Color of brand is great , modern renovation and charging station. The people who serve are very nice and I like the impossible burger once in awhile . A breakfast is fine. Yet be careful the parking lot many potholes . Do drive slowly and be careful. Kind of surprised a large company allows the parking lot to exist like this . I have a few thoughts but let you decide. read more

For the cost, it was a good dining experience. I liked that the kids meals were more 'healthy' than before with options such as low fat milk and applesauce and not just fries. i prefer my burgers to be flame broiled rather than fried and that is why I prefer eating at Burger King instead of another well-known burger restaurant. The soft serve ice cream in a cone was also very tasty. read more

Again good food but they always forget something when I go to the drive in. Annoying but I check check before I leave

This is definitely one of the better burger kings I have been to, clean and friendly staff and well prepared food which is rare,my only slight complaint is the young greeter guy he's a little annoying but glad to see you guys gave him a job, originally wrote this review while on the toilet in this place and gave it a 4 star, gonna change it to a 2 star, walked out of the building and immediately slipped on a huge patch of ice and fucked my hand up pretty good, no salt in sight fu read more

I waited for my food for over 20 minutes they had all hands on deck I think it was embarrassing that to have that many people there and you can't throw burgers together it's not rocket science anyway when we got our food it had been sitting out for a while and cold read more

Ordered: Medium Ch'King Meal (~$8): Ch'King Sandwich, French Fries, and Fountain Drink (Diet Coke) Aya's take: When I heard Burger King had a fried chicken sandwich, I was excited to give it a try. I've pretty much tried all the other fried chicken sandwiches at other fast food establishments, so I knew BK had some serious competition. The sandwich was super disappointing. It has the same look and feel as others with the crispy chicken, pickles, and mayo but the chicken was super thin and had no flavor. On the bright side, the French fries were actually super fresh this time. I wouldn't go out of my way to get this again knowing there are better options out there. read more

Now I have been to many burger kings I even go as far to say that I like burger kings more than McDonald's. But this Burger King is disgustingly bad. The food is awful except the ice cream and impossible whopper. The service is fine but some are a little rude. The place needs a military grade wipe down as it looks like a bike went off in there. Save your self and don't Come here read more

Every time I come here, I never know what level of customer service I'll get. One day I can get a person that's very pleasant, the next I can get someone very annoyed to put whipped cream on my shakes. The food is usually good and I like the renovations, but ordering on the food delivery sites are extremely expensive for no reason!!!! Therefore, I expect to be spoken to like you want to be there or want to help the customer, not to see you shaking your head in disgust at my request. read more

King Me!! Flame Broiled over Fried Any Day of the week end of discussion!! Tastes better because it is better!! Eat in or drive thru, ya best check your bags. Don't act like I didn't warn ya!! Now you won't find any Banana & Peanutbutter sammies here and that's a crying shame, it truly is. But don't go singing the blues over it cause they do have a killer menu despite this oversight. Wanna be the King? Then you best eat like the King!! T.C.B. Thank you, thank you very much. read more

Pretty awful. Dirty already although it recently reopened. Whopper had no sauce. Orders were wrong. Kind of a sad place. No milk (ordered). Nothing on the Whopper -dry. No sauce as ordered for the chicken nuggets. Unsweetened iced tea was sweet tea. Impressive getting that many things wrong on a small order. read more

I walked in ordered a double bacon cheese burger and a small soda. It was not complicated and onlyn3 other people.were in the dining room. I was the only one on line. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a soda. Not what I ordered for sure since I studied the menu before I ordered. I went into the bathroom to wash. They were out of hand towels and were on the second roll of this had to use the tp to open the door dye to the piss handle. No garbage by the door either. I guess the employees don't wash their hands. read more

This Burger King location has always been one of the worst but I've never had a problem with them until today. I came home to find they had left out an item (fries). so of course the first thing I do is call them and ask them to refund me my money over the phone the manager explained to me that they asked around and the consensus was they had already put the fries I was missing in the bag... so they don't really know what to do with my statement. I then lost my patience and explained. I would not be calling IF I HAD MY FOOD IN FRONT OF ME. I live 10 minutes from the location...I've had a long day the last thing I want to do is run out AGAIN and waste another 20 minute on BURGER KING like this had to be a joke. Nope here I am a half hour later with my two dollars and change. Thank you Burger King! And your manager needs a lesson in customer service. read more

