This was my first time visiting this location since they did a complete remodel. First off, walking in the door, I was shocked that the place was not spotless. Everything is brand new in the last year and they've already let it go. Next, I hate this new kiosk order thing. 4 kiosks to order from and no employees willing to assist or take orders. I know some love this, I don't! I ordered a simple whopper with cheese meal with have-sies (fries and onion rings mixed) and a soda. Much to my surprise, an employee immediately came to the counter and offered me my soda cup. Thats a plus, as usually they'd give it to you later with your food, or they'd forget and you have to ask for it. Off to the soda station. It was absolutely destroyed! Soda spilled everywhere! Ice empty! Napkins empty! Ketchup all over the counter. Yuck! Then...I waited. ...and waited some more! I chose to dine in and there was one other person waiting when I ordered. This is fast food, right?! About 10-12 minutes passed before my food was ready. Im guessing nothing in my order takes more than 5 minutes to make at Burger King. Now the bright spot...my Whopper was really good. Haven't had a Whopper in a couple years, so definately the star of this bad show on this visit. My onion rings were way undercooked and mushy. Way disappointed on this visit. This Burger King was notoriously terrible before the remodel. Now, my first stop after the remodel was not any better. Not sure I'll try this spot again. read more

I visited the Burger King in Delafield, Wisconsin yesterday and received the worst customer service ever. I ordered a burger on their app and the order wasn't there when I pulled up. I figured out the problem, but the fix didn't work. The bad customer service started when I asked the drive through person about the problem, who replied with "That's the app and we have nothing to do with the app". I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager wouldn't know anything. I pulled up to the window and asked for the manager again. After demanding to speak to the manager again. I finally got the manager to the window, who made no attempt to help or fix my issue. He just told me to that I needed to move out of the drive through lane since I was raising up his drive through time. NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME. read more

We haven't been there in a few years because the service was always so slow, gas station food was always a better option when tight on time. They remodeled everything and put a big playground out outside so we thought maybe they were under New management. We were wrong. 28 minutes to get food during a slightly busy lunch time. There were people standing around in back and their only focus was drive thru cars. The few people that were inside waiting were ignored. It took so long my kids got bored on the playground and came inside to sit at a table and wait.... Then they forgot the chocolate milks and an order of nuggets. read more

Amazing customer service, Tim welcomed me and asked if I was ready to order before I could even look at the menu. Ended up signing in on the kiosk to earn rewards and even then Tim made sure I wasn't having any troubles or anything of the sort. Tim is the one serving dine in while the rest of the team works in the background but I do hope Tim's service to the team is recognized. Soon as I ordered he informed me of no bbq sauce which I did not mind the slightest. Ordered thru drive thru. I drove around and picked up the order of which the young man read back my order from the receipt which was correct. When I arrived home the onion rings I ordered were not in the bag. So I returned to Burger King In Delafield with the receipt and showed it to the order taker and he called his manager and he told me I needed to return the entire order and he would then give me the onion rings. I asked him to just refund me for the onion rings and he stated to me that I had to bring back the entire order and he could not refund me. I stated to him that if I brought the entire order back it would be cold and he would end up remaking my entire order. But he refused and I left stating he would never see me again. We live in Delafield and stopped going to Burger King because of the bad service but I can see it has not changed. It's to bad but bad service will again stop customers from returning. Drive through wait time is a bit problematic given there were only two vehicles ahead of me and neither one was handed a significant order. Been years since I had a whopper and thought I would try the "new, improved" one. Pretty much the same as I remember. As others have remarked the fries were awful. I don't know how fast food fries can be so limp and tasteless but they managed. Sure hope they get their act together because a new playground is not going to bring in repeat business when the food is so mediocre. read more

I stopped here for some road breakfast to start my weekend getaway because I didn't want a full gut breakfast and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant would fit the bill because I had a lunch spot planned. It's BK and not fine dining but it has its place in the restaurant world definitely like my needs today. I personally think the BK breakfast croissants are my favorite because the croissant is soft and flaky with fluffy eggs, tasty sausage patty and melted cheese. read more

tl;dr Three stars for price and quality (quality not meaning a high-end product, but meaning meeting your expectations). This BK is worth a stop on your travels, just check your order before you drive off. I come to this Burger King fairly often as I work nearby, ordering inside to take back to the office. Lines are usually minimal, and food is usually prepared fairly quick. This location always has BK's latest limited edition feature product (like the Mac n' Cheetos, Whopperito, Surge ICEE, Sriracha infused buns, etc.). Prices at Burger King are much better than their golden arches competitor. 10 chicken nuggets for $1.49, $1 any sizes ICEE, and tons of coupons (such as two bacon cheeseburgers small fry and small drink for $4, or two grilled dogs and a large fry for $4 ). Cleanliness is this location's downfall. The Soda/Condiment counter is always a mess, and the interior itself is very worn and dated. Service is also hit and miss. I have had a good chunk of orders in which they forgot an item, grabbed the wrong item, or made the order wrong. But, every time this happens I phone over and they take care of the issue with a free meal upon return. This is fast food at cheap prices, don't come here expecting anything more than that. read more

