Dec. 9th 2020 I downloaded the Burger King App. and placed an order. The app is designed well with an itemized condiment menu which I filled out to my preferences nothing difficult just no mayo or pickle. I went to the location to pick up my order and it had both mayo and pickle which I specifically asked to be deleted. I tried to call the location and the phone rang 6 times and then transferred to a fax machine. I gave up after 4 attempts. So no customer service available at all. You can form your own opinion but Burger King gets a big goose egg from myself. Update: I went back to Burger King following day and spoke to the manager on duty NAF, I explain to him my dilemma he replaced the order to my satisfaction which restored my faith in Burger King. I have visited this location a few times over the years. Recently, I have begun ordering through the mobile app, to limit the amount of people involved, in an effort to reduce the possibility of my order being wrong (hasn't happened here, but at multiple other local fast food restaurants). I order through the Burger King app specifically to take advantage of specials and their rewards program. This afternoon for lunch, right around 1230 today, I placed my mobile order. The order confirmation directed me to go to the drive through order screen, and notify the staff that I had placed a mobile order. Beverly came on the speaker when I pulled up. She was extremely pleasant, and literally put a smile on my face, just hearing her voice. She directed me to pull around, and another sweet young lady confirmed my order, and handed me my drink. She asked if I wanted any condiments, and then handed my bag to me. Very quick, super pleasant service, and the food quality was perfect, when I got home. read more

For a fast food restaurant, they are always fast, and my orders are always accurate. I try to stay away from fast food, but sometimes I just crave a Whopper. The customer service and the speed was pretty good no complaints however the food is always salty and greasy feels like they just put the food in the microwave. Once I went through drive through with chicken fries and no kidding there was human hair in the breading of the chicken fries. I just experienced the worst service ever from this Burger King establishment. I ordered our food and was asked to pull forward in which I did. While waiting for my our food I had at least four cars get their order after us and pull away. Once I got our food it was cold and our pie was hot and we don't even live a mile away from this establishment. I tried to call to complain in which there was no answer so we drove back to complain. Once there I talked to the manager named Steven in which he didn't say much besides he would refund the money which led me to believe this manager couldn't care less and didn't have any customer service experience.
