They could rename this location "Busy Burger"! Makes sense considering it's convenient location along highway 183. We did get there right around lunch time (noon) as well; the parking lot in front was nearly full and the drive-thru was equally backed up. We needed a potty break though so we found a spot and went into the lobby, which is open during COVID-19 precautions. All the staff were masked up but perhaps only 50% of the patrons were bothering (not surprising... small town mentality; we ate in our car because it was pretty jam-packed inside). Bathrooms were clean and stocked. While it took a long while to order, our food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were hustling! Good taste, good temperature. Positive experience overall. :) The place looked new inside and out (either that or recently remodeled). read more

Went to eat lunch on Black Friday with my sister and niece. We were very pleased with the service and staff and the quality of the food I think you either like Burger King or you don't. I am a big fan. I had the original chicken sandwich with no lettuce extra mayo. Niece had the bacon burger no veg keep sauces. Sister had chicken strips. Our order was served promptly and piping hot. The food was very very fresh. Fries are much better since the switch. We ended a lovely lunch in an emasculate dining room to cap off a great shopping day. read more

Haven't eaten fast food in a while but was driving through town on a road trip and stopped for a bite. This location was exceptional for customer service. Both the staff and the management were outstanding. They made us feel at home, which is more than I expect from any fast food joint. There were fresh carnations adorning each table. It gave the place a real homey feel. This felt more like a mom-and-pop place than a franchise. The management deserves a lot of credit for taking a typical fast food experience to a whole other level. The food was fine but the friendliness and care deserved a mention read more

9 times in a row I've order a number 1 (whopper meal) with onion rings and 1 zesty sauce and 1 ranch. 9 times in a row they put mustard on the whopper and I havent gotten a sauce. The onion 8 times have been room temperature and today day 9 they were actually cold like they were cooked put in the fridge and given to me. Let's start out with the good. Very clean lobby and parking lot. Has digital Coca-Cola machine. Now the not so good . The food tasted very old almost like it was freezer burnt. The beef burger was over cooked and tuff. The fries were cold and had a lot of onion ring pieces mixed with them"yuck" . All in all fast food is never very good in general it's just convenient. if you want a burger go 1 mile to whataburger or McDonald's not that good ether but it won't be freezer bunt and over cooked. Bottom line I would not return or recommend this Burger King. read more

I've never been a huge fan of Burger King in general and I've always tried avoiding them at all costs when traveling because you never know what you're going to get. This location is by far the cleanest, friendliness, and freshest Burger King I have ever been to. Despite the fact that they just opened about a month ago, the staff here is always super friendly and the food is always fresh! They make sure to pay attention to every detail down to the napkins and the mint they put inside your bag. I've never waited more than five minutes going through their drive thru even when they're busy which is in stark contrast to the McDonald's here, where I'd almost be stuck waiting in line for up to fifteen minutes every time I stopped for a coffee! It's amazing to me just how different each and every restaurant can be depending on who's running it, and I hope this Burger King stays this way. read more

Terrible service I got cold fry's no salt the food was cold we waited in line for over an hour was not a good experience

I arrived at this Burger King about 12:45pm today. We waited behind 5 customers because they only had one person taking orders. I Tried to order their New Crispy Tacos they are advertising and they said they were out of them so I ordered a Whopper Meal and ask for Onion Rings instead of Fries but they were out of those too. We ordered Chicken Fries and ask for a Honey Mustard but again they were out of it I've never been to a fast food restaurant that was out of so many items. Had a group of adults and small children decide to meet at Burger King in Early TX. Everyone said how fresh and warm their food was. Burgers and chicken sandwiches for most of the adults along with fries and chicken nuggets. The small children started with the fries of course and then kept eating the chicken nuggets. They ended with a most delicious chocolate chip cookie. One manager checked in on us before she left for the day. Mr T, as I sometimes think of the other manager, checked on us several times and even made sure the little children were happy! What a great experience today. All the staff was nice and the place was clean. Good job! read more