When I give my order info to the drive through and I slow down my speech and make certain I annunciate very clearly " Large Coffee with 5 creams and NO SUGAR" that is what I expect. On several occasions now I have received coffee that is undrinkable. 5 creams AND 5 sugars makes 20 oz of garbage that I pay $2.25 for and pour down the drain at the office when I discover enough sweetener to cause a town-wide diabetes. outbreak. Just get it right please, you have the only drive through on my morning commute. This makes about $10 of coffee I have had to toss because somebody is not paying attention. From here forward I will be checking my entire order thoroughly, including taking a sip of my beverage before I move out of the way of the nice folks behind me in the drive through line. read more

I drove by this Burger King today and the parking lot was roped off with yellow tape. There was no one in sight at noon. All signs still up. I hope this one hasn't closed like the one that was in Parsippany. I don't know why the bad reviews - I've never had a problem at this Burger King and all the people have been pleasant. They do seem to have a totally different crew than in the past. I agree with the other post - Burger King burgers are the best and I love those onions! read more

Total shit show. Walk into the restaurant to hear the angry supervisor f-bombing about not having enough people on a Sunday night. I knew I was in trouble. Tasty burgers and fries even the impossible burger, good folks, nice place to stop by on a little roadtrip.

Coffee - well if someone offered a challenge to rate all possible places that serve mocha - i accept that challenge. This was service with a smile and well made Mocha Joe. It took much longer than i would have expected to order at the drive thru. I'm not sure if they were swamped when I pulled up - but i waited several minutes at the ordering box and then a few more at the pick up window. And i just ordered a Mocha. It was good tho - so if you average the great coffee with the slowness i would say it was A-OK. read more

Everything I ordered was wrong!!! Wanted no tomato's and they had tomato on it, they even marked it saying no tomatoe and this still messed it up. Asked for two chicken fries and I only got one, not even a sauce packet was in it!! I don't know how they hire people they either, the chicken sandwich I got wasn't even put together!! It was like an IKEA box in there, I wasted my money here and will no longer be ordering from an establishment that doesn't treat customers correctly or even listen to the customer!! read more

The Burger King in Denville is in a GREAT location, right on the corner of Rt. 46 and Franklin Road. However, it's drive-thru is a serious problem, especially at lunchtime. The drive-thru was designed to hold about 3 cars in its line at a time...but more people use the drive-thru now, and it can become such a MESS! For this reason, I always go inside the Denville BK now. It's nice and clean, and it's hardly ever crowded (because everyone is on the drive-thru line). The service is a little slow sometimes, but the food is always hot and fresh and tasty. The sodas are self-serve, and thus you get free refills. Yay! read more

I haven't been here in a while so I figured I'd swing by and check it out. That was a huge mistake... I ate here on Wednesday evening, it's now Friday & my stomach is still in knots. I ordered a bacon king burger, basically it's a Baconator from Wendy's, which I've had before and afterwards I felt fine. But this gave me some of the worst stomach cramps I've had in years. Like someone put laxatives in my burger, this was the price I paid for cheap food, I will never eat at a Burger King again, ever... read more

Worst customer experience! I ordered one of their limited time burgers that I thought had two patties. Got home and bit into it and found cheese cold. Opened it up and only had one patty. Called store and manager kept me on hold for five minutes and disconnected line. Called back and he said I got what I paid for. I asked if the burger I ordered came with two patties and he said yes. He then say I only paid for one. I told maybe it was put in wrong because I asked for a sandwich only, not the meal. The manager began arguing with me that I got what I paid for and that's it. I have never met a manager who was so rude and literally argued with me repeatedly. I hope this one mistake was worth losing a repeat customer. I simply wanted him to just make it right. Credit me a burger on my next visit. But he was more concerned with himself being right and not making a customer happy. There are too many other restaurants to accept this type of treatment. read more

It saddens me to see a fast food establishment with a prime location give Burger King a bad name. The customer service is atrocious and they are constantly messing up people's orders. They are really fast and the fries are the best f any burger king o have tried. Order is always correct!

This Burger King was recently renovated. Sometimes it is not as clean as it could be. The service & food here is pretty typical for Burger King, but whenever we order hamburgers "our way" - eg no mayo or onions - it is hardly ever right and we end up picking things off or trying to wipe mayo off our buns which is really gross. read more

The last two times I went, including yesterday for breakfast, it was closed. So the question is, has it closed down for good?

