I can but this will be the last. read more

Giving this location 5 stars simply because of their customer service. Food is fresh, I haven't encountered any problems at this location. The guy at the drive thru window is extremely pleasant and gives genuine attention. It's not like going to other fast food places and they just hand you your food and go. Seems like they care about their customers here. read more

Soft serve ice cream cone is $.75! ...not including tax. I am not sure how long this is going to last but as of right now, it is still $.75. The staff here is always so friendly. I don't think my family or myself have ever encountered a problem here. The food is always delicious. My gf and I like the rodeo burgers and we get a plain cheeseburger for our daughter. Of course, there is the ice cream that we love so much. lol. We definitely will be going here frequently. There are free refills for your drinks that you purchase. I would recommend getting a medium because their medium cups are pretty big if you are thirsty but not sure if you would finish a large. read more

Ever since the short male Manager with the white shirt started working things have gotten better. I live near that BK so when it's late and I can't make dinner I go there. And he's always there and I notice things had gotten wayyy better with service and proper English Speaking with the cashiers and order's and service. read more

Man, I initially felt bad seeing I had left a one-star review six years ago, but after re-reading what I wrote, I stand by it.

I know not much can be seriously expected from a fast food joint but I do expect it to be made correctly. Every time I order and they say "is your order correct on the screen" I say yes or make the corrections. If you can read it off a screen you can make it MY WAY. I always always always end up scrapping the lettuce off my sandwiches even though EVERY TIME I ask for NO lettuce. They are rude and hard to understand & do NOT know their own menu. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got home to find a cheddar jalepeno chicken crisp. I mean, thank you for the free 7 dollar sandwich but that is NOT what I even ordered. It's ok if you order simple and have no problem scrapping off ingredients you asked not to be on your food. It's fast yes, but better service and well prepared food are right around the corner at other fast food places read more

It's just ok. It's fast food and my gorgeous wife has taught me to eat better. I don't like the chicken sliders - just mini-versions of their original chicken sandwich. read more

Drive thru is fast and the food is alright. Sometimes it seems like the burgers have been ran over with a steam roller.

First of all, the lady manager that took care of me is a very hard worker. You can tell she takes pride in her job.