Came at 12:30. There were maybe 6 cars in the drive thru and one gentleman in front of me in line in the store (which was otherwise empty). There were 3 people working and they were frantic! They kept telling us they'd "get to us" but one person stood looking at the empty bags while he waited for the cook to give him the food. He surely could have taken our orders but most definitely did not. The third person was manning the drive thru -- again, frantically -- even though he maybe took 2 orders in the 15 minutes I stood there being ignored. Finally the drive thru guy came over and talked to the man in front of me in line. Turns out that man placed a mobile order nearly 30 minutes prior and they hadn't prepared it yet. When he asked why the drive thru guy threw his hands up and walked away. I waited another 2-3 minutes but no one acknowledged me so I left and grabbed lunch at DQ, which was lovely. I went to the Burger King in oconomowoc three times, and I had to wait for ten to fifteen minutes to get my food. So I tried the websites, first time, I still waited 8 minutes, even know I put the order in 20 minutes before. The second time, I waited 25 minutes before I went there, I was told you need to wait 5 minutes. I said why do you order on line then? They told me I don't know. I asked for my money back because they didn't make it already, they said you need to go to the app to do that, that they can't. The last three times I had a problem at this location. The first time I had two missing items! During, the next visit my entire order was all wrong and they just put whatever they wanted on my burgers. Now, today I made an order on the mobile app and was charged, only to get to the Burger King and was told they are closed. When I informed the drive-thru associate that they weren't supposed to be closed for several more hours, he complained that he was the only person there. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to call back tomorrow and speak with the general manager because it was nothing he could do! This place has the worst customer service I ever received. A total lack of respect for their customers. I feel so stupid for allowing them to continually screw me over. I'm never returning again. read more

This review is only to comment on their new menu item, the $1 taco. The tortilla was greasy in some spots, chewy in other spots from being over-microwaved. Time was when I looked forward to going to Burger King. The flame broiled meat and the reasonably fresh toppings was decent. With each passing year, however, the flame broiled taste has disappeared -- to the point you might as well go to their competitors where a flat grill is used. And the toppings are a mush now. I recently got the bacon whopper, and what I received was a compressed burger with the toppings so mushy they might as well have come out of a bottle. If I had opened the paper wrapper right away I would have returned it and asked them to compare their photo on the order board with the mess they gave me. This was the dirtiest, worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I have never been so motivated to write a review of fast food before. We were tired and on our last leg of a road trip home and decided to stop here for something fast and easy and so that our daughter could have some mac and cheese. Almost every table was dirty and littered. The soft drink station was a huge mess. There were hardly any customers and the ones who were there were also commenting on the mess and filth. I can't believe we even stayed to eat since it smelled bad when we entered. We were in too much hurry and too tired to go looking for alternatives - I really have no excuse and am embarrassed and disgusted that we stayed. The bathroom was dirty too. The drive through person (she was wearing all black - is this the MANAGER?) would sit and text when no one was coming through. I have photos and will be contacting headquarters about this place. I love Burger King, but this place is a sad excuse for one. I have eaten here several times in the last few years because it is the closest one to me and each time I regret it. From poor service to cold food most of which I see is covered in other peoples posts. If you chose to stop I'm guessing you will have a similar experience sadly. read more

This place seems to be managed very poorly in the afternoon/evening. If you order at night, don't expect your food to be anything above "barely lukewarm" and you'll be lucky if your order comes out correct at all. Dined inside recently around dinnertime and the place was absolutely filthy. Plenty of teenagers working, and by working I mean mostly standing around talking to each other. It takes 2 seconds to wipe down the nasty soda machine, maybe a minute or two to sweep and another couple minutes to wipe down tables, etc. If it's that disgusting in the dining area, I cannot imagine the bathrooms.. or the kitchen.. They are always out of something, and it's usually totally ridiculous. Sometimes there will be a sign on the drive-through that says "No Ice" or, my favorite yet, "No Burgers." I know this place is going to be remodeled, but why bother if you can't find decent people to work here? In the mornings, it is a much better experience. So I thought I placed a pretty simple order, a Texas BBQ whopper and a medium frozen lemonade. after waiting 25 minutes i finally pull up to the window, the cashier hands me a frozen strawberry lemonade, so i corrected her and she went to make me a new one. she comes back and she hands me a small frozen lemonade, once again i correct her and she goes to make me a new. by the time i actually got my med frozen lemonade it was partially melted and finally got my food. i drove back to work only to find out that they gave me a double whopper instead of a Texas BBQ whopper. granted it was on a lunch hour but waiting over 30 minutes for food at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous, and they can't even get your order close to being right. i strongly recommend that nobody goes there for lunch that works in the area. read more

GROSS! I walked in and my shoes immediately stuck to the floor. The floor was sticky throughout the entire restaurant, like they mopped it with soda. By the soda machines, in the overflow area there was garbage by the drain that was clearly there for a long period of time and it all had a foul smell. Every booth and table was dirty or full of food. The booth I sat at was next to the window. The windows had food smeared all over it (and not just in my area) and there were tons of DEAD bug all along the window sill. I saw past reviews that said this place has cleaned up its act, clearly not the case. I have crossed Burger King off my list for good. I thought about talking to the employees (who were all just standing around doing nothing but gossiping) but clearly they don't care and talking to a manager would be pointless because he/she clearly doesn't care either. We stopped in about 4pm and they were busy and short staffed. Very nice and customer friendly. Food was hot and staff apologetic for poor wrapping of the food...seriously that is the least thing I was worried about!! I was just going to unwrap it anyway LOL. This was our second visit to this location. Our first visit the food was ok. The tables, floors, windows again.were filthy. We gave it a second chance. Garbage spilling out of bucket. Dirty tables. time our order was messed up and our food was cold. When I mentioned it to the girl that waited on us she said sorry I hope that your next visit will be better. The worst experience ever!! I would give a negative rating if I could! I ordered a Carmel frappe and when I got it after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru the woman named Jessica handed it to me with Carmel all smeared all over the outside and I know she did this on purpose. It was ridiculous the amount of Carmel on the outside of the drink. I couldn't even drink it because of this!