Nice manager but incredibly rude staff. The kid who took our order had the worst attitude, his name was Jason. Threw our cups at us & rushed us the entire time we were trying to order. Honestly his bad attitude was enough to make me never go back to that location. Somebody needs to teach that kid some customer service skills. read more

Average at best. Food isn't always prepared correctly, and employees like to give you less than you asked when it comes to giving sauces.

Let me first say that I have been visiting this location for about 27 years now and the overall service and attitude of the employees has done nothing but gone down hill time and time again. I have never been to a fast food restaurant with employees that all act like its their first day every time. Each time I order from them the cashier seems to have no idea where the item is on the screen and always seems to need a manager....if you can call him that...to help them. One prior experience involved me waiting on line and a women coming from the drive-thru completely missed the turn and took out not only the garbage can, but the pole on the side as well. The astounding part is that no one behind the counter, especially the manager, noticed. The woman backed up and drove off into the parking lot to inspect her car. She was there for a good 20 minutes and no one even bothered to call the police or try to go talk to her about the accident. This is the type of attitude that has damaged this location beyond repair. In my most recent visit (8/9/14), when I arrived there were several "teens" (I guess) hanging around outside (which is fine, except for the one with no shirt on and his boxers completely exposed). I got to the register and placed my order. The cashier's nose ring didn't bother me too much..but come on, its not something to see with someone who is serving food. The manager's appearance is atrocious. His hair is greasier than some of the food and a manager should look and act the part, especially with his outfit (pants not where they should be and a shirt that is barely tucked in). I received my food and the fries were cold, not even luke-warm, but cold. It just seems that no one in that building even cares. The customer behind me is what got my full attention. The cashier kept confusing what he was saying and kept confusing him while he was ordering. The worst part had to be that he waited a good 20-25 minutes just for a few items of food, because no one behind that counter seemed to care. Before I finished eating, one of the girls that was hanging around outside came in and clearly knew the cashier. She was their with her 2 kids (neither of which has shoes on) and went up to the counter. She placed her one child on the counter...the food counter....really??? and acted like there was nothing wrong with it. The cashier was on her cell phone and talking to the girl, while not bothering to attend to the customers on line. At this point, the "manager" came out with his shirt completely unbuttoned screaming at the girl to take her other child to the bathroom, since she was walking around the restaurant. The two continued to go back and forth, but it was obvious that they knew each other, until the manager left. While this was going on, the cashier handed a cup of coffee to the girl who handed it to the customer waiting for it and all she could say was sorry. As I left the building, the girl was back with the group that was hanging outside the building and the manager was with them. It doesn't matter who you hang out with outside of a job, but don't do it while you're at the job. He let his "friends" do as they pleased outside and come in to cause sanitation issues. I will not be returning to this location...ever. It's incredible that someone is allowed to run a restaurant like this. read more

I'm about 6'5 345. I tried to order 5 20-piece chicken nuggets but, deez niggas only let me get 4. When I agreed to order 4 the people who worked there couldn't process my order because they don't speak English. They also made me pour all of the sauce in my yarmulke. When they finally gave me my food, there was a mysterious white liquid on my chicken. They said it was there "special" sauce. Being a homosexual, I instantly recognized the flavor. I will not tolerate this from fast-food chain restaurant. This specific building should be shut down. read more

Check your bags! Go here often. Always 3 managers (in different shirts) and at least 3 staff members. All can clearly be seen. The manager takes the order for drive thru always asking "anything else?" after each item is ordered. Sooooo annoying, take the corporate training again. When I pay with an hourly employee and am handed a bag asking if the onion rings are in there, he asks me if they are, all while the manager is trying to act busy stuffing 200 straws into a bin that clearly should only hold 100. She never got involved. Then all 3 staff and the manager get involved, looking into my car like I was a 3 headed rabbit, assuring me that the rings are there. Only to get home and NO RINGS. Think of what it could be, I spend $22 and don't get all that I paid for because no one is willing to actually do their job! Too bad this is the only BK in sight from my house. Hopefull corporate can get involved so that the owners can make a profit and actually build a business. This is the consumers only way of informing of bad service. I don't want to be unreasonable when asking if my order is complete. Ownership should clearly care that their asset is being run into the ground by managers and staff that could care less about what they do! read more
